No More Art

I have quit art. Specifically digital art; all it does is cause me stress and anxiety. So I've decided to stop doing commissions, and I'll no longer be posting any of my art here. I'll be moving all of my current art to scraps, and instead use my profile to showcase commissions and gift art I've gotten of my characters!

Posted 5 years agoThank you all for being so so patient on my little mental hiatus. I'm feeling good, feelin' funky! With all the corona shit, I'm stuck at home. I'm gonna try and start grinding out these commission now! Thank you all again SO much for trusting me and being so kind. Let's get that art done! Woo!A Short Notice to Commissioners!
Posted 5 years agoSo, I know commissions have been going slow. Really slow.
I've been in a very, very rough spot in terms of both physical and mental health for quite a while now and I'm having an incredibly difficult time finding the time or energy to work on art. Progress is still being made, of course, it just might take a bit longer than intended.
To sum it up shortly, my anxiety/depression medication completely stopped working out of nowhere. My psychiatrist had recently left, so I had absolutely no way of getting a new medication until I found a new one, which took a couple months. I'm doing better, but I've only been on my new meds for a couple weeks.
I promise all of your art is coming and I deeply apologize for taking so long. Notice!
Posted 6 years agoHey everyone! I'm visiting my aunt and cousins for Thanksgiving, so responses will be slow. I'll still be working away at commissions as always, but I'm not gonna have much time to respond! I'm not ignoring you, I promise. I'm probably just at the zoo or the park with my cousins!

Posted 6 years agoCommissions are back in progress! I'm not fully healed yet but I'm feeling much better and I've found a way to continue art! I'm not totally clear health-wise, we're hoping the medication will prevent further clotting but there's still a risk so I've gotta keep an eye out. As such, commissions might still be a little slow, but they're being worked on as much as I can!

Posted 6 years agoDear commissioners!! I'm very very sorry, but there's going to be an extended delay in commissions. My SD card with my art app recently broke and I've been in the hospital the past few days due blood clots in my leg and lungs. I'm still recovering, so commissions could take a bit longer! I'm very sorry for the extra trouble. Commissions will still get done no matter what, please don't worry. Once again I'm incredibly sorry for the trouble, but I'm in very poor health at the moment.
