Financial Update: June 17th, 2025
Posted 5 months agoHi, everyone. It's been a long while since I had updated folks here about my finances. Things have... Let's just say, gotten slightly worse.
For some reason, my parents bought me a Switch 2 from Target and it's supposed to arrive this Thursday, so that's cool...
But overall, my commissions are going to stay open for the time being, but I have two I need to get done before I officially accept any others. You can send ideas and do brainstorming in the meantime, but just know it's be a week or two 'til I get to said commission.
My family is unfortunately holding my funds from Social Security hostage, even though it was designated to be mine and fall into my bank account. They believe I need to earn the money through trust and chores over the next 5 months or so, since I'm heading back to Honolulu this November for my cousins' wedding.
This sum of money was about $5,500 USD and I literally cannot access any of it, because my parents believe I can't handle money on my own, which is infuriating because I have to earn MY money.
Commissions will 100% help me out at the moment, so I could really use the support.
PayPal is out of the question because they charged me for a subscription service that I haven't used in years... So about $280. I had sadly been overdrawn on my checking account from that, but thankfully we got that sorted.

I'm am currently in a big art mood as of the 23rd of December and am in search of folks who would like me to sketch (and maybe digitize) a character of yours having gobbled Ulu, or in the process.
Digestion can be implied, though.
As for the title, I am going to post a decent amount of art I have drawn over my break, so expect some art from me throughout the week, and expect artwork to return normally now!

In return, I'd love to meet some of the new folks through Discord! Apologies if I have asked this multiple times, but I enjoy interacting with others and getting to know them better!
This doesn't mean previous watchers can't send me friend requests of course, I'm open nearly all day, every day because doing art commissions is essentially my job right now.

Christmas 2024 Plans
Posted 12 months agoWell, it's been a good while since my last depressing journal... Don't worry, this won't be sad.
I've been meaning to say that I'll be leaving for Hawaii on December 15th, stopping in Portland, Oregon for two nights, Hawaii for two weeks, then to Las Vegas, Nevada for two nights, returning home more or less on New Year's Eve.
And since it's been a while, I also wanted to say that I am working on a massive holiday project for all my friends around the globe.
There are currently 50 different friends who are in the project already, and I'm always willing to add more, in case I missed anyone.
But I digress, the full, completed project will be posted on DECEMBER 1ST, 2024. So if you'd like to be part of something spectacular, give me a buzz through Discord or through notes here.
Have a wonderful Holiday season, and I'll see you all again in 2025 for more submissions and activity!

Emergency Commissions are now open, and I'm hoping to earn the laptop before the 25th.
Any commission would greatly help and move me closer to the goal, so... If there's an artist you've been looking to commission, I'm your guy, and I'll do my best on whatever you'd like. Just know I've got a very unique style, and I don't do anything NSFW or human related.

For starters, my number one goal right now is to purchase a new laptop that's currently on clearance for $650, with a 3050 NVidia RTX graphics card and a free one year warranty. This means now that I'm only about $150 away from being able to buy it, and I'd like to do so before the sale ends by late June.
Commission prices remain the same, check the previous journal for pricing.
Secondly, I apologize for the lack of submissions lately. I've been stressed by my parents nagging ad rushing me to get a job. Art hasn't been flowing like it used to because of my anxiety about finding and keeping a job. There has been multiple attempts and my brain just keeps doubting myself and preventing me from showing up for interviews, let alone the first day of work... It's extremely frustrating and I'm literally wanting to punch my brain over that because my anxiety is so high. It makes it nearly impossible to keep a job and my parents are currently not helping with the way I'm being rushed to find a job. I really want to do the applying by myself and do things at my own pace, but nope. Please understand that I haven't had motivation to do much art because of this situation... Thanks.
Lastly, I appreciate everyone who has watched me here, and those who friended me on Discord, it means a ton. However, this new policy is worrisome because of Ulu having a Guilmon form and all that. I don't want to see that slip away like other OCs/forms. I don't know how to feel about this because this is literally the ONLY site I post my artwork to. I used to have a Twitter, but... we all know how that's going. Bleh.
We're planning on taking a trip to Texas next month, but that's still in the air. We gotta use these tickets sometime in 2023, so...
Hawaii is planned for next summer, hopefully.
Anyways, thank you for reading all this to the end. Things have been tough for a handful of us, and my life is no exception. Hope everyone's summer go well and according to plan. URGENT/Updated Commission Prices
Posted 2 years agoBad news... My current laptop is dying very quickly and will soon be lost, probably within the next week or so...
This means I'll be needing to purchase one, along with paying rent for the year...
The rent is currently $120 a year at my home, thanks to my father... And most of that is payed off.
But this laptop I'm aiming for is $850, and I'm currently at $200... And my parents won't help with this issue.
Commission prices are going down by a considerable amount starting today. I need to get this laptop as soon as possible because I can't really do digital artwork without one... Yes, I have my phone, but I'm awful on Medibang on Android.
I could really, REALLY use some help getting to my goal of $850 by mid-May. Or hopefully even sooner.

I had to take a test as well, just in case, and somehow I'm negative.
This means I'll have to hold down the fort for the next week or so... And I'm pretty nervous to say the least.
In other, less concerning news...
Commissions are still open and I've still got two I need to finish up before I can start any others.
I'm hoping to save up for an RTX Laptop, and be able to purchase it by this March. I'm currently $380 short, though, so... If possible, I could really use some help saving up!
Commissions will remain open until I am able to buy said laptop, for a total of $900 roughly.
I really appreciate those who have helped me thus far, and expect those two promised commissions to be completed by February!

Emergency Commissions OPEN / Vent
Posted 3 years agoFirst off, emergency commissions are open because I need to leave my jackass father behind. All he does is taunt, scold, and insult me day after day. It's verbal abuse, and it will soon escalate to physical, I feel like...
He doesn't feel like a dad, and more of a salty landlord who thinks he owns everything in the house and beyond. I can't find peace at home, anymore, and I no longer feel safe in the house with him, knowing he'll eventually lash out and hurt me. This has been happening since this past January... and I took a 3 week trip in March to Texas to escape him. After that relief, I returned home and he was right back at it, like that break did nothing... Of course... Just tonight at dinner, he called me f***king rude and asked if opening a package was too hard for me. I have done nothing to him, and he still treats me like hot garbage. I am absolutely done with his s***, and am looking for a place to move to, whether it be a hotel, or a friends' place... Anything will do to leave him behind... I'm sick of the constant criticism and insults and insecurity at my own home. Worst of all, he doesn't treat my older sister like that at all, nor his wife. He strictly takes out his anger and rage on me, even if I haven't done anything to upset him. The slightest mistake would anger him and make him hold a grudge on me for a week, where he wouldn't talk, or even look at me. If I try speaking to him, he just ignores me and brushes me off like a fly...
I really, REALLY need some money to help me escape his clutches... Any amount would help...

First, I'd like to apologize for my huge lack of artwork recently. I have just returned from my trip to Colorado/Utah and am still jetlagged from the flight back.
I was on the trip from July 7th to the 20th, and would like at least another week to regain myself. The trip was wonderful, by the way! Everything went according to plan and I got to see majority of my family at Echo Basin. During the trip, many photos were taken, so... Find me on Twitter or Discord to see the photos.
We also stopped by Arches National Park for the afternoon! I've never been so amazed at rocks before.
Hope everyone's summer has been going well, and expect some more doodles soon!

I would never revoke someone of their sona just for amusement, that's just wrong-- Especially if it's their main sona.

First Perma Scenario

Job Interview Finished

The major thing that has happened to me has been my very first job interview earlier today. I'm very anxious to see what they say...
Secondly, I'm headed to my 35th US State on the 12th... Rhode Island! Commissions will be paused for the week I'm away!
That's basically all that's happened to me... That and my friends are wanting to perma-vore my OCs, don't know why...
Anyways, Mix On!
