I noticed i haven't written here in a long time XD .. (you were probably glad i didn't weren't you?) ...

anyway I am currently trying to get the smoke out of my house X_x.. I burned the soup ... WHOOPS ... so NO me using the hearth again without mommy sitting next to make sure it is turned off properly ... I am too much afraid of fire v__v .. since my best friends house was once on fire. *fears*

on another note .. right now I have 2700 something submissions to look at .. DANG .. v_v .. I think about just nuking them all but i want to see ... *sighs* so I'll be SLOW on catching up. .. and then ..

My rats are fine .. I noticed I never told you what happened to them .. they are both big fat healthy rats ^^.. they got over their problems :3 .. Seregil desperately wants out of the cage though xD .. so he's occupying my shoulder most of the time when i am home and in my room. Alec is more shy. :3 ..

then... I am SLOW with drawing........ please be patient. v_v

I dunno if I should laugh, cry, or just jump out the window -.- ....

The last few days have been crappy for me. I dunno why, I dunno whats happening. -.-

1st:

have probably slept for ... like uhm .. 10 hours the last three days? can't sleep very well. Stupid dreams. You know that kind of dreams when you KNOW you're dreaming, but you just cant get out of it. the kind of dreams that make you literally tell yourself to WAKE UP NOW! ... Wake up! Wake up! WAKE UP! and then your eyes fly open and you can more or less still hear your own voice in your head... that's ugly. it has happened more than a few times now over the past days. kinda nightmarish, but with a stupid content. that wears me out, and at the same time makes my nerves got crazy. I'm extremely irritated. *sighs*

2nd:

My cat .. a bottle fed baby is gone. I dunno where. He had some injuries at his tail from a fight with the neighbour cat and my dad wanted to treat him... and since then he's vanished. He went out into the garden, came back after a day.. went out again .. came back for like .. 2 secs until he saw my dad and has been gone since then. He didn't come to eat, doesn't come when I call him, doesn't even come into the house at night. I put the cat door on "in only" but still no Benjamin.
I fed that cat MYSELF. he was about 3 weeks old when we got him from the vet!!! .. I stayed up EXTRA LATE so I could feed him every 2 hours. I'm kinda pissed at my dad for not taking him to the vet, but just wanting to do everything himself. .. I wonder if taking him to the vet would have changed the situation.
I'm very concerned. It's cold outside, and it rained today .. and yesterday too. I feel like crying.

3rd:

finally some good news. My rats are okay again. They both made it. Shortly after we took Alec to the vet, Seregil showed the same symptoms, just weaker. So we took him too. Tomorrow is the last appointment, but they're doing great so I'm not very concerned about that.


Sooo right now I feel really crappy... with a little happy twinge. *rests head on keyboard* Life's a mess.


BTW: anyone care for some small digital icons? *needs practice*

Yesterday my dad and I noticed how Alec was so quiet and lethargic, and he breathed very fast and heavy. We thought that it was too hot, so I opened a window a little.

Today it was even worse. He climbed up the cage to the upper floor, and had to sit for several minutes to catch his breath. When i took him out to look at him more closely I noticed he was kinda cold. it's not normal for rats to be cold. their normal body temperature is between 35 and 37 degrees (celsius). And he was definitely below that. So we packed up my little boy as soon as the vet opened, and went there.

soooo ... my rat seems to have some kind of poisoning. his heart's very weak, therefore he has breathing problems, his body temperature is too low. his tissue slackened quite a bit. (when you take a bunch of fur between your fingers and release it again it kinda stays like when you pinched it... slightly like when one's dehydrated). So the vet gave him a injection, and some drops for his heart.

I need to take him to the vet again tomorrow... but right now it doesn't look good. =/ I'm afraid he won't make it through the night. he's very weak.


I dunno where he might have caught that poison. It seems to be some kinda plant thing, but i don't have any plants in my room. My mom took some from the garden ... maybe there was something in it. but normally they're okay with eating dandelion and daisies *sighs*
I cleaned the whole cage now, throwing everything out I put in just last saturday. reduced their diet to bananas and grapes, combined with little pieces of hard bread and some dry catfood. I don't trust the things we bought anymore. Also took som hay my dad brought from the stable instead of the one we bought.

I so hope he's going to make it.

Ah .. my rats are settling slowly into their.. errrm .. well not exactly Wheel Street Villa but into their comfortable cage. ^^

I tried to take a few pics, but it's hard because they're active and always moving. got 2 "okay" pics yesterday =) not really sharp, but well >.< this has to do until they're so tame I can comfortably take them out for a photo.

Do you know the phenomenon of parents being strictly against something, but if you can convince them, they get REALLY fond of it?

I've always wanted rats, so ... my dad and I tried to convince my mom into letting me have a pair of rats. We made it, she loved them. They died a few years ago and my mom said never ever again. So we got Degus. Some kinda bush-rats who live longer. It was okay. they're loud, not as cudly but still cute :3 ...

Today my mom went shopping without me. When I called her and asked her what she was doing, she told me she's in a pet shop looking at the cutest rats ever. ... and i was like: oÔ
I wanted to see them... and when we got ready to drive there .. she got out the transport cage. again: oÔ ...

ah .. so now I have 2 cute little rats :) they're a little older than most of the ones you get to buy, but just as tame. 6 weeks i guess. I named them Seregil and Alec XD .. because I'm currently re-reading the Nightrunner books and I just absolutely adore Lynn Flewellings work. I love the characters, and to be true, the rats characters fit. Seregil is NOSY, curious but cautious and is currently exploring every corner of their cage. v_v and he's a thievish little fella. he tried to get my ring, dragged an empty toilet paper roll into their sleeping house ... I guess he rather plays inside xD ... and he collected all the sweets I hid. He's so intelligent o.o he figures things out rather fast.
Alecs more cautious, but as curious... and not so greedy :3 ..

GNAAAH .. expect more Rat-work to come, They're SUPERCUTE.

so I'm here in London right now, fighting with the keyboard because it's fucking hard to write when the keys are completely out of place. -.- who ever thought of doing a different set of keyboards for other countries should just get smacked over the head with one.

anyway. Yesterday I went to see the Darren Hayes concert in the Royal Albert Hall... and it was amazing!!!! ... *_* soooo goood. we had a pretty good view, made lots of photos. damn i shoulda brought a video camera *_* noone asked for anything like cameras and mobiles with cameras .. they just let us pass and well .. yay.

I can say that this helped a lot ^^ all my inspiration that i used up on my last sketches seems to be back. so bye bye art-block and ...

Right now  kana is on his way over to my place, then we swap cars with my mom (hers is kinda .. "safer"), and tomorrow we will drive back to his place, pack up everything, throw it in the car, and on wednesday at aproxximately 4 in the morning we'll start our way to EF <3

So i was away for a week, ... now I came back, university goes into last week for this semester ... the exams are THIS week (and a few next) .. I have courses EVERY DAY. Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut ... I have this nice fever that's at the moment about .. oh .. 38.6 fucking degrees (celsius)!

And it's been rising by 0.7 degrees in not even half an hour.

I'm constantly thirsty even if i drink 2L in an hour. I feel like floating a feew inches above the ground -.- I'm awake like i slept 48 hours, but feel tired at the same moment, my throat aches like i swallowed a full roll of barbwire.

I am a mess. -.- ...
