I know I owe Dagger from Furc and Digan art, if you are owed please tell me, its been awhile, I am not very organized and I have a bad memory, and things have been rough, grans been sick, excuse excuses but yeah, I am only human so don't hold it against me, just talk to me we will work it out.

So my baby is in the vet which means...(updated)
Posted 13 years agoMy poor little three footed weirdo had some issues with peeing today, having had cats in the past with the same issues I knew it wasn't something to put off so we took her in right away.
No blockage, x-ray fine, urinalysis showed an infection which is easy to treat. There was a lot of sugar in her urine so they ran a blood test to check for diabetes, turns out she doesn't have that but does have some elevated liver reads which made the vet think that maybe the gallbladder tube is sludgey or blocked by a stone. So now she has to stay overnight so they can flush her out, get anitbiotics in her and just watch her. Hopefully this is all she needs to feel better, I've been crying soo much besides it being pretty good news, considering she's 8 years old, with a really messed up anatomy. I was worried they would discover something really badly wrong with her. Not that this isn't, if her liver gets backed up it can be toxic but least its treatable and managable for now...my fingers are crossed this is all that needs to be done.
Luckily my grandmother is a cat person, is lending me money, I will eventually have to pay her back so I should probably get back on the bandwagon of commissions.
Digan I know I have to finish yours do not worry.
Otherwise yeah, if you want to commission me or maybe I have a character you like that you want to buy offa me? I'm probably willing to sell just about anyone at this moment for cash.
Anyways, please send your love to my baby. This vet is so sweet and just talks to them like they are little people, i know shes in the right hands at least.
Update!
So she stayed another night, she wasn't eatting, the reads did go waaaay down on her liver and stuff but since it was working the vet wanted to make the reads even further down and flush her out one last time. Reading up on it, it was probably a good thing, watching my cat die from starving herself and septic shock from a toxic liver seems less appealing then spending nearly 900 dollars for all this.
Anyways, just got off the phone with the vet, madge is perky and meowing...(which is amazing she never meows for anyone but me and usually its only to tell me shes mad about something, so i think shes a little done with the vet haha) Still not eatting but they think its just behavioral thing, since shes not at home, and I have gone away before and left her and she refused to eat while I was gone. So! I get to bring her home today in the later afternoon and I am so excited.
Fuck people who don't have a close connection with their animals and thought I should put her down for it...thats bs, but thankyou for you all who took the time to give me well wishes, it is very appreciated and helped cushion me a little bit while I was freaking out in the whole scenario
So just picture me hugging you really tight right now if you did and crying thankyou in your ear cause thats what I'd be doing!

Why no art?
Posted 13 years agoWell I am not going to go into an intricate sob story as I do not need any pity. I am really depressed, like lower then I've been in all my years of depression, so there is a lot of self hate and doubt. Been a lot of people in my life that I thought were friends that showed their true colors, that didn't help. So I just don't have the drive. I do have stuff I need to get done so that might be up in the next little while, otherwise don't expect to hear much from me.

Posted 13 years agoStill no real art mojo...I work on commissions if it hits me but it never lasts very long, so I don't really get much done but a few lines or a part of it shaded.
So I am sorry if you are commissioning me and waiting right now. :( Its hard to draw without the want to, and I want the stuff to turn out good for you and not crappy. If you are upset then talk to me, I am not going to shut you out, I welcome commissioners to keep lines of communication open with me.
I still wanna make a zombie rp group of some sort. Everyone keeps backing out before it gets anywhere!
Uhhh. Health problems still bad. Got a new doctor..he may have a new procedure that has a high success rate with relieving symptoms so cross your fingers there! Though I would have to go under to get it done, I am willing to do anything about now for comfort. I got a new bed which is helping sleep, but I am still up all night dealing with pain and stuff so that makes life extra difficult ontop of other things.

Posted 13 years agoIs that a silly concept? I don't set my prices cause really I like to work with what people can afford. I mean that doesn't mean I am going to accept five dollars for a full body piece, no. And I think someone who wishes to pay for my art should at least be enough of a fan to know whats fair right. Its that pay what you want concept isn't it? Its just I will usually accept commissions if I am not too busy even if i am not open, generally this mean you understand I am not like knocking them out like a machine, but I give them the attention they deserve for being paid for pieces of art. Anyways then people ask where my price list is and i usually say its negotiable and they say waaah? And I say yeah, what you looking for and what you wanna pay, and if I like the offer I will take it, if I don't I will counter, if you don't like the counter then give me another idea or don't take it. RIGHT?!
Anyways i just wanted to get rid of my last journal. I really should post more art. I appreciate all the watches I get, its cool cause I don't get many updates on this asides from people I watch so when I get a watch myself just like randomly one day I am like seriously gushing guys, GUSHING.
