I finally released the first big update to the bat avatar base. The wings move more naturally now and I added the digitigrade legs. Also some small fixes and improvements here and there ;)

After a whole year I finally finished a new 3D character base, coincidentally just in time for spooky month :P

The wings are connected to the hands, the outermost wing finger is controlled by the middle finger (the others by dynamic bones since I found it's super hard to manually control them all xD).

I tried to make it customizable to fit to most bat characters: You can choose between two leaf noses, a flying fox nose and a plain snout (for your own designs), a long or short tail, no tail (like flying foxes) and a wolf-like tail. The wings can either be attached to the legs or the long tail.

Anyway, I guess I put way too much time in this project, I need to get back to drawing. I should finish some new stuff soon ^^

I guess this is my first journal here... In the past I had my commissions constantly open for everyone who really wanted something drawn by me (for whatever reason idk xD). Lately I decided to try a limited slot based system to better avoid stress. I'll try to offer a slot or two each month or whenever I feel like doing a commission, which is why I'm posting this little journal now :P

Anyway, this time I got two slots to offer:

I honestly don't know how the demand will turn out. If I get too many requests I'll choose whatever idea I like most or whoever waited the most. If no one is interested I might close the slots in a week (more time to do other art :P). I'll try to finish the drawings within 1-2 weeks.
