Dog Surgery: All Commission Proceeds going towards Surgery
Posted 5 months agoMy dog has sadly suffered a partial CCL tear (a ligament that's equivalent to a human's ACL tear). As this seems to have happened at some point in the early part of the year, we only recently started noticing it getting bad for her as we didn't know what happened. As this injury happened partially, thankfully it is caught early, however it's been long enough before being caught that early arthritic signs/tissue is starting to devlope in her knee as scar tissue as her body attempts to heal itself.
She's still rather young at 5 years old. Being a black lab x some sort of cattle dog breed, we expect her to have an average lifespan of 10+ years.
I am currently quoted as 8k average for her surgery to get her leg fixed where they will be doing a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy to better secure her leg for long term use where she will be able to fully recover to her old super active self after her resting period.
Currently, all commission proceeds will be going directly towards this saving for the procedure that will require at least 6.5k down before she is accepted into the surgery unit.
I am not going to ask for free money as I feel wrong for asking for tips/donations, however I will be opening for commissions of all types as I wrap up what I have taken payment for previously in other commissions. If you have an idea for a commission and would like a quote, please Note Me with the following details (character(s) ref sheet (1-3 images max, no gallery links please) and all applicable details necessary / what you're looking to be done, or DM me on Telegram @momobeda with the same information.

My accounts keep getting hacked-
Posted 8 months agoFirst my 2FA Discord account was compromised earlier this last week, with a scammer posting in my Patreon server that "i" am open for 50% off commissions and to DM them. A few people recognized it was a scam/hack and tried to alert others in the server to only be kicked/ muted/ etc. Out of the people that have been scammed, at least 2 were duped sadly by this scammer as I was asleep and they were new to my commission practices not knowing how unlike me to quickly ontake work as such especially with a steep discount that's already provided for patrons.
In Jan 2025 (just last month) I did a fresh re-install of windows, as well as reset all my passwords and reset connected devices. No reason other than I suddenly felt like I had to. I do not download anything beyond work and a single pc video game on steam (warframe in case it matters), I also refuse to scan QR codes when given them.
Today, my telegram account was compromised with the bot posting in my telegram channel forwarding cryptoscam scuzz.
I've done all I can to reset and re-protect and re-check my accounts across all my platforms. I cannot do more than that s that's all that I can do. I've done pc scans to double check that nothing has been put on my pc that seems suspicious, digging through files to ensure nothing is physically on my pc since the discord compromise earlier this week.
I cannot stress enough that I am sincerely sorry if any of my other accounts get compromised and bother you or post as me. Please be on the lookout for weird activity from me that I cannot seem to stop.
1: I do not do paypal links for payment and do not open for commissions outside of Google Form announcements upon which I send an invoice via Stripe (you can use google wallet or apple pay to still use your paypal account to pay if it matters, but I, as a seller, refuse to use paypal and haven't used it in a couple years). I will also never ask for alternate forms of payment such as venmo, cashapp, gift cards, etc. I operate strictly through my branded stripe account for invoices.
2: I will never post on 1 platform that I'm in an emergency of any sort and need funds. If i were to ever be in a financial trouble, I would crosspost across all of my platforms immediately. Seeing such content from me on one account and not the others is a sign the account may be compromised.
3: I will never DM you to ask if you want a commission from me. My only intake is via Google Forms when announced open across all platforms as well as In-Stream commissions hosted via Picarto. I will never reach out to past notes or other commented accounts or bets on past content if they would like a comm from me or that someone else backed out and that they're now chosen. This is not standard practice for me.
4: I have plenty of more tech literate friends than I who have helped me do and double check everything I've done to ensure I've done the best of my ability to be safe and protect my accounts. There is literally nothing else I can do to my knowledge. I will not be answering comments or DM's about if i've tried xyz. I have trusted close individuals who work in IT as a profession as a few of my friends thankfully, and do my best to learn from them and follow their instruction.
To my knowledge, I have alone access again to my telegram account and discord account currently, meaning it should be safe for you to continue to message me. If it appears you are blocked, please alert me as I tried my best to unblock everyone the bot/scammer blocked after messaging.
Thank you for reading this in its entirety. I hope these two instances are the last of it but I felt the need to post this in case other accounts become compromised or worse, I completely lose access to.

Things are Changing
Posted 5 years agoHey there! It's been a while. I appreciate everyone's support through all this time!
A lot has happened since I first started drawing for others over 5 years ago now. I've been in a lot of different situations and my tastes in how I've wanted to improve my art has been meandering over the years with only true focus given especially within the past just over a year now, if not even since the end of 2019. Which is wild to think about even looking back at art I was doing even back for 2019 Christmas versus now. For everyone's patience that had been in queue from a couple years ago because of the inexcusable circumstances, I am forever thankful.
I am currently moving and have secured a job outside of art that I really look forward to being a part of. I will still remain closed for commissions and will only be offering patreon content and YCH's as available for the time being until the backlog is completed both in terms of completed art or refunds. I will be refunding everyone still left in queue from all those years ago in payment plans so that I may move on and focus more in the direction I want to take my own artistic journey, if any at all.
Do not ask me if I'm open. I have it pasted everywhere in red that I'm closed. I will make it more public if I ever am fully open outside of YCH's posted. If you get mad at me because I'm closed / I'm not answering your commission inquiries, that's on you. I have to learn to stand up for myself more and I'm starting with that.
There's a lot I'm still trying to figure out myself in what I want to do for myself and my own happiness. Finally having the ability to actually focus on myself for just over a year now and not have to take care of others has really started to open my eyes in what I want in my own life. It's still a rocky start, but I appreciate you being here and watching over me.

A: Most likely I am. I am a full time artist and the most appropriate thing to do is ask! I may have closed certain commission types but that does not mean I am completely closed. When discussing commissions, please be specific with what type of commission you are wanting.
Q: Do you only take USD as your form of currency?
A: I take all forms of currency! The only requirement is that it must equal the agreed upon commission price in USD when transferred. If there are still questions, please feel free to ask me about them! I am more than glad to further discuss such topics!
Q: What program do you use to draw?
A: I use these programs:
- Clip Studio Paint
- Photoshop CS6
I have experience in Paint Tool Sai, and OpenToonz, an animation software used by Studio Ghibli for some of their films. It is an open source program.
Q: Why do you have two streaming platforms?
A: I use both Twitch and Picarto, both under the Momobeda username, to stream. The reason is that some artwork will be NSFW and as that is against Twitch's terms and conditions, I will stream on Picarto for NSFW content only. My main streaming platform however will always be Twitch.
Q: Why do you use Twitch over Picarto?
A: I have found Twitch allows more customability over the channel, interactivity with it's viewers, and, for me, offers a more stable and reliable connection.
Q: Have you taken any classes for art?
A: The only classes I have had were in 8th and 9th grade, Art 1 and Art 3 respectively.

I have experience in Paint Tool Sai, and OpenToonz, an animation software used by Studio Ghibli for some of their films. It is an open source program.
Q: Why do you have two streaming platforms?
A: I use both Twitch and Picarto, both under the Momobeda username, to stream. The reason is that some artwork will be NSFW and as that is against Twitch's terms and conditions, I will stream on Picarto for NSFW content only. My main streaming platform however will always be Twitch.
Q: Why do you use Twitch over Picarto?
A: I have found Twitch allows more customability over the channel, interactivity with it's viewers, and, for me, offers a more stable and reliable connection.
Q: Have you taken any classes for art?
A: The only classes I have had were in 8th and 9th grade, Art 1 and Art 3 respectively.

I have used a Monoprice 1080p 22" Display Tablet, Wacom Inuos Pro Medium, and my first tablet was a Monoprice 8 hotkey office tablet.

A: I currently have a pet ball python snake named Andi. She's the princess in my life and I love her dearly so <3 I also have my forever pubby, Kacey. I adopted her 2019 when she was a puppy. I was told she was a black lab pit mix but she has more black lab appearances.

Posted 9 years ago[TOS] is to mean Terms of Service of which the Buyer / Client / Commissioner will, upon purchase of commission from Artist (Momobeda), abide by and agree to.
Upon submitting a commission for either quote or slot, Client will be emailed to their Paypal email address provided within 24 hours to confirm details and provided a direct price quote. If Client has originally submitted for a Price Quote and wishes to proceed with claiming a slot but has electronically signed the TOS via Google Form, Client will be provided a link. Client will be asked to confirm through email reply the appropriate details or any changes or details. Afterwhich, Client will receive a Paypal invoice with necessary information and details of the commission including contact, reference, and description of service.
Work date reached, Client will be emailed through their Paypal email address an initial rough sketch for concept and planning. This will not be shaded, coloured, or filled in. Client will have an option at this point to make any major changes in pose, angle, facial expressions, or clothing if so desired. If the commission is a sketch commission of any sort, the commission will be completed after that point and the Client will receive the full resolution .PNG image of their commission for personal use, as well as a lower <1k px .JPG image to use for online/public use.
Client is allowed 1 redraw/large edit from the initial sketch if purchased an Illustration. If commission has been coloured, large edits / redraws are no longer allowed. Smaller edits regarding updates in markings that were not a part of the original reference sheet example are limited to 2 times.
If commission is Illustration, Client will be provided 2 sketches to choose from, unless previously given instructions for a specific layout from Client. Previous limitations apply.
If Client has commissioned a full illustration, an update will be given again once flat colours are laid out with possible suggestion of lighting angles and scene if necessary. Client will have an opportunity at this time to make changes in regards to colours, outfits, scene and lighting options. Once selected, the commission will be worked into completion and Client will receive a full resolution .PNG image of their commission for personal use, as well as a lower <1k px .JPG image to use for online/public use.
Commission will be linked in a public FA Journal in order for the Client to keep track of their own commission slot and progress pace. When work is to begin from the queue, Artist will notify Client on the proper starting time. Client may ask once a week about their status/queue of a Commission, as the Buyer will now understand that the Artist cannot continuously stop all work to answer very frequently as it slows work productivity for the whole queue resulting in slower turn around times.
Buyer agrees to pay in full to reserve a slot before work may begin unless otherwise agreed upon by the Artist for other payment methods and times.
Buyer agrees and understands that their Commission will enter a queue of work immediately after payment has been confirmed.
At time of inquiry / quote, prior to invoice and payment, the Artist must be made aware of any due dates the Buyer would like the Commission to be completed by. Complexity, queue status, and due date are factors in an additional fee on top of the original quoted price.
Payment options are available for commissions over $150 USD. All payment options do require 30% down payment along with further options until full payment has been made upon agreed upon between Artist and Client. Work will not begin past the initial sketch until full payment has been received and confirmed. Sketch will be administered at earliest convenience once 70% of payment has been made.
E-checks, mailed checks, and gift cards are not accepted forms of payment.
All proper details of commission in regards to completion type, contact information, due dates if applicable, and details of the work(s) licensing/rights will be listed and agreed upon via payment of invoice.
Upon receiving files of commission, the Client will be given a link to a short Google Form as an Exit survey. This is not mandatory and will serve as a feedback for Artist to streamline the process and make the process more comfortable for future and returning clients.
There will be no refunds upon completion of the commissioned piece.
Buyer understands that refunds can only be administered upon proper contact with the Artist. Artist does deserve to know if services have not been rendered correctly and will ask how Client thinks they can improve their service.
Refunds will not be administered once Commission has been sketched.
If in case of a due date that has not been communicated to Artist at time of purchase of Commission, Client will release rights of refund as due dates can not be met without the Artist's knowledge of a time constraint prior to payment.
If Client must have refund while in process of commission, Client will only receive % back of non-work payment. Partial refund will be used via the Invoice. Client may also be blacklisted from future YCH’s, Auctions, Slots, and Raffles.
Intention to resell commissioned work must be made apparent to Artist upon inquiry of commission. A small additional fee may be requested before the work may begin in order to purchase rights for Client to make profit for Artist to release rights and provide appropriate alterations necessary for Commercial Use. Clients who use artwork for commercial use without paying a release fee for the rights of artwork will have legal actions taken against them after contact has been made/ignored.
Client must state prior to invoice if the commission will be or possibly be used for online advertisement. This may include using the work for linking/promoting self websites, blogs, or online stores. A nominal fee may be applicable. Please share with Artist your website handle/intent for use.
Intention to print artwork for personal use must be made clear to Artist upon inquiry of commission at beginning. Details of use may be required to determine if a commercial fee may be applicable.
Client may use lower resolution image to post for public use on their private accounts or galleries. Credit must be linked or given back to Artist for work completed. Client may use for personal icons, banners, and collection displays in an online medium.
Artist must be made aware of intent to make physical copies of work. This will allow Artist to colour proof the commission and provide an alternate better suited for print for best print quality as artwork is done in sRGB and will need to be proofed for CMYK and other printing types. This is not allowed for commercial resell or to be used as an example for Client's other products. If the intent is for this or other situations similar, Client will need to pay a nominal Commercial Use Fee. If unsure, please ask Momobeda for intent of use to see if this applies to you.
The Artist may use the commission for online promotional purposes such as promoting open slots, using the art as an example of completion quality for other commissions, and post in their personal gallery online. The online versions will only be a safely web compressed version as per the same for Client to use for public posting. Prints and merch is not to be made of the commission by either party unless discussed and agreed upon for further payment. If the Artist wishes to sell artwork involving the character, Artist will either offer payment or discount the payment price off of the commission, which will be clearly listed in the invoice if agreed upon by both parties. If a print is desired to be made after completion of payment of initial invoice and commission, Artist will formally ask for permission from client and may offer a payment if desired from owner of character. If the original owner declines, Artist may be allowed to make alterations to the depicted character(s) to change likeness and be able to sell posters.
Full resolution .png are available to the Client as well as a safely web-compressed jpg. Art documents such as . psd, .sai, .csp and etc are NOT available to the Client unless discussed prior to commissioned invoice. If discussed and allowed, this will be listed in the invoice prior to payment.
Artist reserves the right to make videos, speed paints, lesson or voice overs using commissions if so desired and distribute such via online platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, etc. Discussion points for such videos are limited to strictly about the commission and / or process. Ideas and thought process in the production of the piece will be discussed as well as art related content such as challenges found in the piece.
Payment of invoice is a second confirmation agreement upon these uses and intents. Your first confirmation agreement is signing the Google Form TOS.
