It's just as the title says. My old doggy (I think she's 11 or 12) has lyme disease from a tick most likely at my grandmothers where we stayed a while ago. I'm very worried about her and I was wondering if any of you have had any experiences with this or anything close.

These are just some thoughts I've had over the course of my reading the beloved 80's comic strip, Calvin and Hobbes.

I, personally, believe Hobbes to be something born out of Calvin's possible schizophrenia and/or Dissociative Identity Disorder. Could he also not actually be imaginary, but like the Snuffalupagus from Seasame Street? Is Hobbes a six year olds Snuffy? Is Calvin like Big Bird?

But then we factor in Calvin's strange Knowledge of things. He seems to know quite a bit, but be so naive as well. I just found that interesting is all.

Now then, do Calvin and Hobbes have a somewhat homosexual relationship going on between them?
Or that Hobbes was an extention of Calvin, his straight side? Whereas Calvin kept his homosexuality in himself? Or they were both part of one, bisexual, being?

Now let's look at Calvin and his relationship with other children, more specifically, those of the female species. Calvin is much closer (from what I've seen.) To his Dad than his Mom. Calvin also dismisses many females as having 'cooties.' and seems to despise them (formation of G.R.O.S.S-Get Rid Of Slimy girlS)Of course, this is nothing new in 6-year old land. Calvin and Susie also seem to have some sort of strange relationship. In one Valentines strip they are shown to 'like' each other. In another, Calvin pretends to be Tarzan, calling Susie his 'Jane'. Does this imply that Calvin has feelings for girls? Hobbes was not part of these strips, can we infer that Calvin is now bisexual? Or that he is only homosexual when he is with Hobbes, who takes in his Heterosexuality?
Now Hobbes is obsessed (quite obsessed-maybe not nymphomanic but close.) with babes. More specifically, TIGRESS babes. Can we assume that tigress is pussy? And that Hobbes, a 6 year olds stuffed Tiger, IS a sex addict? And what about the bed? They both sleep in the same bed, no? Calvin treats Hobbes like he is alive, but he gives Hobbes his own portion of the bed, like they are in a relationship or married (same thing really...). And Hobbes generally is in the same room as Calvin when he (Calvin) is bathing. What can be said
about that?
And what about the time Hobbes kissed Calvin? Could Hobbes actually be Calvins gay side and act straight to hide it? But then why the obsession with Tigress/pussy?

Anyway, the point I'm making is: A) I have too much time on my hands to contemplate these things.

B) Bill Watterson could be a sick fuck. Just saying.
