General | Posted 12 years agoAC is just a few weeks away! I will be rooming with 
pinkdragonkin and two of his friends. Better look out you speeders because officer siddy will be on patrol. Just wait and see! Hope to meet everyone i want to see and meet other new furs too.
Only one minor problem is that i booked the hotel from thursday to monday but because it july 4th plane tickets were WAY to high. So i fly in on the Wednesday. So my choices are book a room in another hotel for the night or find some other fur that wont mind having me for one night. Chances are i going to have to get a room for the night.
Also have a look around in my room

I had this idea in my head about adding a speaker in to my suit and that my voice in would be changed. Anyone tried any good voice changers?

to live somewhere else.
General | Posted 13 years agoAs most know i really want to live somewhere else besides middle of the ocean. Alot of people i talk to say "why not just move." Its not that easy "legally" For me to live somewhere else I need to marry, get a work permit or have someone sponsor me.
Marrying is out of the question because 1. im not in to ladies and 2. Gay marriage is hard enough as its is. But trying marry and and move to the US at the same time raises lots of red flags.
Work permits i might be able to do but the first part of is to actually get a job. With the way the US is now and places ive called are only hire US person not foreigners and im not that skilled to be wanted by major companies.
sponsorship. I have a lot of people say "oh i can take you in its no problem." They dont understand that is they have to prove that they can support me and themselves (housing, food, medical) for at least a year. In other works you need to be making $$$$. Disability checks do not apply, In fact if the sponsors is on disability or out of work you can just for get it. Because they are meant for the person that is disabled.
I do have 1 option and that is to get a UK passport and live out there. well that does sound good. I only know 1 or 2 people in the UK compared to the many i know in the US.
Lastly there is one of the thing that really hold me from going anywhere and thats my mom. I dont know how she will be able to support herself if im gone and thats the last thing i want my mom to be out on her own.
If anyone has moved from a different country to the US i would like to hear how you made and what you done.

General | Posted 14 years agoHey all, I know that ive been pretty quiet this month and that mainly because my job has (unlucky) updated the web blocker, in effect blocking FA and a few other sites. So no more looking at furry things during work or get commission from people that open up in the middle of the day. :(
At home is not to much better. My main laptop took a dump so now im using a smaller one that kinda hurts my eyes looking at for a while so i not on my computer that much. I am in the process of building a new computer that would fix that little problem but will not be done till i get paid so i can buy the hard drive and OS, The new one is on the right one on the left i built a few years ago. http://flic.kr/p/bxiNoz
Of course it would die just when i got a new tablet that i was going to use to start drawing, so yes when i get the computer up and running you will start seeing thing that i will draw because there is alot of things in my head that i just want to put down. ( warning they will look crappy :P )
FC last month was a blast, did not get as cubby as i wanted to but
Ashurah (huggles) helped me out with that. I also won the Musical chairs!! Not going to do a write up about it now maybe later. Just will miss everyone i met and hope to see them again really soon.

FC Backup plan for Bad Weather

I have planned on going FC this year, but right now me going all depends on the weather on Thursday. The weather report show that it going to be very stormy weather here on that day and if that plane dont land, there might not another one till the next week since all other days are fully booked.
But if this does happen I need someone who is going to FC to collect some badges that i per-ordered and ship them to me. If you have paypal i can send you the money for the shipping, There is about 4 badges. Just let me know if you can and i will send you a note on who to pick the badges from.
Right now i just want to curl up in ball because my stomach feel upset thinking about this, and im not going to be in a good mood all week until the day i find out if that plane comes or not. I really hate living on this island

FWA recap

Well… I am back home from FWA not really happy right now that I am back and have to be at work the very next day with this PCD over but work is work. Sorry if this is a long read
The weather was really nice not to hot or not cold and the hotel was pretty good as well. I met a bunch of great furs and made some new friends that I hope to see again in the future. The Con itself well nice felt pretty small even though there were a lot of furs there. My guess was because how spread out the panels and events were.
I got in pretty late on Thursday around 10pm, got my room and managed to get registered and right after found my roomy
tired from all the flying I did not stay up much longer and went sleep.
Friday I was feeling more awake but I think everyone was still sleeping because it was very empty down on the con floor. And I was missing not having my laptop because it was having problems, So for the first time ever I caught a train!!! I got on the subway train by myself and rode it to a best buy to get a new laptop to replace my old one. Then headed back to the con and suited for a little bit, got some huggles and pics taken and played in the fursuit games. Then I meet
and 
and hung out with them for the rest of the day like a lost little mouse.
Saturday again I was up early and the rest of the con looked to be asleep but luckily was up to and I hung with him until… we saw 
and 
I gave them a really big hug. Later on I got suited for the Fursuit parade. G4 had their cameras so I might be on TV!!! Later on in the day we found 
everyone was right he is one fast and strong little munk but then after a little playing they said I just might be able to keep up with him hehe. That night some of us went to a babyfur party but was not comfy with the alcohol around in there so we left and went to Nexxi and Babydrakes room where I meet 
and we all went cubby and had some fun.
On Sunday next day Nexxi put me in triple padding! If you wanted to see a little mouse waddle now was the time. Not much was happing on the con floor and some fur were already packing up and leaving. I met cute little
got my few remain badges and just wondered around. That night we went to another babyfur party but again there was alcohol, we left and made are own PG-rated babyfur party and lots of fun till I had to leave because everyone was starting to go to bed.
On Monday I had to be up at 5am to leave the hotel at 6 to make the airport. I was not very happy to leave. It was a very fun con and I think I will make this a con I go to every year be time will tell.
I went to give a really really big thank you to Nexxi and Babydrake With their help this was the first time I have felt this cubby and the most relaxed I have ever been in a long time. And thank you to faxcub and zanzan for letting me follow them around, I know I must have annoyed them a bit. Thanks for comforting me on the last night when I broke down in tears she was a great roomy. I wish there was a way I could everyone for what they did for me.
It was great to meet all the other furs and cubs too

Just to track my stuff better
General | Posted 15 years agoI've been hesitant about getting commissions lately because the current artist i have commissioned have not been updating even after i ask, or want to do other commission then get to mine and say they are not in the mood to draw.
So to keep track who ive commissioned i will put names here.

What Cons for 2011

Im now planing on what cons i should to go to for 2011 (mainly because you have to book rooms early) Im looking mostly to go to 3 cons. Right now these are on my want to list.
FC- To see the friends i saw this year but the planes are not agreeing with me they get in super late or a night over. The main hotel cost a lot as it is. (may look for roomies)
AC- I might skip AC next year to take in the other cons

Furry Weekend Atlanta- hear this one is pretty good

Also i have a few Trips coming up I will be going to Canada to see
Darky_Sabertooth for a whole week!! We plan on seeing his family, friends, try to do to some things around his small town and SWIMMING in a river....
Kinda scared about going in a river since in Bermuda you can see what is under the water for a few feet. a river you can only see a few inches O_O
Also In October i will be making my way to Furfright and rooming with
tranceraccoon hope to have tons of fun there.
But on a sad note..... My black elite Xbox has died T_T Right now im using my old white Xbox that i got when it launched but it freezes all the time. Will be getting a new one soon.

AC 2010 why does it have to end T_T
General | Posted 15 years agoI am finally over my PCD…. Kinda. I had a blast at AC and thanks to 
hindpaws my fursuit is now full! Did not take any pics this year was to busy doing everything else to bother carrying the camera with me.
I got in on the Wednesday where I was with Slavawolf and waited for our friend 
fatalfox400 . Sadly his plane was delayed and his bag was delayed even longer. But after all was picked up we made it to the hotel.
After resting out stuff down I got right in to suit and a few of the others walking around and up to silliness in the lobby.

The next day was reg and that went smoothly suited for a bit then got my the rest of my fur from hindpaws! Took me some time to get used to it but it was great. Also met a few other friends

The cub hub PJ party got cancelled I got pretty upset about that but Trance otter AKA TranceRaccoon and Embry AKA 
Falkio had our own small PJ cub time until he Embry had to go.
But I have to think the most fun I had was at the fursuit charades and fursuit games. I had hell of a lot of fun playing red rover tag and even came 2nd in the Musical Chairs.

Q&A plus AC 2010! Just around the corner

Now everyone knows that AC just just next month. As right now im looking good to be going Plane, Hotel booked and Pre-registered as Sponsor.
I shall be arriving June 23 on American Airlines.
I will be staying at the Courtyard with Fatalfox400 and KyleDAmora. Slavawolf might stay with us but he is pretty sure he going to stay with his mate at the main hotel. So that is a possible 2-3 furs i will be rooming with.
Im going to try and be in suit more then i did at FC but that depends on what panels are going on. And Have as much fun as possible!!! and some shopping at well im there. (we dont have malls in Bermuda)
And after all the fun has been done i will be sadly leaving on the 29th to come back here D:

Here is a quick day by day of what I did
Found slavawolf at the airport ^_^, byb byb island. $10 for num nums on a 5 hour flight D:< , missed the plane from LA to San Jose ;_; 5 hours later at the hotel got my Fur suit :D to sleepy to mingle falls sleep.
Breakfast at subway yum, slavawolf and i tried on our suits and fursuited for a bit Big hug from
wintersnowolf . So fuzzy ^_^

Met some babyfur friends and then met Ashurah he was so nice and fun but he had to go home a end of the day *huggles*. Opening Ceremonies think I need a hearing aid I could not hear a word they said. Still feeling jetleg went sleep early
Hung out with some of the babyfurs then suited for Fursuit Performance with slavawolf XD, Dealers den was so full but I got my badges. ^_^ Then we found this cool new card game easy to play but lots a naughty fun. The Second life panel was after B-) then hung out at the Cub hub, so many carebear plushies :3
*yawn* was kind of a slow morning as i hung out with Slavawolf then I found Ashurah and gave him some padding. *crinkle crinkle* Fursuite parade YAY!! So many suits but way to short. Masquerade was good, and then snaps the glow sticks as we 3 went to the dance. The music was great but I was still feeling fuzzy from the parade. So I got my suit then back to the dance. Slavawolf must have went looking for me when I got back we look for him but could not find him (I still want to owe him for that). I was sad he was not there dancing with us but I did have fun dancing with Ashurah we both got sweaty and drank lots of water till the party ended a 2am (about 3 hours of dancing) . By now the buses and train stopped running so I let him stay in my room and we both fell sleep under his blanky.
Rodent panel in the morning but left to see the Critterlympics, Fur flying everywhere!! @_@ We picked up our last badges. Got repadded then walked around looking at all the suits really cool some of them. Furry night Live was funny XD. Then went to the last dance suited again but Ashurah had to go home early, waited with him at the train (still suited) then waved bye bye.
Last day and my babyfur friend had to leave early, everything was getting packed away so sat where the computers used to be with Slavawolf and mingled. Ashurah came so I gave him one last padding (this time with the baby prints on them) back to mingling until the dead dog dance that had mostly old school music. Hung out with Slavawolf & Ashurah until Ashurah had to go home. Walked him back to the bus stop and we had our own dance party right there till the bus came. One last big hug and he was gone *sad mouse is sad* Found one more babyfur and we talked for a bit till he left.
In the lobby, Sad to see all the headless heads on top of suitcases as everyone was leaving. Me and Salvawolf ate at the rocket city dinner, food was so good :P then walk around San Jose, where are all the shop o_o? Give Salvawolf one last hug then back on the plane back home……..Dammit still $10 for num nums D:<
All in all it was a great time. Salvawolf is one of the best buddies I could ever have come with me I all ways try to never let him down. And Ashurah you was really special to me, my time with you was to short I think and had a great time hanging with you and hope that sometime I’ll meet you again. *huggles*
Everyone else I met was great Furs never let me down ^_^
