Local Shadowrun game info
Posted 11 years agoSo y'all have expressed an interest in being in a Shadowrun game, and I'm going to get off my lazy tail and try and start running it on Sunday the 9th. Sunday seems to be the best day for people, but let me know. I've got Sundays and Mondays off so... I also have a friend from my old gaming group who would also like to join.
The hard part is finding a place to do the game. I'm thinking of trying for somewhere in Cincy since it's a pretty central place for all of us if I know your locations correctly. If it was a Dark Heresy game I'd say we could try to take over the back of Lyan's shop since that's 40K. If y'all know of any good spots we could game for a few hours on a Sunday, let me know.
I know a few of you may have already made characters, but I'm going to have the first session be creation so the party can brainstorm a group a bit together and people don't end up stepping on each-others toes. Not to mention I'm going to be using a house rule or two to tweak the creation process to be a bit better (at least in my opinion) and I can make sure those of you who haven't played much/any Shadowrun before don't accidentally hamstring yourselves, cause that's never fun.

Looking for a room at Furreality
Posted 11 years agoHey all, I'm looking for a spot in a room for the con. I'm currently planning on being there Thursday night till Monday morning. I have no problem paying my share of the room, I'm not a messy room-mate and I don't take up much space, though I sometimes snore. I'm fine with floor space.

Fursuit for sale

Posted 14 years agoSo, finally really checked my Journal/comment/watcher part of my new messages, instead of just clicking the comment response I want, and noticed just how many and who is now watching me (you creepy stalkers you :P).
Thanks all for the watches folks! I really need to get off my lazy ass and try and get something to post up here every now and then. Maybe I'll do a few memes I see floating around.

Posted 14 years agoSo, I was in Columbus Saturday and decided, what the hell, I'll head over to Marcon since I'm fairly near to it. In the end, I had a fair bit of fun. Browsed the dealers room and artist alley, played a few games, went to a party, and hung out and chatted geek things with folks I didn't really know. Even ran into a few furs I knew and chatted them up for a bit. I've got to say, I saw a hell of a lot of costuming going on, and anyone I hear in the fur fandom complaining about skimpy outfits at cons, I'm going to point to a sci-fi con. Some of those costumes hid things by dint of postage stamps or a strip (a small one) of electrical tape and; damn, just, damn........................That said you won't hear me complain one bit :-D
