Against... ^^; I'm not religious, but I disagree in terminating foetuses, unless the life of the woman is endangered. Otherwise, the baby has a right to life :)

Nope XD Although if Sarah Palin comes into any more power than she already has, the would will die. Over and over again :(
[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
Nope. I'm totally and utterly against it.
[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
I wouldn't use it, so I don't care XD See answer for 2 for more indepth thoughts ;)
[07] Are you for or against premarital sex?
Against :) It's just unnecessary outside of a stable relationship. People often confuse love with lust, and it's not for me ;)

I have no idea... I'm agnostic on things like this ;)

Of course. There's no need for it to be illegal! Whilst Christian Gay weddings are not really possible, due to the nature of Christianity, I'd be more than happy to see them :)

Nope. I find it wrong that people consider this to be bad!
[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
Yup. Unless a victim of rape, she should deal with the consequences of a clearly careless decision. If she is a rape victim, then the baby can be given up for adoption is she doesn't want to look after it :(
[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
Nope. It should be banned in total ;) Stupid drugs...
[13] Should the war in Iraq be called off?
Not really. Since we were so stupid as to invade in the first place, we need to at least make Iraq a little more stable, rather than just having gone in stupidly, without any knowledge/reason and made a mess of it... Oh, wait...
[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
Nope. I think that, if a person really wants to die, they should be allowed to. It needs to be carefully controlled though :)

Nope. I find it repulsive and cruel.
[16] Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?
I would do it for much less ;) For free, in fact!

Obama. McCain is a senile fool with a donkey for a vice-president.

Posted 17 years agoOn Friday, I officially had the best French lesson ever! XD Every time our teacher left the room, we moved our tables about half a metre backwards. By the end of the lesson, there was a 2m gap between the front of the room and our desks XD We moved the teachers desks too so that it wouldn't be obvious and *insert drumroll* she didn't notice!! Truly hilarious!

Exchanged (Pt. 2)
Posted 17 years agoAgain, I've got to apologize for my absence from this site.. I've been on the return journey of the French exchanged and I've been in France since Thursday last week until today! I got back in England at about 10:30 and I was greeted by the happy old rain of England XD It was great really! ^^
The trip itself was amazing! I laughed myself to tears on a regular basis and had tonnes of fun! There were all sorts of daft shananigans which I may go into at a later date... XD There are way to many to force into one journal entry - it'll just end up going on for ever and ever XD XD
Sorry to those whose journals I've not commented in or to those whose art I haven't looked at - I'm gunna go through all of the art now :D There's a fair bit so I'm looking forward to seeing all of the stuff! Sorry again if I've ignored you!

Swans, Dogs and New Year!
Posted 17 years ago^^ Happy New Year to anyone that I haven't already wished it to multiple times (and Happy New Year to those I have!). Hope everyone has lots of fun!
About Swans and Dogs, we went on a walk yesterday around the local country park and we were feeding these four swams some bits of bread and suddenly, this great big rotweiller comes running up behind us. The largest of the swans suddenly starts hissing, fluffing up all of its feathers. And the dog just ran off and didn't come back! It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen! This huge dog being scared off by this hissing swan!
Well, I hope you all have a Happy New Year! :D

Posted 18 years agoWell, OK, it's not quite Christmas, but hey, we just finished for school today at the all-random time of *drum-roll* 1:45. I don't know why... (we usually finish at 3:25). Oh well XD
We spent this morning watching the official most comically serious interpretation in "Hitler: The Rise of Evil". Some parts of it are seriously side-splitting... But in general, I think we all get the point...
All in all, my exams were OK too! I managed to get only 1B in the end and all of the others were As and A*s. It's all good really (well, except for the B, because that's stopping me from the iPhone...) XD
What are people doing over Christmas then? Is anyone (aside from Tigress, who I believe is going to Florida?) going anywhere interesting or just staying at home (like me!)?

Advent Exams...
Posted 18 years agoYup. It's exam season. I've just completed loads of exams in various subjects and have started to get back results... So far:
Biology - A* - 80% on the dot... (heh heh heh)
Chemistry - A* - 90% - bit more comfortable there! ^^
French - A* - Again, just about! (I got 2 A*s and 2 As which aparantly balances to and A*... Whoo!)
Geography - A - I'm happy with that. There weren't any A*s in our group! XD
Maths - A * (I got 98% and 91 %. Whoo!)
Physics - A* (That one was 82%... pretty close to the edge again...)
Oh well, all is going well so far!! I just hope that everything else stays that good. There's another three exams to get back...
BUT ON A More Fun Note!
Christmas is soon! Are people wanting anything in particular this year? Anything at the top of the wishlist?? (I just want some HIM and Fear Factory CDs. I'll be happy then!)

Enjoy the festiveness!!

Posted 18 years agoSorry I haven't been online since... last week and haven't really said or done much. I've been on the French exchange with school and admittedly whilst I was still in England, I've just not been on the internet. At all... heh. Sorry again.
It was good fun, in all honesty, but I'm absolutely exhausted. We had to share a room (we don't have a spare room) and I'm the world's lightest sleeper. So every time he rolled over, I woke up... Gah.
But now, it's all over and I have time on my hands again. Whoo. Should get back to writing again soon.

Sponsored Walk...
Posted 18 years agoHeh, yeah. Today we had the school's sponsored walk. Basically, we had to walk 12km (9 miles) and raise some money for a childrens charity. It was great fun ^^ I had finished by 12:10 (it took 2 hours and 20 minutes) and I then had to wait for an hour for my sister to finish and even longer to get a lift home.
BUT it was great because I went round with a friend and we just talked about SlipKnot or Pantera or general music and guitar stuff and it was really fun! I had a great time!! I wish we did stuff like this more often... XD

Posted 18 years agoPoor little Lavender (really really old frail gerbil) died two days ago and after burying her, today we're cleaning out her little tank... Got to disinfect it all and get rid of all traces of her...

Well, at least Sunshine, Chocolate and Fudge are still OK and we should be happy that they're still around.. Poor Lav, though. RIP little 'un.
(I'm not depressed or anything. Just respectful. Wouldn'#t want to seem happy at her little death...)
On a slightly jollier note, though, I'm nearly finished on the next chapter of 'Nothing', which should be up soon. Thanks for reading!!

On Monday 10th September, I was attacked by approximately 20 midgets who stretched my shirt until it was about seven sizes bigger, pulled my hair, kicked and hit me and grabbed onto my legs. The scene vagely resembled something from Gllivers travels.
On Tuesday 11th September, I was attacked again, this time by a girl with a behavior disorder and her friends. She scratched me repeatedly in a cat-like attack and then wrapped herself around my leg, refusing to let go...
Today: Basically, a combination of the two above.
Argh!!! Never do work experience in a Year 2 class (6 & 7 year olds) at a primary school. Don't do it! ^^ I've learned from my mistakes - next time make sure that you have picked something you enjoy, not just something for the hell of it, which to be honest is what I did here... Oh well XD XD

But at least it still works ^^

Posted 18 years agoYup, I'm back at school ... but at least we only had one real lesson and I was re-elected form captain in the singlemost tampered election that I've ever seen. Me and my friend one, but one of our form tutors 'wasn't there' so a re-election was taken and I had only two votes until the last nine or so ballots were all me!? How dodgy is that? Talk about rigged ^^
Oh well, we didn't get any homework and we just... did nothing at all, all day! Whoo. XD

I got a video iPod and some money and an Aiden CD and a HUGE box of Malteasers! ^^ Fantastic!!
Plus, I get to see all of my relatives on Sunday (hopefully more money) and me and a bunch of friends are going to play football and have a meal (again, hopefully more money ^^)
And, after my holiday, I feel all fantastic anyway, so I'm on another NON-drug related high! Yay ^^

Posted 18 years agoYup, I'm back from a fantastic holiday! I feel reallu upbeat, jolly, happy... etc. It was just perfect. The temperatures were late twenties early thirties every day and the Sun was out almost without fail!
My only problem: The TRAVEL!! It was a nightmare on the way there and the way back I was just too tired... although it was better. I had two problems.
i) Sleeper trains: they are the creation of evil. The theory seems good: sleep on the long journey so it doesn't feel like so much. But have you ever tried sleeping on a tiliting train after running for the train, wearing the same clothes for the full day (and then sleeping in them), no food or drink since the morning? We were in a room for six, but since there were only 5 of us, a random guy was also there (see later) so it was really stuffy, they forced us to close all of the windows and the beds weren't comfy. But there was a plus: they provided a bottle of water, some polo mints and a pair of earplugs (also see later).
ii) THE EUROSTAR!!!: I never thought that we could have the exact same problem on both legs of the journey. On the way there, the train was an hour late so when we arrived in Paris, Gare du Nord, our hour and a quarter relaxtion session had been reduced to five minutes. In that five minutes we had to get on the Metro to Austerlitz (four minutes) and find the sleeper train. So we were running for it...
And on the way back, of course, everything was going smoothely and *kaboom* out of nowhere comes a half hour delay. So we were running for the train from London to Manchester too!!!!!!!! Stupid Channel tunnel having issues...
But other than that, this was brilliant. Mum got really hyper, as did my sister, so we were telling jokes and such.
i) When we were on the sleeper train, something very funny happened, albeit unfortunate for whichever poor person bought the spare seat in our room. My brother was very uncomfortable and had sat with his feet at the head end of th ebed, which had a gap. That free bottle of water was over the gap. He, whilst tossing and turning, knocked it through the gap, terrifying the poor man on the bottom, who jerked upright, only just not hitting his head on the ceiling. My Dad yelled my brothers name then my Mum did and my sister and I just started laughing, trying not to be too loud. When the guy went back to sleep, Mum burst into giggles, my brother just looking bewildered and fed-up.
ii) Those two earphones saved my Mum. At night-time, this family of six would come out onto their balcony and talk, laugh and party until the early hours of the morning. Mum was going to kill them all. But then I reminded her of those miracle ear-plugs. Soon, she dubbed them "the best £200 we'd ever spent [refering to the cost of the sleeper train].
iii) The Sun: For any English people we actually got to see that rare, elusive, celestial body known as the Sun. It's yellow/orange, very warm and produces light. Quite startling, after the constant cloud cover we've had over here! ^^

My only problem: The TRAVEL!! It was a nightmare on the way there and the way back I was just too tired... although it was better. I had two problems.
i) Sleeper trains: they are the creation of evil. The theory seems good: sleep on the long journey so it doesn't feel like so much. But have you ever tried sleeping on a tiliting train after running for the train, wearing the same clothes for the full day (and then sleeping in them), no food or drink since the morning? We were in a room for six, but since there were only 5 of us, a random guy was also there (see later) so it was really stuffy, they forced us to close all of the windows and the beds weren't comfy. But there was a plus: they provided a bottle of water, some polo mints and a pair of earplugs (also see later).
ii) THE EUROSTAR!!!: I never thought that we could have the exact same problem on both legs of the journey. On the way there, the train was an hour late so when we arrived in Paris, Gare du Nord, our hour and a quarter relaxtion session had been reduced to five minutes. In that five minutes we had to get on the Metro to Austerlitz (four minutes) and find the sleeper train. So we were running for it...
And on the way back, of course, everything was going smoothely and *kaboom* out of nowhere comes a half hour delay. So we were running for the train from London to Manchester too!!!!!!!! Stupid Channel tunnel having issues...
