So I got my camera up and running, and possibly weekly I may or may not be posting up pictures I take during photoshoots.. Timeframe all depends on how I feel after works/days off, etcetera.

So. I'm going away this weekend to the Steampunk World's Fair~ Anyone else possibly going to be going? if so, would be nice to meet up with anyone there, get away from the family and stuff~

First thing on the chopping block here.. I'm possibly getting a promotion soon so I'm hoping that goes through and all is well there

I'm very pleased with my first actual drawing and may be doing more in the future

but the main reason that I am posting today... CONVENTION LIST!!!

I'm only really going to two .. maybe three conventions.. and they are as follows

May 16-18: Steampunk World's Fair
August 8-10: Otakon (weee)
September 26-28: Steampunk Unlimited at Strasburg

it's come to my attention that I haven't done any kind of updating to anyone for the past year! This is mostly because this past year was uneventful, so I'll start off with this: Happy belated holidays and new year~

I'm going to be posting a fair amount of old gifts and comissions in the near future, so if there's a sudden explosion on this page, it's totally my fault-- I mean it's not my fau--- wait.. how did that line go? bah it's too early for any of this... Coffee time!!!


in other news, my family is going through a rough spot, my great gramma passed on, so if (on the off chance) any of y'all do pray, please keep the family in your prayers, this one's going to be rough for mom.

ALRIGHT this dragon returns, with internet!
actually I had the internet set up yesterday but I was too bushwhacked to update everyone, so here I am now~
some (very little) construction, including a wall and ornamental wire guide need to be installed, other than that, things are winding down (kind of). Will have pics of my room the moment that we divide it.

in other news, I'll be able to have people over, once everything gets all unpacked and organized, so may be hosting a D&D/Pathfinder game, or gaming night soon, so I will keep those nearby posted.

OK SO. the last journal said that I was moving last month. that never happened due to unseen events. it's definitally happening this week, or so mom says, so anyone that lives near me (lower bucks county, PA) that is able, please let me know, cause we are loading the Uhaul truck up on Thursday, and unloading it on Sunday, because Settlement is on Friday. We will be providing drink and food on the two days, or hope to.. any amount of time that can be given is very much thankful

WELL. it would appear that luck is on my side, I have been notified of an opening in the security team at the park, hopefully the interview I have this upcoming friday will work in my favor.. wish me luck y'all

legitamately. I'm breaking character this time.

I'm currently attempting to transfer to a part of work where I could be indoors, or at least have access to Air Conditioning as a direct order from my doctor, and from Human Resources, they said they cannot guarantee either.. if it comes to it, I may be out of a job, and when the parents (my current housers) were notified, mother said "I can't uphold you anymore" I'm not sure if she means she's going to kick me out, or what... any thoughts...?

TL;DR: I'm possibly losing my job and mom is flipping shit.

hey. I'm thinking if anyone was interested in anything, chaimaille bracelets, Paracord wristbands, Paracord collars or chokers, etc.. opening four or so slots to comissions. Who would be interested in ordering any of these at all?

if you wish to have a different method of weaving the colors, I would like you to explain exactly what you want, in note form, and depending on how complex the color combinations are.

hokay. the next few uploads are going to be from my old camera, so the quality may be shit. My good camera runs on four AA batteries, and I only have two AA batteries that work well enough. SO! from now until I get batteries, my uploads are going to be with this older 4.0 megapixel camera as opposed to my 10.0 megapixel camera. :/

more information about comissions coming very soon, I may be opening four slots. Any thoughts about me charging between $20.00 and $30.00 USD for a custom bracelet of three colors or less? obviously it'd depend on the intricacy of the weave you want.

So I have found something I can actually do and like. I can make chain maille bracelets!

depending on whether or not I can get more rings (being that I made one as an experiment / really wanted to try) I may or may not open myself to comissions. If I do, what do you think would be a reasonible price for these bracelets? (images to come when I can get an SD card for my camera)... $15? $20? $30? depending on the complexity and colors used...? gimme ideas folks!

I've already told people they were getting gifts (you know who you are) and I will stick to that, I have them written down on paper.

A good friend of mine,  vashan , his roommate, and her friend, are losing their apartment and need money VERY badly right now, or they all will be on the streets within a few days...and none of us wants this to happen. I'm on the phone with him right now since their net was cut, and he is a wreck. Please...can't ANYONE help him out??

We've talked about it and it looks like the best option is a Walmart moneygram. If you wish to help...and I hope people do...send  koronakaaduu1280 a note and he/she/shi'll give you the info needed (hopefully all of it) in order to send some money to, not just one person, but three people in need, screwed over by a pair of over-religious parents.

Please people...help out three others here. Help them get a place to live. Help them get food. Help them build a new life...

And please...spread this journal around as much as possible.

alright. I'm not going to complain, because there's too much of that. buuuuut... I will praise the lot of y'all that somehow manage to keep it together while we are going through rough times. Money is tight, has been, will be. yes, yes, I'm still alive, and I'm very much glad to have my life (and computer) at least. why am I writing this? cause I feel it must be known.

First and foremost I would like to thank my friends (you know who you are) for keeping my sane through all of the hard times, injuries, hospital visits. If it wasn't for you all, I wouldn't be here. I'd be a college dropout, rather than being considered for an accociates in liberal arts. As a thanks, I will be getting into contact with those friends that matter, and when I do get some funding (whenever that is) there will be a surprise for them. I'm not giving that surprise away yet ;3

To those in need, I say the next things: Hang in there, it may seem that times are troubling, and things are going downhill... or to hell in a handbasket... but hang in there. These times are slowly but surely starting to ease up, and will improve. you have the skills, and the capability to make anything happen; even though you say you can't, try. You never know what you can do, until you do it.

Apparantly the weather changed so much that my asthma triggered worse than it ever had for the past few years.. I'll give specivic details in a note if anyone wants to know...
