More update!
Posted 10 years agoI haven't been very active with... well, anything lately.
I'm trying to get back to work through this... somewhat relaxed job for disabled people, but it's not going so well. I'll work 4 hours a day, take the bus for 2 hours total to and from, and sleep the rest of the day to prepare for the next. I know I have customs- as well as the adoptables I already created waiting! So I... ugh. I'll talk to the boss tomorrow and see if I can reduce my hours, because working and having absolutely no social life/strength for art is slowly ruining me.

Posted 10 years agoI haven't been very active with art and streams, mostly due to life slapping me in the face and the anxiety that follows! Hopefully things will settle down and improve soon. Until then, I'm sorry!
Why I can't do commissions!
Posted 10 years agoI just figured I'd explain my reasons here, as it'll be much easier to simply link to this rather than having to go through the embarrassment of typing it out in my streams!
As much as I would love to do commissions, I cannot. It doesn't have anything to do with my skill as an artist, or laziness,
or anything of that sort, but nearly 3 years ago I was diagnosed with ME, which basically renders me completely useless for some days or weeks after exhausting myself.

If I was to accept a commission on a good day, I would have no way of knowing if I would collapse while cooking later that day,
or if walking to the store would lead to me being bedridden for however long it took until my body was back on track.
While drawing isn't exactly physically draining, it does require more thinking than I expected before I got ill!
Too much thinking, and I become mentally drained, so I even have to pace out my drawing sessions if I want to keep it going!
This is why I decided to do adoptables instead; I can draw them at my own pace, and they're quick enough to do so I won't roll around on the floor afterwards, haha ♥

When buying through Paypal, send as Goods/Services, and mark "No address needed/No shipping required".
Please do not beg me to lower the price for you, or try to guilt trip me into giving you free art of any kind.
