Heads Up Journal #21 - This is important, inevitable YCH.
Posted 10 years agoIf my idea doesn't work, I'll probably draw porn or something, since that tends to earn money fast.
The point is, this is something that's going to affect me and my travel, and potentially in the long run bring things down for my mother and I. I need to help her.
At about 3pm EST I'll be able to sketch it.
TL;DR: I need money, and I'm willing to draw more porn for you guys if it gets to that. I plan on at least trying to keep the rating General.
Heads Up Journal #20 - Art Progress Notice
Posted 11 years agoAs it may be obvious, I don't pump out artwork super fast as I wish I could, but this week, from the 12th of January to the 16th, I'll be busy with midterms. I also have to perform on Friday so I need to memorize lines for my second role in a play and it's mandatory, of course, that I do so. I can probably work on comms in the bits of free time I get, but I also, technically, don't have internet access, and I use the Personal HotSpot on my iPhone to get on my desktop. I really shouldn't be, since money's a little tough right now, but I am.

Heads Up Journal #19 - Art
Posted 11 years agoI've been busy, tired, lazy, annoyed with a lot of things. I wish I could explain it but it's hard for me right now because my head hurts. I don't like to say that I'm venting or ranting or whatever, because I think that's very childish, but I'm just bothered and I wanted to have a different journal up instead of the one I had before.
To actually talk about art, I've been slow because of stress, and this stress has been pretty prolonged, but I'll get back into the kick of things soon. I am open for commissions, and there is a special journal that no one's seemed to have commented on or claimed, but oh well.
Just a reminder, commissions are open, prices are here.

Been a while since I've made one of these types of journals to inform you all on what's been going on. To put it simple, school is tough and it's been taking over most of my mind so working on other things feels dangerous or hard. Dangerous because I don't want to forget things. Hmm... art's been slow as well, or at least slower than I feel like it should be with me. I've got two pending commissions, they're in progress, not at this moment, but they need to be completed, then I'll be free of things and I'll open up. Oh, I posted a journal before this one stating that I have one slot open for any type of commission for 50% off and no one's stabbed at it. It will always be open until someone steals the spot. I can't really think of too much to say but that school's been keeping my mind busy and art is slow because of it. It hasn't halted to a stop, but it's just slow.

Posted 11 years agoOne of my favorite industrial musicians apparently passed away on November 1st... Wayne Static was 48 years old and so far no news has gone out on how it happened, I would suspect drugs, but oh well. I love this fucker's music, and even right now I'm listening to his stuff and just... God dammit, I wanted this to happen later in life, not now. I love his music, I wanted to see him in concert one day, fuck fuck fuck...

Heads Up Journal #17 - Bunch uh shet
Posted 11 years agoAlright, so, this may or may not be a lot, but I feel like there's a lot to say.
For one, I... sometimes hate talking about art in any of these journals, especially official pieces of work that I know I owe, but I updated my commission info section (<-link) and I've put up stuff that I'm willing to do and all, but at this moment in time, I don't want to take any commissions, nor do I want a line up just yet of people I could do art for. I've just gotta put some other things up above that in terms of prioritizing properly, and I feel like I should note this by stating this here.
On my profile, you can also see that I have a queue—which contradicts what I just said in the last paragraph, but these are my first and only commissioners so far and I'll be looking for more once I've got this queue and my personal queue completed, then I'll open back up and take however many lovely furs I want.~
School's... okay. I can't say it's too bad so far and I can't really say that I feel like I'm doing nothing. I'm the President of the Anime Club at my school, I organize the days and events during the times of the club. I plan on looking for a part-time job at maybe the Wal-Mart right near by. I plan on getting my permit so I can drive. I'm part of the drama club as well and I do run crew and tech crew shizz in there. (There's a chance I'll be acting in the Spring play "High School Musical" [which honestly I'm not 100% excited for, but it's definitely something])
Recently I've started to get this essence that I'm "popular." I've gotten some people on f-list and on FA reach out to me and wanting to befriend me and RP and such and it feels kinda warm guys...~ x////3
Err, what else... I'm definitely still drawing, I'm just a horrible procrastinator and I really need to step out of this bad habit of saying or thinking that things will be done, and instead do things now.
Grr, at this moment, I can't think off too much else. I suppose that's it!

Posted 11 years agoI'm finally home from visiting my father in NY for almost 2 entire months. This means I have access to my desktop and tablet once more... BUT IN MY TIME GONE, MY DESKTOP DECIDED TO SUCK COCK AND NOW I CAN'T ACCESS THE INTERNET ON IT. I've tried an ungodly amount of alternative ways to get around this problem, but it just doesn't want to work. My hunch—and my experience in last night's digging and digging for solutions to find this—is telling me that it's my wireless adapter. My problem with my desktop atm is related to networking, but I just can't solve it. Even my mother who studies IT was having trouble, but then again, she was pretty tired and she had no energy to try thinking too hard I suppose.
To clarify all of this a little more. My desktop is still accessible to absolutely everything else but using anything online. I can still draw, listen to music, paw off to saved materials from the past, and play my games and such, so I will be able to get started on old things and new things yadda ya.
I've also been practicing my guitar a bunch and I am getting better at it, I'll see about eventually linking you guys to my YT page when I upload more things.

Heads Up Journal #14 - Summer, I guess x3
Posted 11 years agoSo yeah, honestly this time I don't have too much to say. I've been in the Bronx with my father, been drawing a few things and generally been having a relaxing time, as of now at least. I've uploaded a few pieces and I've done a collab with camychan where I sketched, inked and colored a picture before sending it to them to shade it because they love shading. x3 I suppose this journal also turned into a signal boost after I mentioned them... GO WATCH THEM. o3o
Either way, I mean, iunno, I've been playing Bloody Roar and Shin Megami Tensei IV. Been drawin', pawin'. Got some headphones. Pre-ordered The Evil Within.~
I notice a lot of people post journals that allow people to relate to the artist or poster of the journal. Does anyone want that that doesn't know me? I don't want to just post up a journal like that and not get any replies. Either way, let me know here what you think of that. (I've asked this before and got nothing from it)

Posted 11 years agoSorry for being a tad QUIET—if I have or haven't been, iunno— BUT ANYWAYSZ, I just started to work on photoshop once again but now with my only tool of artistic power... a computer mouse. This isn't terrible, because I actually know how to use the computer mouse to get what I want (probably better than a tablet) but oh well, I've started to work on inking that picture I literally JUST uploaded a few minutes ago, and I hope to continue working on it until it's at least colored, THEN MAYBE, I'll upload it, depends on how I'm sitting on my chair.

Heads Up Journal #12 - HOLY GOD-FUCKING CHRIST, NOT DEAD
Posted 11 years agoAlright, so some of you should've been able to realize that I've been offline/online. I've been slipping on with the 3G/4G/whatever on my phone when I probably shouldn't've because it adds to the bill, but, I still did, favoriting things and talking to a few people here and there. But generally I've been dead, not posting anything, and I want to change that, but I don't have my tablet with me now that I'm at my dad's house. I didn't bring it because I wanted to bring other things like my guitar, laptop, sketchbook, amp, and whatever little knick-knacks but I didn't have a lot of available room for myself for my long ass bus ride from MD to NY then walking and train-riding and shit and fuck.
BASICALLY, If I want to upload anything, I'd have to either draw traditionally and see if I can manipulate it on photoshop to seem digital, or just straight up draw and upload traditional stuff all the way until August someday to then go back home and try to resume drawing, hopefully fucking finally finishing off everyone a part of that free art shit I started a few weeks ago by now. *checks* wow, almost an entire month by now and I'm only hitting half-way...
Okay, so, I plan on trying to upload a few things, traditional things, and I may even host another raffle but for traditional pieces instead.
TL;DR: I'm not dead; at my dad's so I'm tabletless; traditional pieces are to be made and upload from now till some time in early August. People a part of the previous raffle will get digital pieces when I get back home. I'm still not dead, unless I should be or something, idk.

The 100th watcher will get a fully shaded, properly drawn picture done by me with a simple background. I'll draw mostly anything >3> there are a few topics I'm sensitive on but I haven't really come across anyone asking for it yet so until then, just ask away and then I'll point it out.
I usually don't like to post a journal like this that sounds like you have to watch, I'm not requiring it, it's just a gift for whoever was my 100th watcher.
