Posted 8 years agoSo it seems like life is falling apart no matter how hard I try. Here's a little insight as to why I feel like I may lose what's left of my sanity at any moment:
But hey, I managed to secure a home and gain weight! I now weigh 187lbs! .....And now to sleep and then escape reality again tomorrow since I can't do much tomorrow..
Car is impounded. Arrested again. Spent my last to paychecks trying to get a home. Until now I was homeless again. Still can't get my license unless someone gets me to the DMV. Lost my job after my car cost me 2 days of work. Have only enough money, after borrowing, to pay for my license until Friday. Unable to get to my new home until I get my car back. I have a month as of last Friday to get caught up on bills and have rent after I find more work. Can't afford to turn my phone back on, which is making getting work very hard. All the lights except for high beams and right headlight low beam are dead, which is why I was pulled over at all. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. Either way it doesn't change I'm having to deal with the depression and anxiety caused by this, which is made worse since I'm always fighting them and the fact I overthink EVERYTHING.But hey, I managed to secure a home and gain weight! I now weigh 187lbs! .....And now to sleep and then escape reality again tomorrow since I can't do much tomorrow..

...For those who don't know, I'm in Georgia, US. Within a couple of weeks I'll be moving to Douglassville, Ga.
Work and being a dad will make it hard to go out, but I'm still going to go to cons and EVENTUALLY make a fursuit. ....First tickets/bail, getting a decent car, rent, replace/upgrade tools as needed........this may be harder than I thought.

Posted 9 years agoSo I was just getting onto I75 after showering at the Pilot when I hit the raised edge of asphalt going across the bottom of the on ramp. I hear and feel a couple of thuds which prompted me to pull over. As I was coming to a stop I hear something tumble to a stop next to the car. I get out and walk up to it and its MY FUCKING CORNER LAMP. Apparently it was barely being held in place by the wires probably because the screw came out.YES! FINALLY!!

...For those who have no knowledge in construction, the studs and framing used in walls. The metal version.
I'm roughing it out in thin gauge studs, then forming it in load bearing studs since they're pretty thick.

Anyways, I've now begun to play Shadowrun, about to start playing Shaintar, also.
OH! Ankur is a tabletop RPG I test played there and it's actually pretty cool, still needs some work and support. So go help out!

Posted 9 years agoSssssoooooooo its been quite a while since I was last on here. So here goes!
First, I SERIOUSLY MISSED FWA?! ..Whelp, that hurt so much I felt it physically. I wish I could have seen some of my fuzzy friends and made new ones, but life said "F*#K YOU! YOU WORK, NOW!"
...Worst part? My job site is DOWN THE FUCKING STREET. I could have walked there after work! -cries in corner-
Anyways...
Starting to eat healthier, which means cooking. ....Fuck.
Finally free of the tank! I now drive a '95 Civic 5 speed. Since I didn't know how to drive standard before, I now need a transmission, but SO much fun to drive! I also get 37 mpg! x3
I don't get to draw much lately, but I still manage. Gonna upload a picture of my most recent doodle after this.
Finally, I'm more stable with work, finally. Down side is this site has me starting at 5am. So I don't stay up late, nowadays.

Posted 11 years agoI see streaming artists somehow select only the area they want to color within their lines. I don't know how they do it. If I knew it'd make coloring SO MUCH easier!If it helps, here is my process:
Draw it -> Scan it -> Open in image editor (atm it's Photoshop CS5 but eventually will get Krita) -> Pen tool to redo ALL the lines (different parts get their own layer) -> Color -> Shade -> DONE!
Right now I do a quick fill in with the brush tool when I start coloring, then tediously go around with the eraser tool and clean it up while zoomed in a lot.
...THAT is why I want to know how the hell you guys do it!Please and thank you! ^w^Woot!

Posted 11 years agoI know its been a long time since I posted anything new, but in order to I need a scanner... And now I also need a new screen. Eventually I'll change my OS to something better for me.
...I might just take pictures and update the uploads later after they at least get scanned.

Another major problem is I have no scanner. Which is a problem since I draw it out on printer paper and a mechanical pencil. Plus I can't use Photoshop anymore since I have a laptop that probably won't run older versions of Photoshop.
So basically, need a scanner, a image editing program, better skills, and figure out how I'd set up the commissioning. ....Yeah, definitely want to wait until I at least have a scanner.

BUT, he will look similar to my fursona.
I'll have my hair, facial hair, and clothes change as I do. ...Plus I'll have plantigrade legs, whereas Grim will have digitigrade legs.

Posted 12 years agoI'm currently in Job Corps. and waiting for advanced training at Gary JCC in Texas.
Now, for those who have no effing clue what Job Corps. is; It's a government funded vocational training program offered only in the US. Free to get in and attend, even get paid for it, but its a pain in the arse depending on which one you go to. I'm here learning to be a electrician, then going to advanced training to learn overhead/underground lineman. ...The power lines on the poles outside and the ones buried underground.
..I ended up picking the second worst center in the entire program.
-sighs- I have no idea why I haven't killed anyone yet. Most of the humans here are uncivilized, uneducated, self-centered, arrogant, egotistical, dicks!
Anyways, I now have a one year old daughter back home that is turning out to be just like her daddy...just not as crazy. -silent victory pose to self-
I made a black tail out of 2 sleeveless undershirts, safety pins, and a large key ring. I wear it on weekends and feel off when I don't during the week.
Found a couple furries here, but most of my friends here are nerds, weirdos, and/or otakus.
I've managed to reduce my temper a lot, learn that I have a third personality that is a white tiger, become less shy, more relaxed about some things, and increased my stress levels, nearly died a few times, energy boost by electricity once, gained 10 lbs!!!! Woot!
Oh! I finally made a list for tech I'll create someday and a list of organic things I'll create someday! Ideas are always loved!
...XD For the sadist; I burned my left hand on a hot motor, 2nd degree burn on same hand by water, micro fractured my right middle finger out of anger, compressed the joints in my right foot, mysteriously got into poison ivy (which is everywhere), and currently irritated at this cut on my right palm right under the index finger. ..Stupid 2/0 AWG wire. #- 3-
...Wow I still babble a lot.

Well, almost every single one I come across wants credit.
Apparently there are textures that don't need to be credited when used.
..Anyone know where I can find some? I need for 2 of my current projects
a side view of balcony, so that your looking at someone on a balcony from
a side view. That or something that would look like it was in a corporate-type
setting outside, but still able to see the sky.
For the other I need feline fur of all sorts, flesh..mainly the actual muscle,
and a grungy looking background for it all.

Posted 13 years agoI found a way to run Photoshop! I just had to run it as administrator. But since I was disconnected from the net when I tried this, I'll have to try again while still connected. But this still means I can color my work again! WHOO!

Posted 13 years agoWhile playing Rage on my 360, I stood the 360 up on it's side to help it cool.
The dogs wanted to play and sis tossed the toy. They run after it, one bumps
the 360. It falls. ...I was still playing.
Now I can't play Rage until it's repaired or I can get my hands on the first disc.
FUCK. ME.
So, if anyone knows a way to repair it that I can do at home, please, PLEASE tell
me! ...And the toothpaste method didn't work.
