When you order a commission, it is assumed that you have read and agreed to these terms.

My commissions will always be open unless I specify otherwise.

Commissions are NOT character design commissions. I will not draw a character that doesn’t have a visual reference. I am open to character design commissions on a case-by-case basis, but keep in mind that they will be much more expensive than a normal commission.

At the end of your commission, you will receive 1 high-resolution 300 DPI png and 1 low-resolution 72 DPI png.

You must provide me with an e-mail address to send them to. This e-mail address will not be given to anyone else, I will always keep your contact info private.

I have certain subject matter that I will or won’t draw. In general, if it’s something I’ve drawn before it’s fine.

Will draw:
NSFW, robots, mechs, any species or body type, soft guro (cuts, bruises, unrealistic types of guro like fruit guro)

Won’t draw:
Certain fetishes (ask first), underage characters in NSFW situations, scat/waterspots, age-play/diapers, hard guro (death, organs, realistic gore)


If the character you want is very detailed and time-consuming to draw, I may increase the price. I will always inform you of this before you make a payment.

I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.


Process
1. Contact me using my e-mail (zcoughart@gmail.com), direct messages on FA, or DMs on my twitter (@ZorinaArt). When you contact me, send a few paragraphs detailing what you’re looking for. Please link any reference images as well.

2. Send all payments via paypal, using the e-mail shou_kyu@yahoo.com. At least half of the total price is due upon ordering, with the other half due on completion of the low-resolution image.

3. Within a week I will send you a sketch of your commission for approval. If you want major changes, this is the time to let me know. Once the sketch is approved, I will move on to inking and base colors.

4. When base colors are completed, I will again send this for your approval. This is just to make sure I got things like markings and colors right. Once it’s approved, I will move on to shading and rendering.

5. When shading/rendering is complete, I will again send you a low-res, watermarked image for your approval. The final payment is due upon approval.

6. When I receive payment, I will send the final, high-res image to the e-mail you’ve provided.

It usually takes me 2-3 weeks to finish a commission. Feel free to reach out if it’s been a few days without an update, but please don’t send more than one message a day.

I will let you know if something comes up that may delay your commission.


YCHs
On occasion, I sell YCH slots. These are reposted on FA, my twitter and my patreon. I can be contact through any of those sites or my e-mail at zcoughart[at]gmail.com

The slots are limited and are first-come first-serve. When all the slots are gone, I'll update the YCH post to reflect this.

If the character you want is very detailed and time-consuming to draw, I may increase the price. I will always inform you of this before you make a payment.

Payment for YCHs works the same as any other commission, I take either half up front or all up front depending on the commissioners comfort.

Payment
PAYPAL ONLY. Send payments as goods and services.

At least half of the total price is due upon ordering.

The second half is due upon approval of the watermarked low-resolution image.

After the full payment is received, I will e-mail you the full resolution image and an un-watermarked low-resolution image.

I will not start on any commission until at least half of it is paid for up front.

Commissioners have 1 week to send payment for limited items (such as YCHs), after which I will assume you don't want that slot anymore and will open it back up.


Refunds
If I cancel a commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel a commission, you will receive a partial refund based on how much work I’ve completed. For example, if you ordered a full color piece ($70) and cancel after I’ve gotten the sketch done ($30), you will get $40 back, minus paypal fees.

You don’t need to go into why you’re cancelling, I understand that sometimes life happens. Just let me know politely and I will be happy to refund you.


Consent
I will not draw a character in NSFW art without consent of that character’s owner.

If you want to commission two or more characters in NSFW art, you must show proof that they have agreed to be in it or have them contact me directly. A simple “Hey, I’m [x], I have given [y] permission to use my character for this commission” is fine.

If you want to get a gift for someone as a surprise, there must be some public proof that they are someone you know. (For example, previously purchased art, them tagging you on their page, etc.)

I will not make any NSFW art of a character owned by someone who is underage.


Rights
All characters are copyrighted to their respective owners.

You may NOT use my art for commercial purposes. You may not print my art on merch or a product meant to be sold. You may, however, get prints, t-shirts, etc. made if they are only for personal use.

If you wish to discuss purchasing commercial rights, let me know in your message or contact me at zcoughart@gmail.com.

You may not edit my art except to make minor changes, such as correcting colors in a small area or adding an accessory.

I have the right to post the art I made for you on my socials, including furaffinity and twitter. I will credit/tag the involved commissioners/character owners unless they wish to remain anonymous. There is a $30 fee if you wish for me to keep your commission completely private.


Blacklist
I will not take future commissions from someone if they:

-Harass me with multiple messages a day
-Get unreasonable or rude with me
-Try to pressure me into drawing something I’m not comfortable with
-Attempt to file a chargeback or force a refund without talking to me first
-Deceive me into drawing NSFW art of an underage character or someone who didn’t consent to the art being made
-Attempt to get around the blacklist using other accounts
-Violate any other terms listed here
