Welcome to my Terms of Services page! Please read through my TOS carefully to avoid any confusion when considering commissioning me. These rules are subject to change at any time. I will not be held responsible for what you have not read. Always make contact with me to discuss commission information and price before transferring funds.
Random payments without my consent are not paying for my services. If an agreement between the artist and commissioner was not made previously, then the money that was sent will be considered a tip or a donation. No Refunds will be executed for completed art. If you are paying the owed amount for a piece I am working on currently for you, then again please let me know before sending.

1. Terms of Service: Guidelines and Limitations
-To commission me, please email me or note/pm me with details of what you want.
-The character(s) in the art belongs to their respective owner(s) and only those individuals have the right to use the art as they see fit, website or for private personal use. Also please give credit to the art where credit is due.
-Please don’t remove my signature or logo on the art I made for you.
-The Art I create is my own. If I wish to use it in my art portfolio or gallery, then I have the right to.
- I am an Artist with real life responsibilities and unexpected events will happen without warning. With that said, I may not have art out daily or quickly. Please understand my life comes first and it does get busy at times. The art creation process can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks.
-Please send full information and a visual reference sheet via email or PM. Links are acceptable as well. A verbal reference or a descriptive non-visual reference will not work.
-During the Sketching Stage, re-sketching is not charged. However, if it is a comic, it may take some time to redo some of the paneling and pages.
-I have the right to deny your commission if I feel uncomfortable with it or feel that I can not meet the demands. We can try and work something out, but please don’t pressure.
-All art is strictly digital. Tradition art is not available at this time.
-Backgrounds are going to be a solid color or very simple.
-If you wish for ‘Work In Progress’ shots, then please ask for such. Otherwise, none will be sent if none will be requested.

2. Prices and Payment
-I currently accept PayPal, Google Wallet, and Second Life Lindens as payment for Art Services. I do not accept E-Checks or mailed money.
-Please wait to pay me until I get a look at the commission information. Once it’s approved, payment is expected before starting your art piece. I will invoice you with your paypal or google wallet email. Please have the funds to pay before commissioning me.
-Full Payment upfront is required before the Art Process begins. Payment plans are not available at this time.
-No refunds for completed art. If the art is 25% - 50% done, you will get a 50% refund.
- A Full Refund is only possible when I cancel the commission due to either lack of interest of said commission or when too much time has passed and work hasn’t been done on the commission what-so-ever; At this time, the commissioner can request a full refund if desired. Cancelled Commissions is the only possible way of receiving a Full Refund.

• Non-Canon Story-line of Dr. M: Orphaned at a young age, M was raised in a church house with other children who were abandoned or simply their parents passed away. Sneaking out of the church at nights, she roamed the streets, finding herself in trouble and using her demon powers to get out of such by hiding. A young Lord found her one day in the streets, and decided to visit her when his working hours were done. His name was Rudolph Clause and he was a Doctor. Soon after M's 13th birthday, He adopts her and begins to teach her science, medicine, and also to teach her how to control her powers.
