Hey guys. I wanna thank who all has stuck with me here, and been patient through my lack of uploading. There's been A LOT that has happened since my last journal (wow two years? I'm seriously slacking), but I want to update this place and actually get the ball rolling here again. I've still been working on taxidermy, however as some have noticed, my Etsy shop is closed indefinitely and I will be editing things around here in regards to commissions. I'm no longer accepting/will be taking VERY FEW IF ANY anymore. There's a lot of personal reasons behind this and those who haven't followed me or know me I apologize for this. I'll still be creating, just for personal and close friends, or for premades that will be sold as is.

I either keep this account here, or I move on and create a new one under a new name. I'm not sure as of yet. But yeah, my brain is doing a poop, I'm sorry xD I have no more words. Except seeing me as a fursuiter! I have several suits and hopefully my badger suit will be home soon <3

I wanted to thank you guys if you participated in my halloween sale ;w; I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I have a bunch of new projects that I'm working on now, and I can't wait to get them all done. So many fluffs going to be mounted up and going to new homes! I still have to go and get a few more pelts, but I just got another ten pound box of polyfil so I'm back in business since I THOUGHT I had another box...and then when I went hunting for it, I found out that nope! I was flat out. Now I'm back on my game though, so a good few mounts are in the works. I have maybe a few premeades too, I'm not sure. I made one coyote that I'm thinking I'm going to part with, but decisionsss.

Anyway, I'm in the need of gaining some more funds in, both to put into pelts, and to taking care of a puppy that we came into possession of by complete accident x-x I belong to a local shiba inu group, and I saw a post for someone looking to rehome a little female. I was interested, but not for myself, and I just wanted to take a look at her to see if she was a good dog. WELL. They ended up leaving her in our front yard, saying that she looked like she was getting along great, and they'd be back later to drop off her things. I need to get her spayed, because Guts, our male, is still to young to be neutered, but old enough to know what he's packing down there. So I gotta get some money together to get her fixed.

Aside from that I lost another one of my snakes... It was a bit of a painful loss because he was one that I basically hand reared and didn't think that he was going to make it several times. I thought we turned the corner because he was eating on his own, and he gained weight and was looking healthy. I don't know what happened, but he passed away in my hands last night. I hate loosing animals, but especially Hammy. He was a special little hognose, and I feel so guilty that I wasn't able to do more for him. I'm trying to not let it get me down, but it breaks my heart.

But in light of the upcoming holidays, Thanksgiving and Christmas, I'll probably have a black friday sale. So just a heads up.

So i know people can get tired of the same ol' same ol' so... Ive decided I'm going to be throwing in a few more critters into my shop for sale once I get the 'prototypes' finished. I'm probably going to make some coming soon listings, and maybe have another sale when I manage to get everything done. I love working on coyotes, woofers, and all that, but there are a few things that I wanna try my hand at, and I finally got the chance to do so :3 Some people might see a hint on my Trello about what they'll be but I'm eager to see what everything will be like when they're finished. I may also have a premade or two in the shop! I know that isn't something I have very often, so it'll be nice that people won't have to wait for anything to be done. So pictures will be coming soon, and I'm also going to be working hard this upcoming week on commissions! Gotta get those materials in :D

So I've caved and now have gotten myself wanting fursuit parts for no other reason then to have some x3 AC really rubbed off on me, and after getting a partial from a friend I'm more or less craving some more. Does anyone know any artists who would take payment in taxidermy or related things? I don't have a way to have a very reliable income to make consistent payments but if someone took some works like I make I think I could easily pull that off! If any of you guys know some people to suggest I'd love that! Even if it's just bases or other parts, I'm willing to try anything to even help me fuss around and maybe even try to make my own suit. :D lemme know guys!

I've been coming to the conclusion more and more so, and I actually had attended this years Anthrocon (which oh my god it was a blast) and thanks to a friend of mine, I now have my own partial of Puff, my badger. So this got me thinking, do you guys think it would be a good idea to maybe make a few smaller mounts and try to sell them at AC? I know some things related to taxidermy can be frowned upon, but this community has been so welcoming with my work and it does make me feel right at home. If I could give some critters new homes where I know they'll be taken care of, I'd love to do that, since I saw that they have that whole art auction section. What's your opinion guys? I'd love to know :D

Sorry.. You guys know I've never been good at the whole title thing. But an update has been well deserved to everyone, so I figured the least I can do is let people know that I'm still alive. I'm not going to be hunky dory and say that things have been perfect over here, but I'm not going to be a downer too and drag you all along on the ride with me. So let's just leave it at that my health is still an issue, and that things have been rocky and I'm trying to regain my footing. I'm not going to ramble on about my issues, because I know no one really wants/needs to hear all the depressing things and goings on in my life.

I am still working on taxidermy, between soft mounts, possibly a few LS pieces, and wet specimes here and there. I will be updating this page and giving it some attention that it deserves, since you guys were my first real start here, and I'm not going to just throw it all away.
As most people have thanks to some of the drama in the community, I've moved to the Facebook scene, just because it's easier for me since it's so accessible on mobile and its just... in general just a more straightforward approach. So I highly suggest joining the few soft mount groups that are out there, that's where a lot of the artists have gone to who are no longer on here.

I'll be uploading some pictures here probably in the next few days or so. I know I always promise and it always seems like I forget. I'm sorry guys, I really am. I'll make more of an effort to get this place up and running again. Thank you :heart:

So it's been a while since I've updated... Anywhere it seems. A lot has happened on my end, where I just needed to take a step back and actually breathe and take care of myself. Thats helped immensely, though I still have a bit of a road ahead of me of healing and repairing that needs to happen.
