Anthrocon Come and Gone
Posted 14 years agoFirst off, I'm sorry for the long time with no post - it wasn't that I was dead, or that I didn't care, it was just that I was incredibly busy, and just didn't really have the time.
Anyways, with Anthrocon having wrapped up, I decided to give my two cents while there was a few minutes of quiet time between the end of the actual con, and when we have to leave to get in the plane to head to the plane to head back home.
Man, am I looking forward to being back in Arizona where I don't have to wake up at the rough equivalent of 6 AM anymore.
Anyways, I have to say it is miraculous how much My Little Pony has taken off in our fandom. Like a greased up rocket. Just... psssshew. I saw two of the best fursuits I've seen in years, Applejack and Rainbow Dash. It's amazing just how fast those were put together, and how spot on they were, appearance wise. I do have to admit that Rainbow Dash is a mite inexperienced with her wings, since she repeatedly wing-wanged me in the Dealer's Room. ^^ Eyup, she wanged me with her wings. It was insanity, but some of the funnest insanity I ever saw.
2 and Uncle Kage were awesome as usual!
Anyways, I have a ton of commissions coming through the barrel, and I will be staying on top of them to get them finished and move on to other things - such as possibly more commissions. Or maybe even sleep.
Either way, I'll be uploading a lot of stuff over the next month or so, if everything goes well.
