The past week has been hell for me, mentally and physically. I've either been curled up throwing up blood(happened three times), horrible stomach flue of some sort, or been to weak to do anything but lay there and sleep and not get an inch of rest.

I feel better now, not one hundred percent, but ill do my best to get back to work, and what I owe and Im so sorry ;-; forgive me

no this has no point, except for me to lament that this damn cake tastes like bacon.

Heket’ari
Name translation: The God Born
Description:
Heket’ari range on average from 8 feet tall onward, with the largest known Heket’ari standing at 12 feet.
While their legs are more symmetrical, their spine and hip structure allows for two legged to four legged locomotion, though they prefer four since the muscle mass on their upper body makes it extremely hard and uncomfortable to walk upright. The slimmer Heket’aris are more comfortable with the transition of four to two legged locomotion, and are usually seen in the jobs of ambassadors, since most species prefer the ‘norm’ which is to say another creature that acts like itself. They have numerous extra thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, which account for their spinal and leg mobility.
The jaw structure allows for the mouth to open up to 85 degrees, with double muscles along the jaw and head, allowing the Heket’ari to powerfully crush bones and even some metals. Their unusually large skull accounts for some of this power.

Female and male both have a pronounced skull ridge ‘hood’ that can grow quite long as the creature ages, though with age the bone does grow fragile. The frill hood is more pronounced in females, and usually covered in scarification tattoos of honor and kills.
While they do have two sets of eyes, their vision is not their primary sense. They can see particularly well, in dark or light, but it’s their senses of smells, and the deep set pits just below their nostrils that allow them to be keen hunters and assassins. They can see heat given off by their prey, and also use their dual senses of smell to both taste and sense the area.
Heket’ari have adapted to the hot climates of their homeland. Due to this their thick hide, which isn’t scaled at all(though they do have some raised markings similar to crocodiles) is able to withstand some weapons and blades. Although the slightest change of temperature can cause great distress and problems for them. Their skin becomes rigid and tough due to the layers freezing to each other, which can make movement painful, and in cold enough temperatures, can even rupture and cause lacerations that will not heal until they are warmed. If prolonged exposure to cold, their hearts will slow down and in effect, they hibernate. Their body will shut down, their brain will only function on the smallest of levels and they are very easy to kill at this stage.

no im not leaving

Now first off, Im not whining, I love the people who watch me. They are both my friends and people to look up to. Nor do I want to be a 'pop' fur as its termed, I like the sort of family comfort you get from a more close knit group than just a rampant lousy collection of people who I dont know :B.

The thing is though-I still cant work. Im still on medical leave, and as thus I need money to eat, take care of my cats and pay for my medications. So I need a more heavy base of people, things that will catch more commissioners and so forth.

So my question is, what can I do to get this? I realize my note on my commission sheet that I do not enjoy drawing porn is a big punch in the gut for this. But please be aware, its not because Im squirmy or dislike sex or anything to do with it. If it floats your boat, by all means-go ahead and do it. I just don't have to watch. I just prefer sensual over sexual. This does mean I will draw past pg-13 situations, but if its random hardcore with no emotion-I wont do it.

Preferences.

Also, is it possibly some of the genres I decide to draw? I wont point out which that would be just rude. But I will happily draw pg-13 esque pictures of almost any fetish, and this includes my own personals, gore, horror and etc. Am I losing fans because of this? It must be said, I don't care what floats someones boat-as long as you follow my 'will not draw' list, if everyone is over the age of consent and willingly into what ever your doing-by all means do it. I dont gotta watch.

So most of this is rambly, but any points on what I can do? Things I can offer? Perhaps pin up in flashing lights that I will do fan art, except generally speaking it WILL be in my style and there for things like my little pony wouldnt really work...

Regarding my adoptables, I was thinking about expanding them to add creative 'mini pets' if you will. Chromo-co wants to expand and give options to be more in depth with your new pet or 'humanoid companion'. You would be able to describe its specie you wanted/species up to three mixtures, colors you picked but I still retain the right to artistic liscence when mashing the species together.

Any interests, and perhaps more fetus adopts?

Art will continue again once I get a working copy of photoshop going.Malware bites decided that my current copy was a bug, out of the blue(been using it for awhile) and deleted it. Could not recover it.

Id lie and say Im going to be awesome and buy photoshop, but who has the money for that?

I dont know if its a cold or reactions to my new medication but damnit, I feel like someone took great pleasure in beating every inch of me. Im so sore, it hurts to move, to breathe, to walk. So Ive been having trouble with my usb ports, all of them. I know its not the mouse that I plug in or the tablet because Ive plugged them into my dads laptop and they work FINE.

So ive tried uninstalling all the usb ports, restarting the computer and letting them reinstall. NOTHING. Ive tried system restoring, nothing.

pretty much whats happening is the power flickers on and off when I have a usb device plugged in.

The thing is I have three rescue cats, they eat a lot, they require a lot of litter and my damn are they picky about their wet food(no I just cant buy the cheap stuff and hope they eat it when they get hungry-they will hunger strike).

So my question is, does anyone know of any online sources to buy pet food cheap, that ships to canada(obviously) perhaps has free shipping after a certain amount is spent? :c I cant use amazon, it has to accept paypal.

-As the artist I retain the rights to the species itself, not the character you are given. This means other specie types can be commissioned with these guidelines:
-Color must be in no ways similar to the original adoptable
-same with patterns
-you can not change their genetics, they are what they are.
