So I recently got an IPad Pro for my birthday. I feel more energized to do art now since I don’t have to stay locked in my room to do art, I can do it where ever I so choose. So I will be uploading art way more often, it may look a little less than my normal quality for a bit as I get used to the IPad and the new Programs I am using. Hey guys it's been a while! So everything has gone perfectly when it comes to the gall bladder surgery and me healing. I had my last doctors appointment on the 8th and the doctor was very happy with everything. So I am pretty much healed up now. I will have a little pain for the next month or so, but that;s only until the rest of me internally has healed. I don't need to take an medication anymore and I can finally sit at my desk again with out any real pain. Some days are still a little difficult, but most days I am back completely to my normal self.

So the last few days have been going very well. My dad changed my bandages on Tuesday and from what we could see, I was healing very nicely. Everything seems to be right on schedule for how I'm supposed to be recovering.

Starting about 3 days ago, I finally started to be able to get out of bed myself with no help, and lay in bed myself as well. Before that it was too painful for me to do it myself because my stomach muscles would clench and the pain was too much. My dad would have to help me lay down and sit up.

Now I'm not really needing the morphine at all anymore. The last 2 days or so I only ever needed to take it before going to bed. The reason for this is because of how much my stomach muscles are clenching/stiff and my posture, my back would be extremely sore. So by the time it was night, I would be in a lot of pain. So taking the morphine helped a lot.

Today I had an appointment with a nurse and she took out the staples, yay! I feel so much better having them out. The last 2 days or so they have been acting up and causing me some pain. I think it's from my movements and how much I'm healing. That now it would be like they we're poking me, rather then just helping to hold the cuts together. Also they were so itchy. So because of them being out, I can finally take a shower in 2 days, as long as I am up for it. I just have these little strips on top of my incisions rather than a big bandage, so that's nice.

So overall I am doing really good, everything is healing up nicely. Doesn't look like there is any infections what so ever, which I'm really happy about. And now I barely even need to take any acetaminophen. Sure there is still some pain, but it's very bearable now. I have one final appointment in January and then that's it.

So just wanted to keep everyone updated. I'm not sure how many people actually read my journals, but it felt nice writing it out for myself even, all the same.

Well yesterday went pretty well. I had to stay in the hospital for about 10 hours from the moment I got there, ti when I left. I was pretty sore yesterday, i was extremely bloated because they had to pump my abdomen with CO2 to see ny gallbladder. So i still have some of the CO2 inside me. So I'm quite gassy and therr is a lot of pressure on my stomach right now.

But I'm feeling a lot better today. Last night the pain had gotten pretty bad and was really hard to move at all.
Today so far i managed to go about 2 hours after my medication wore off before i needed to take more. Yesterday i had to take it right when i was allowed to because the pain was too much. So slow progress, but i feel today is going to be a lot better :)

Most of you don't know this, but I have been dealing with gallstone attacks since about April. I was put on a strict low fat diet in July to help stop the attacks from happening. They are excruciatingly painful when they do happen. @_@ I was even prescribed Morphine if I felt I ever needed it during an attack. So all this time I have been waiting for a call to know when I would have my gallbladder removed. Well I finally got the call the other day and I am scheduled in for this Thursday, the 29th to have the surgery.

So with that being said, I am closing my commissions for the time being. Recovery is supposed to take about 3 weeks. So I really don't know if I would feel up to doing any art or not. Who knows what kinds of meds I might be on lol.

So rather than taking on commissions and having my customers either have to wait for a good period of time; and/or getting subpar art. I much rather just not take any in.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday over the weekend with friends and family. Then I spent my actual birthday, monday with my mom, dad, brother, and boy friend. It was a lot of fun. ♥

Yay it's my birthday! Wow I cant believe I'm a quarter of a century now(25) lol

So my older brother isn't a furry or anything, but he's really trying out with his own youtube channel, it would be awesome if you guys took a look. TLDR: Very very busy moving, got sick, family came to stay, Christmas shopping/learning new buses, Christmas, and bf came to stay for 2 weeks.

Sorry for being so quite on here the past few months. I found out close to October that I would be moving, so I was doing a lot. My family and I had to make sure we didn't have too much stuff for a 1 floor apartment, essentially we had a lot of stuff to go through. We were staying in a 3 floor house that had a nice yard for almost 21 years. So to bring that down to 1 floor home, with no yard was very stressful. Oh not to mention we had to be out of the house by Nov.30th. This was really my first real move, the last time we moved I was 2-3 years old; so it was pretty stressful and emotional for me since I was leaving what I knew my home to be.

My aunt came to stay with us the night before we moved and she stayed for almost 2 weeks after that to help with things. Oh also to top it off, I got sick literally the night before we moved and was sick pretty much the entire time my aunt was here.

So you would think I would finally get to relax? nope! since now Christmas is around the corner. So I had to learn real quick what buses went where to go shopping.


The day after Christmas my bf foxytemptation came to visit and he stayed here until January 9th. I had a lot of fun with him visiting. We hung out with some of our friends, we got our hair cut together, went out to eat together a few times, went to the movies, and even celebrated out 3 year anniversary together by going out to eat. (our anniversary isn't until Feb.1st, But we wouldn't actually be together that day, and would only be able to do stuff online together. So we figured celebrate it while he's here.) My bf also got me some really adorable deer presents for Christmas. He gave me deer earrings, a deer necklace, and a deer mug. Plus we both got each other Pokemon Sun and Moon.



So now finally I get to relax and work on some art. So hopefully in the next couple of days, you'll see some art posted!

So I finished my medication on friday and I feel great! :D So I'm all better now ^^ Not sick anymore! :D

So I decide it's time to go to the hospital to get this checked out because I just am not getting better.

Let me tell you just how fucked up a Quebec Hospital is.........

August 18th, around 1:30pm I get to the emergency entrance to the hospital. I take a number, wait my turn, see a nurse and then go and get signed in. So now I have a hospital bracelet on my wrist and I am sitting in the waiting area. that part took all of maybe 15 minutes or less. So now I'm just supposed to sit there with my mom and wait for my name to be called to see a doctor. Mind you I would only need to see a doctor for maybe 10-15 minutes and would be out again. shouldn't be difficult to get me in and out quick right? oh how untrue that is.....

August 19th around 2-3am STILL sitting there, waiting to be called. my throat is in absolute agony because I hadn't taken anything before hand before coming. I didn't want anything I took to counteract something a doctor wanted to give me. The nurse calls my name to check me out again to see how I'm doing, still in pain and it really seems like they don't care at all. I barely could eat and/or drink anything. the only thing I've had to eat was half a piece of toast because that's all my throat would allow me to have.
I've gotten very little sleep because the chairs are so uncomfortable. imagine a steel frame chair with crappy cushioning. but these chairs are linked together so you cant even move them closer together to lay on them better. the chairs were very similar to this. http://www.medical-supermarket.com/.....1cdab2726b.jpg

August 19th 6:40am My name FINALLY gets called to see a damn doctor. I go to the room they told me to go to. I sit there with my mom for maybe 5 minutes. The doctor comes in and checks me over. prescribes me some medicine, and then goes and sees a nurse. The nurse comes back and gives me what they called a shooter of medicine. basically it was a few different ones mixed together, not sure what exactly it was. So I take that and my mom and I leave. about a minute or so later my throat is feeling fantastic. Man i wish they could have just given me that instead of what they prescribed me xD

August 19th 7:00am I finally get home with my mom. I gave her my prescriptions for her to get it later, then we both go to our beds and pass out.


So in the end...it took me sitting in a super crappy uncomfortable chair in agony for 17 and a half hours before I even got to see a doctor for maybe 10-15 minutes

Well depending on how I feel when I wake up. I may go to the hospital to get checked out. I'm tired of being sick and want to get better. my throat is still really sore and swollen a bit. I'm guessing I may have a virus of some kind.

I've been sick since the 8th. started with just a headache, than I became dizzy, nauseous, stomach pain, etc. I've been having good days and bad days. I'm doing ok at the moment...but still sick. So it'll probably be a few days until I start posting art again.

So I have been trying to be creative and draw for the past 3 days now. the heat is just too much for me to stay in my room. first day all i got was half a body sketch down, then I had to get off my laptop because it was too much. the 2nd day I managed to get a lineart done, a really crappy one mind you. Then the 3rd day(yesterday) I didn't even bother getting on my laptop to try and draw at all. I would try now while it's night time and cool, but I'm tired and I need to get up earlier so that I can get out before it gets really warm. I need to buy myself new running shoes and new sandals. I'll be going and visiting my bf this July for 10 days. I already have my plane tickets and hotel reserved. Now I just need to get a few things before I go see him ^^
