Friday Night Challenge #26 is OPEN!!!
Posted 8 years agoBut, first things first, give me a moment of your time to talk to you about the new optional rule I talked about previously.
Remember the Index Impetorum Prohibitorum feature that was to be another event on NSFW? Well, upon hearing the Discord mod team, the consensus was that this idea was similar to FNC so IIP kinda merged with FNC as a result.
With "merged" I mean, we have taken the set of rules that were created specifically for IIP and each time a FNC is happening we will select one of those rules to be used OPTIONALLY, if the fighting persons wish to enhance their fighting RP.
This is what I wanted to say on this matter, now this optional rule for today's FNC is:
A victory is gained only by you ejaculating inside one of your opponent's orifice (mouth, ass,pussy) in order to win..
You've read right, ladies and gentlemen, for today's and FNC's first time's optional rule here it is: In order to win, a sexfight match, you need to cum inside your opponent's mouth, or ass or pussy in order to win. So basically, a reverse sexfight with an added stipulation!
And that ends that, simple, wasn't it?~

The Friday Night Challenge is nothing more than a simple yet elaborate RP challenge, to make a long story short this is what happens in this journal.
In this journal the fighters have the right to issue challenges OR answering challenges made from others in the journal comments.
For example, say that I (
Kangaroo-Jack) am issuing a challenge in the comment section, another person that views this journal can EITHER answer my challenge or issue one of his/her own on the comments section.
And like I have said before:
1.The ‘Challenge’ means you RP, you create and/or hold an RP session (via notes, or Instant Messenger Services) and since it is an RP session that mean that the two persons that RP are creating the rules and the terms in which they will RP.
Do you want to have a regular wrestling match between your characters? It’s OK.
Do you want to have a foxy boxing bout with pretty loose codes on dressing? It’s OK.
Do you want to have a sexfight ala NSFW rules? It’s OK.
Do you want to have met someone and ask for a spar in any kind of match? It’s OK.
Do you want to have an old fashioned pub brawl with anyone? It’s OK.
Which brings me to the second point.
2.RP logs of aforementioned challenges, it would be nice if we have them but it’s not obligatory.
3.YOU CAN ACCEPT AN OPEN CHALLENGE IF SOMEONE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO YOURS YET.
4.Also,from now on on every FNC you are FREE to pose more than one challenges, provided these two criteria have met:
a.The person you are challenging has not had their challenge answered for more than 24 hours.
b.You have FINISHED your previous challenge, that means sent the RP log of the previous one to the group to make sure you are done with it and make sure there are no abuse of this system.

awf_redux to participate in a tournament they are hosting.
A male-only, submission wrestling tournament!
Consider this as an open invitation to a "collaboration" or a joint event, rather than a full-on rivalry between the two Federations.
For clarity, here is the message the owner of AWF_R sends to all of us, alongside the rules of the tournament.
Greetings and salutations, fellow watchers and fighters of the AWFR and NFSW,
We will be having a wrestling tournament! (and strictly a wrestling tournament)
Though this tournament is hosted by the AWFRedux, we are also inviting members of the 
n-s-f-w to participate! The tournament will focused on story based RPing: the character interactions, their banter, why they fight, etc. To help this go smoothly, the tournament will span many weeks to account for different schedules, timezones, and life in general.

> The matches will use a dice-based system to eliminate godmodding and leave circumstances up to luck.

Friday Night Challenge is going to be open tomorrow, so if you wish to fight someone, there will be your chance.
Secondly.
Remember the Index Impetorum Prohibitorum event that I asked feedback on some time ago?
Well, based on that feedback I received, we have come in the conclusion (the NSFW members that participated in the ongoing discussion of how to set up this event), this event was nothing more than an illustrative Friday Night Challenge, and therefore it would be rendudant to have two features/events with the same basic principles behind them.
So, does that means that IIP is scrapped? Not entirely.
You see, before we decided to scrap the event, we got some rules and limitations (35 of them, actually) that could be used in an event such as that, therefore!
This is what we are going to do henceforth, taking one random rule each time an FNC is out and given the player(s) the option to do battle based on the parameters of said rule, meaning that: Each time an FNC is out, the participants will have the option to set up the FNC like they wish to OR, alternatively, they can chose an optional rule/parameter to fight under, for those who wish the extra challenge.
Here are the rules, ladies and gentlemen:
- Fighters are naked at the beginning of the match.
- No kicking or punching allowed.
- Any moves that would result in the opponent begin tossed over the waist line is prohibited
- Winner has to make their opponent cum and then pin them after the orgasm.
- All damage must be focused on the crotch area. I.E. Ball or Cunt Busting
- Only Kicks, knees, elbows, and Punches are allowed.
- Grappling is prohibited.
- Winner is determined when the loser gives up and surrenders.
- No striking or wrestling damage is allowed. In other words, strikes from elbows, heads, fists, knees, and legs, are prohibited. As are wrestling moves, and
throws, like DDTs, Suplexes, Power Bombs, Hurricaranas, and the like.
- Holds and Grapples are legal.
- Fighters may only use sexual based attacks as they wrestle and struggle for position over the other.
- Striking, Holds, Sex Moves and Attacks, and Wrestling moves are all legal.
- Winner is only determined by knocking their opponent out via sexual exhaustion.
- Weapons and sex toys are legal as well.
- Fight takes place in a Cage.
- No use of sexual moves or penetration, erection, teasing of the erogenous zones of your rival.
- Using of an appendage asside from your original four (two arms and two legs) is strictly prohibited.
- Each fighter must enter the ring fully dressed and covering every part of his body that could be considered lewd.
- Using your cranium (yes, that means your skull) in order to assault any part of your opponent is prohibited.
- Any and all use of weaponry besides your own body (bottles, chairs, tables, mics, headsets, ring aprons etc.) is prohibited.
- Using a gloved fist to attack your oppoennt only, (like boxing).
- A match ends only one opponent is knocked out, unconscious.
- This match allows only kicks and similar uses of your legs in order for victory to be solidified.
- A victory is gained only by you ejaculating inside one of your opponent's orifice (mouth, ass, vagina/pussy) in order to win.
- Pure, unadalturated sexfight.
- In this match, no strikes will be allowed, only sexual techniques, pushes and submissions can be allowed to secure victory
- No takedowns, you can't ground and pound your opponent.
- Psychological combat: One must make his opponent submit with only slight touches and pushes and only his seduction skills and silver tongue.
- A victory is scored only in submission.
- A ref can't interfere in a fight.
- No breaks between rounds, just a continuous fight.
- Endurance fight, first round, fighter A dishes out and fighter B receives without resistance, second round this is inverted, the one who lasted longer wins.
- First blood to win a fight.
- In this fight, you are allowed to only target and hit your opponent's genitals, victor is the one who remains standing at the end.
- Double Ended Dildo Dules! First to make to make the other cum wins!

- Grappling is prohibited.
- Winner is determined when the loser gives up and surrenders.

- Using your cranium (yes, that means your skull) in order to assault any part of your opponent is prohibited.
- Any and all use of weaponry besides your own body (bottles, chairs, tables, mics, headsets, ring aprons etc.) is prohibited.
- Using a gloved fist to attack your oppoennt only, (like boxing).
- A match ends only one opponent is knocked out, unconscious.
- This match allows only kicks and similar uses of your legs in order for victory to be solidified.
- A victory is gained only by you ejaculating inside one of your opponent's orifice (mouth, ass, vagina/pussy) in order to win.
- Pure, unadalturated sexfight.
- In this match, no strikes will be allowed, only sexual techniques, pushes and submissions can be allowed to secure victory
- No takedowns, you can't ground and pound your opponent.
- Psychological combat: One must make his opponent submit with only slight touches and pushes and only his seduction skills and silver tongue.
- A victory is scored only in submission.
- A ref can't interfere in a fight.
- No breaks between rounds, just a continuous fight.
- Endurance fight, first round, fighter A dishes out and fighter B receives without resistance, second round this is inverted, the one who lasted longer wins.

Posted 8 years agoYes, guys, as you are reading this, then yes, read well, as of today, Skype is not going to be a viable option for NSFW, going forward.
Yes, the recent update and the catastrophic disaster that followed it was the straw that broke the camel's back. As of today, Skype is not going to be where the primary of NSFW's operations is going to be. Skype is going to slowly-slowly being cut off from support from Microsoft, and we are to find new endeavors to explore the possibilities of NSFW.
Well, and Discord is the best option for this change, it has everything a group such as ours we need and then adds some more things for us to do, ;ike isntantly use of links to YT, Gelbooru, Wikipedia, the ability to cast dice without a third party programm and so on and so forth.
So, without taking too much of your time. Yes, I am not saying that the Skype room is going to be abandoned, it still has the majority of NSFW's population, but with more and more NSFW persons abandoning Skype and going to Discord with increased frequency, this is a much-needed change.
Times change and we must catch up with them.
Therefore I will send to all of you NSFW members private invitations to our Discord server, I hope you accept them, so far all are working extremely well with it. We hope to see you in the other side. ^^

For those who do not know and did not saw/remember/bothered to read the history journal from the past, let me explain it for one last time. (<---laugh all you want, someday it will be the last time)
The Friday Night Challenge is nothing more than a simple yet elaborate RP challenge, to make a long story short this is what happens in this journal.
In this journal the fighters have the right to issue challenges OR answering challenges made from others in the journal comments.
For example, say that I ( Kangaroo-Jack) am issuing a challenge in the comment section, another person that views this journal can EITHER answer my challenge or issue one of his/her own on the comments section.
And like I have said before:
1.The ‘Challenge’ means you RP, you create and/or hold an RP session (via notes, or Instant Messenger Services) and since it is an RP session that mean that the two persons that RP are creating the rules and the terms in which they will RP.
Do you want to have a regular wrestling match between your characters? It’s OK.
Do you want to have a foxy boxing bout with pretty loose codes on dressing? It’s OK.
Do you want to have a sexfight ala NSFW rules? It’s OK.
Do you want to have met someone and ask for a spar in any kind of match? It’s OK.
Do you want to have an old fashioned pub brawl with anyone? It’s OK.
Which brings me to the second point.
2.RP logs of aforementioned challenges, it would be nice if we have them but it’s not obligatory.
3.YOU CAN ACCEPT AN OPEN CHALLENGE IF SOMEONE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO YOURS YET.
4.Also,from now on on every FNC you are FREE to pose more than one challenges, provided these two criteria have met:
a.The person you are challenging has not had their challenge answered for more than 24 hours.
b.You have FINISHED your previous challenge, that means sent the RP log of the previous one to the group to make sure you are done with it and make sure there are no abuse of this system.

Also, expect a new RP tournament (this time, dice-based) at late August-early September. The RP tournament is going to be survivor series, two teams of 5 persons each, Team Men vs Team Women for the dominance of NSFW.

Index Impetorum Prohibitorum, we NEED your votes for it!
Posted 8 years agoNow, remember what I have told you about in the lattest two journals about "Index Impetorum Prohibitorum"?

Now, those two above links are good in explaining this event and how it will be played in detail, so I will try to be succinct in this one journal.
So, the "IIP" is going to be an RP-based event, in case you did not knew, an RP event in the veins of "Friday Night Challenge", or to be more precise, it will draw paralles from it, but also be its own thing.
In FNC the two fighters that were going to engage in the RP session where able to modify their rulings to 100% micromanage every aspect of their fight, such a thing is not going to be possible in IIP.
And to explain, IIP is going to come into 2/3 options (or more/less, after we are done with the demo phase and see what we could stick with) which most of them are just a variant of each other just in another format:
A. All Random: Yes, like the phrase implies, this is going to be a "Journal" (think of it something like FNC that also happens in a journal), the two rivaling parties are going to meet up, take up the challenge of one another and then, after we (the NSFW members) have done selecting rules and regulations to omit, we put them all on a neat, numbered list and then those participating in such events will pick up the number of rules that they wish to see tossed out of the window (there is no limit, but I believe 3-4 is the optimal number here) for their fight.
For example, the list could have those 5 "rules" with this particular order:
1.No boxing
2.Sexfight only
3.No extra appendages used
4.No nudity
5.Boxing only
And so on, and so forth, for this event, the two players can and WILL set a max ammount of rules they wish to see out for this even (minimun one, at least, maximum is up for debate) and each player can roll (via random number generator) the random rules that will regulate their fight. I hope I was clear in that regard, if anyone needs more info please don't hesitate asking me.
B. Jack's pick: This is going to be an event exclusively held on the Skype RP Room (note me if you wish to join it, some stipulations may apply) where I, the bossman of NSFW will treat this event as a short of "promo" or like a "wrestling card" for lack of better word here, trying to create matches with my own set of rules, like wrestling companies do.
And to explain, for this Skype RP Room based event, I am going to pick a number of rules, (2-3), and a number of matches to go with those rules (2-3 as well) and then go to the Skype NSFW members and ask for volunteers on who do wish to join which match.
For example, say that Luka, Gazzy, Kamui and Bedrock are in the room and interested in participating in the event.
First match: Sexfight only, no submissions, no boxing
Meaning that the match is going to be won only with knee/leg/feet strikes, headbuts, extra appendage (tail, wings, tongue etc.), no submission maneuvers with the opponent need to cum in order to score a victory.
Second match: No sexfight, no wrestling, ballbusting only
Meaning that this match is going to be won only with strikes to the genitals, no wrestling (aside from pushing and put limbs out of testicles way) and a way to score a victory is to KO the other from the hits to the balls!
Gazzy and Luka agree to the first match while Kamui and Bedrock agree to the second match.
And on the last event.
C. Crowd's pick: One more Skype event, but this time, the crowd is on the position of Jack to try to create and arbitary enforce the match THEY wish to see. so a variation of [B.] for all intends and purposes.
With that out of the way, I would like to also remind you on a last note that there are two terms with which you can vote to ban rules/regulations.
The "no" term and the "only" term.
Both of them are self-explanatory, the "no" term refers to something that is fully and 100% prohibited in the fight, so something that wont be used, the "only" term is something that refers to something that is probably either the end goal (like the winning condition of the fight) or the match/strike type (like "only boxing" or "only kicks") so it is something that is going to be featured in this match 100%.
Hope I was clear on that last front.
Now, this went a bit longer than I would have hoped, but you get it, I hope, if you have any questions, please don't shy away from asking them, I will do my best in answering them.

And so on, and so forth, for this event, the two players can and WILL set a max ammount of rules they wish to see out for this even (minimun one, at least, maximum is up for debate) and each player can roll (via random number generator) the random rules that will regulate their fight. I hope I was clear in that regard, if anyone needs more info please don't hesitate asking me.
B. Jack's pick: This is going to be an event exclusively held on the Skype RP Room (note me if you wish to join it, some stipulations may apply) where I, the bossman of NSFW will treat this event as a short of "promo" or like a "wrestling card" for lack of better word here, trying to create matches with my own set of rules, like wrestling companies do.
And to explain, for this Skype RP Room based event, I am going to pick a number of rules, (2-3), and a number of matches to go with those rules (2-3 as well) and then go to the Skype NSFW members and ask for volunteers on who do wish to join which match.
For example, say that Luka, Gazzy, Kamui and Bedrock are in the room and interested in participating in the event.
First match: Sexfight only, no submissions, no boxing
Meaning that the match is going to be won only with knee/leg/feet strikes, headbuts, extra appendage (tail, wings, tongue etc.), no submission maneuvers with the opponent need to cum in order to score a victory.
Second match: No sexfight, no wrestling, ballbusting only
Meaning that this match is going to be won only with strikes to the genitals, no wrestling (aside from pushing and put limbs out of testicles way) and a way to score a victory is to KO the other from the hits to the balls!
Gazzy and Luka agree to the first match while Kamui and Bedrock agree to the second match.
And on the last event.
C. Crowd's pick: One more Skype event, but this time, the crowd is on the position of Jack to try to create and arbitary enforce the match THEY wish to see. so a variation of [B.] for all intends and purposes.
With that out of the way, I would like to also remind you on a last note that there are two terms with which you can vote to ban rules/regulations.
The "no" term and the "only" term.
Both of them are self-explanatory, the "no" term refers to something that is fully and 100% prohibited in the fight, so something that wont be used, the "only" term is something that refers to something that is probably either the end goal (like the winning condition of the fight) or the match/strike type (like "only boxing" or "only kicks") so it is something that is going to be featured in this match 100%.
Hope I was clear on that last front.
Now, this went a bit longer than I would have hoped, but you get it, I hope, if you have any questions, please don't shy away from asking them, I will do my best in answering them.

The first one:

Now the other feature I wanted to talk about is the new upcoming feature of NSFW: Index Impetorum Prohibitorum (it still means "List of Prohibited Attacks, in case you were wondering. ^^)
Remember this issue that I have laid out in the post-torunament NSFW journal?
Well it is time to start implementing it, and by "implementing" it I mean that:
This Friday, the NSFW members will gather up, meet up and then talk about a specific list of rules and/or regulations they wish to see omitted in a match.
So, each member when I set up the journal CAN comment and chose to "banish" a ruling of his own chosing, the number of choices you have is unlimited, provided no previous NSFW member had the same suggestion as you.
Now you can banish rulings via the "No" factor or you can set up specific match types via the "only" factor, and you can mix factors; now, to give examples on both factors:
"No kicking sexfight" meaning that in this match, it is first to cum loses, and no kicks are allowed or any other leg strike, or sweep!
"Ballbusting KO only" meaning that in this fight, the winner is decided via KO and the only strikes that ARE permissable are strikes that target the genitals and NO OTHER strikes, besides: a.Pushing your opponent and B. Picking up members or limbs of your opponent away with your own limbs to attack your opponent genitals.
So, understandable? I am eagerly awaiting to hear your suggestions when this is going to open up, THIS FRIDAY.

Friday Night Challenge #21 is CLOSED!!!
Posted 8 years agoAnd for those of you who do NOT know what a 'Friday Night Challenge' is, allow me to re-quote myself, one more time:
For those who do not know and did not saw/remember/bothered to read the history journal from the past, let me explain it for one last time. (<---laugh all you want, someday it will be the last time)
The Friday Night Challenge is nothing more than a simple yet elaborate RP challenge, to make a long story short this is what happens in this journal.
In this journal the fighters have the right to issue challenges OR answering challenges made from others in the journal comments.
For example, say that I ( Kangaroo-Jack) am issuing a challenge in the comment section, another person that views this journal can EITHER answer my challenge or issue one of his/her own on the comments section.
And like I have said before:
1.The ‘Challenge’ means you RP, you create and/or hold an RP session (via notes, or Instant Messenger Services) and since it is an RP session that mean that the two persons that RP are creating the rules and the terms in which they will RP.
Do you want to have a regular wrestling match between your characters? It’s OK.
Do you want to have a foxy boxing bout with pretty loose codes on dressing? It’s OK.
Do you want to have a sexfight ala NSFW rules? It’s OK.
Do you want to have met someone and ask for a spar in any kind of match? It’s OK.

New ideas, events and persons in NSFW. [PLEASE READ!]
Posted 8 years agoYes, ladies and gentlemen, one more big tournament for NSFW is over and done with, and after that, like always after a big tournament, it is high time we have an important announcement journal with all the future plans regarding NSFW to accommodate it.
I hope everyone is ready for some big reading, there are a lot of things that need to be addressed in this journal.
But before I go on with the important announcement, I would like to say some unrelated things.
First things first and one more time, Suki, congratulations on your tournament victory, for you to come to NSFW, establish yourself and then carve your own path to this big mountaintop was nothing sort of fantastic, you should feel proud of yourself and your accomplishment and your feat is an inspiration for every other one who wishes to join NSFW. For the final time on this journal, congratulations, Suki, you’ve earned all those and more….
And speaking of ‘more’, I have some really good news to bring forth to your attention! I have managed to get a *PARTIAL* access to Paypal again (through lots of hoops), therefore that means that prize support for future tournaments that are not demonstration events or meant to test a new tournament type will resume once more! That is nice, and it will begin case immediately, with prize support for the final round of this tournament.
And also, I would like to once more thank everyone who voted, helped, participated and otherwise, enjoyed this tournament and making it a success, could not have done it without you, guys.
Anyhow, with this out of the way, but still on the same topic, let me reiterate some a new thing that will be added on every future tournament (once more: not demonstration events or tournaments) henceforth.
There will be prize support for a person who voted consistently through the matches.
What I wanted to say was that, like in this tournament, in every subsequent tournament, all the names of every person who voted consistently in every round of it from start to finish will be put in a hat and the winner of the raffle will get a prize that will be either pic or story.

Now, with the minor changes out of the way, I would like to address (and hopefully, dismiss) a long-lingering notion regarding vote-based tournaments.
Yes, this title has to do with vote based tournaments, and hopes to once and for all put an end on the (quite) popular myth that those tournaments are nothing more than popularity contests, yes, popularity does play a role, and yes, it is a factor, but it is not a deciding factor in how those tournaments are played out.
And I would like to put some examples of vote-based tournaments and events and their winners and matchups to help me prove my point:
Now going from the oldest to newest tournament/event:
King of the Ring: Remember this event, we had two years ago, all of you? The event where we had to win not by orgasm, not by KO, but by casting our opponent out of the ring?

The winner was Latin Dragon, a not new guy, but not old enough to establish himself or his OC and without enough art (which is true even today) for himself to turn attention to his person, yet, he won this event, while other popular person were close, but behind him.
Iron Man: Another event, (that maybe last a bit too much for everyone’s preference) the “Iron Man” event, two men enter one ring, one man falls and then said fallen man leaves the ring with another person taking his place, fighting the winner of the previous fight, the winner of the event was the one who accrued the most victories under his/her belt!

Zila Xeros, the black kitten that had almost half of the pageviews of the other person with the least pageviews (and less than 1/11th of the pageviews of the person with the most) on the finale and yet, she managed to score a big victory based on her tactics.

Team “Brickhouse” a team were one of the forming members was not even a year in NSFW and one of the other members has one of the lowest pageview and watcher count in our Federation, yet they managed to win with their strategies who reigned preponderant over the other persons.

NSFW’s 4th birthday tournament: Need to say more, we just finished it!

Suki Temples, a short and shortstacked kitty with no picture to her name in FA, and only three months in the Federation, yet….
So, to summarise, from all the previous tournaments and events in the past two years (that is 730 days) the most popular fighters haven’t won tournaments that have entered them!
The reason I have been thorough about this is that, I kept hearing this complain from a plethora of different people over the years (and I heard it from 9 different people from when this final tournament was about to launch till its conclusion), and truth be told, it is counter-productive, bothersome and it is not based on the available facts.
And I say it is counter-productive because if this is the only complain I get to hear as an excuse for everyone not wishing to vote/participate in tournaments/events, then this is the thing I am going to try to fix and accommodate to others, at the expense of not looking and not pointed to the flaws that the tournament(s) or event system(s) has, which in turn makes it not the most optimal of experiences for all of us.
There ARE issues with the tournaments, yes, some glaring, some less so, however, popularity does not rank high as an issue.
Now, some issues that exist in tournaments and I would like to improve are some of those:
Femdom sells: Yes, correct, I know I just spend some time above to decry that popularity is not a factor in tournaments, yes, it is true, but I would be lying if I said that while I was looking at the stats that FvM matches don’t tend to go to the lady 7 times out of 10.
An example of this one would be in the very last tournament, first round where my Jackie won against a newcomer male with 18 points difference the biggest difference in this tournament.
I fully believe it is not an accident that an easy in the eyes girl beat a less-than-easy in the eyes guy, and even if it was an accident, the massive vote difference while Benjamin’s strategy was good (if a bit, unpersonable for my tastes) tends to indicate that there is a problem for boys, they seem to not be able to beat gals because people of NSFW love their femdom. (F@ck yeah, we do!

Another explanation I have heard for the voting is it is not based on popularity, it is based on how well you know each other, with the strategies being written in journal form, with word limit, it makes it harder to visualize the other person trying to win, therefore the explanation he offered it is that getting to know the other person, interact with him/her prior to those kind of events helps the voter put a whole picture in his head on how the given fight would go on, and familiarity is a strong factor playing on how the voting will play, that I will not dispute.
And a final complaint that has merit (IMHO) is that the tournament itself seems a bit OOC with the way the votes work, meaning that the fewer votes one fighter won his opponent for, the more arousal he gets, or vice-versa, the most votes one fighter won his opponent for, the less arousal he gains, meaning in both cases a close fight where he should dominate his opponent and an easy fight where the fight was hanging from a thread.
Now, for me, the tournament is fine as is, and I (want to) believe it is so for many others, it runs good, it has replayability and it is fair, it only needs minor tweaks here and there.
So the idea to combat the three aforementioned complaints/observations is the below:
We can think of the name later, but the basic premise is this one: like the previous tournaments, 2 brackets with (hopefully) 16 members each, one side all girls, one side all guys, the two sides and in the final, the two genres (herms and trans are going to be assigned to the gender their physicality resemble, females for dickgirls and males for cuntboys) collide in the battle of the sexes….which is a good title in retrospect.
Now, onto the second point, the point of OOC/IC in tournaments.
Or so the title is, I seem to suck at those, profoundly, in any case, the rules of this tournament are the same as the previous one (don’t fix what ain’t broken, especially if you didn’t built it in the first place), however, the difference is going to be in the way the votes are calculated; regularly, each vote you won your opponent against counts as 2,5% towards your arousal level maximum.
However, in this new style of tournament, a new way of calculating is going to be introduced, instead of adding a percentage for every vote, a flat 10% is awarded to the winner of the fight, and then ANOTHER 15% that gets SUBSTRACTED for every vote you won your opponent for.
Example:
Fighter A (30% Arousal Level): 5 votes
Fighter B (30% Arousal Level): 10 votes
Fighter B won Fighter A with 5 votes difference, that means that Fighter B’s arousal goes like this:
30% +10% +15% -5% (one for each vote) = 50%, and that is having a close much that is in-character!
While if the results would be like this:
Fighter A (30% Arousal Level): 5 votes
Fighter B (30% Arousal Level): 20 votes
Meaning Fighter B would won with 15 votes difference the end arousal would be this:
30% +10% +15% -15%= 40% making the fight much easier.
It would need testing, for sure, and I think that the starting, 30% mandatory arousal which every tournament starts with would need to be abolished, but at the same time, I think it is a solid change for something different, but keeps the good aspects of its roots.
And now to the final piece of this puzzle:
Like it was told previously, familiarity has a role in basing tournament decisions, and I believe part of why Suki won the tournament was that she had also become a part of the NSFW Skype RP Room (I will get there shortly), where she participated, joined in RPs, created RPs and generally, she put her name on the map, she made a bleep on the radar, people became familiar with her and her RP playstyle, people liked her and I think it influenced how far she reached, without taking away nothing from her strategy.
But I believe this combination of solid strategy + familiarity helped Suki reach where she did in such a short time frame.
And familiarity is not popularity, because you don’t have to spend multi-loads of cash getting supremely awesome art of your OC(s) to be familiar with the others, you just need to be active and put your name in the map here.
So here is this proposition of mine. Remember what I told you guys about a NSFW RP room hosted on Skype? Well, then, there is one, and everyone who is interested in the (somewhat) group/team RPing aspect of NSFW, is free to join.
Just send me a note with your Skype details and profile and I will continue the rest.
EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE: Every NSFW member must be at least one month old in this group and participate in one of the group activities (even by voting, participate in FNC, tournaments, and such) before he is eligible to enter the RP room, returning members that have been in NSFW for more than one month are excepted from this exception!
Now, having said of ways of trying to ameliorate the existing events (which hopefully will be the correct ones, but time will show us) it is time also to speak of new events. Because a group is a good as its last activity, correct?
In any case, let me introduce the two no-vote-based events.
Yes, yes, an RP event, I know, I know, I will be the first one to admit that RP tournaments really, REALLY are drama magnets and also the first one to admit that RP tournaments really tend to go south after a certain point in time where patience is wasted, but hey, if I was not trying to salvage every little thing I care about we would not be here discussing how NSFW would go on to its 5th year going forward, right?
At any rate, and in any case, there are two things that go wrong with RP tournaments in general:
1.They NEED to be heavily regulated and moderated because of how quickly the rules over powergaming and God-modding tend to get broken, or at least perceived to be broken.
2. They take a tremendous amount of time, especially if you have a two-digit number of participants and when not all of them are on the same timezone.
#1 is combatted (at a large part, I think) by the use of dices, there are lots of bots that use dice to put results, so it simplifies it, without the use of mods or person to regulate it! The rules (so far, they may change upon discussion, will keep you informed when the event is ready to launch) are simple, roll a dice for ‘initiative’ or who will get the first post and then both you roll a dice, the attacker for his attack, and the defender for defending of said attack; whoever has the biggest score manages to pass his attack/be successful in his defence.
A natural ‘20’ also is a critical hit, it means your attack/defence was greatly successful and it also had done more damage or caught your opponent off-guard putting him on a pinch there than you hoped to do.
By the same token, a natural ‘1’ is a critical miss, you botch your attack/defence, your opponent passes your guard or counters it masterfully ease and you are on disadvantageous position.
I think with a few minor twinks here and there this could be a great system for RP battles/tournaments/events.
That ends the first problem.
#2 For the second problem now, the problem of time and how can you make everyone with different schedule and/or timezone be together, I tried (twice at that) to make it work by making strick time schedules, and it did not worked, it just backfired on everyone. So this time, the time schedules are going to be lax, completely lax, here. I mean 1-2 weeks worth of lax, here. Yes, this means that when you sign up for this event you know and expect it will take its sweet-sweet time to finish itself, there is simply not another way of doing it, if you have a different offering I am all about to hear it.
Now, in any case, after moving on with this prospective RP tournament/event, I would like to get your attention to the second RP-using event.
It means “List of Prohibited Attacks” came up with it myself, I IS SMART!
In any case, you might understand what this event is going to be another RP event, but this time, a more short event, and with artificial barriers to allow for more creativity.

So, yes, to summarize it, if everyone here is familiar with Friday Night Challenges and the way they are played might already feel familiar with the idea that this event is going to be something akin to those lines.
But before, that, before this event is ready to be launched, I will first set up a journal were we (the NSFW members) are going to VOTE on list of attacks, or techniques that we wish to see abolished from this event.
Examples:
"No orgasm" this means that the match cant be won via orgasm.
“No full contact" which means that the match must be semi-contact.
Even, "No contact besides pushing and sexual attack." this means a match must be won only with Irish-Whips and sexual attacks.
“Sexual attacks only” meaning the fight has to be only sexfight, no fight at all, meaning you can only hold or try to hold down your opponent while you make him/her cum.
“No kicks” meaning that you would have to rely on your fists, grabs and/or sexual attacks to defeat your opponent.
“No tails usage” meaning that those with big and heavy tails (kangaroo’s, snakes, etc.) can’t fall back in the use of their extra appendage for help.
“Wrestling only” Meaning that this match would be won only via wrestling rules, specifically speaking, only a pin and/or submission.
“Boxing only” Meaning that only a withdrawl (throwing in the towel) or Knock Out is going to put you to victory here.
The possibilities are endless, and like I said, before this event is ready to be launched, I will set up a journal where all the NSFW members (at least those interested in that event) are going to vote on things they wish to see out of this event and attacks that would be restricted in matches going forward.
And that is not the end of it, the rules can be added on one another (per user agreement, of course) meaning: that like Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, the rules can stack up on one another (up to a number of course, 3 is the optimal but it is up for discussion), so a match could be like: “No wrestling”, “No Tails,” “Cum in orifice only for victory”, which mean that this particular match would mean that no wrestling moves or holds (just pushes) could be used, no tails could be used at all and to score victory you would need to cum onto a person’s orifice (anus, pussy, mouth) to win, yes, inverted sexfighting.
And this event, WONT replace the Friday Night Challenge, event, rather, it would be an addition to it, an “Index Impetorum Prohibitorum” for two Friday Night Challenges, I think it is a good compromise.
And the event can be played two-styles.
One style is the aforementioned ‘FNC’ style where two members are engaging in an private RP session and their will regulate the rules and moderation, meaning they will get to chose which rules they wish to apply to their RP session.
The other style is going to be in the form of a ‘promo’ for lack of better word, in the NSFW RP room. I always wanted to do promos in NSFW, but alas and alack, I did not have the experience nor the know-how to do them, also, it would feel not right to “compromise the room” for an undefined amount of time to perform an event where not everyone would be willing to participate, thus limiting the room. However, if I compromise the room, presenting it with an option that is even more limiting yet, it is presented as something new and sparkling, it would feel less limiting! My rationale is peerless, indeed!
To return to the point at hand, yes, after we have gathered up a hefty list with “don’ts” in this event, then there will be scheduled days for scheduled fights in the RP room, under those rules, but this is the twist, this time, the rules are not going to be predetermined by the fighters, they are going to be predetermined by me, and they are going to be randomized, I think it is refreshing to fight your opponent without knowing if the advantate or disadvantage is going to be with you or not.

NSFW Tournament: Congratulations, Suki, there will be more prize support for both tournament winners and those who voted consistently in each round.
The popularity of the vote contests[/u]: It is non-existent, there are problems with voting events but based off two years of data, popularity is not one of them, here is how we combat them:
[b]The issue of Male vs Female: There will be events that put all female fighters in one side of the bracket and all male fighters in the other side of the bracket and let them tussle out, the final will be a mixed gender fight.
OOC vs IC in Vote based Tournaments: New vote-based event with new rules, each fighter gets a flat 10% arousal for winning and then a 15% arousal increase that goes down according with how many votes he won his opponent against.
Familiarity: Suki made an impact on this tournament because she put her name on the map in the NSFW RP room, making herself known in the members, do you wish to acquire familiarity with the multitudes of NSFW members? There is an RP room on Skype, if you wish to enter, send me a note and I will guide you there.
Dice-based RP Tournament: What the title says, there will be RP tournaments and are going to be regulated with dice, not with judges or moderators, it is a bit more fair a system.
Index Impetorum Prohibitorum: New event, going to be both an alternative to Friday Night Challenge and its own event in the Skype RP Room, event where the rules are limited and some attacks or techiniques or even appendages are prohibited, a journal will be set up later for us to vote which things we would like to see being limited in those fights.

I hope everyone is ready for some big reading, there are a lot of things that need to be addressed in this journal.
But before I go on with the important announcement, I would like to say some unrelated things.
First things first and one more time, Suki, congratulations on your tournament victory, for you to come to NSFW, establish yourself and then carve your own path to this big mountaintop was nothing sort of fantastic, you should feel proud of yourself and your accomplishment and your feat is an inspiration for every other one who wishes to join NSFW. For the final time on this journal, congratulations, Suki, you’ve earned all those and more….
And speaking of ‘more’, I have some really good news to bring forth to your attention! I have managed to get a *PARTIAL* access to Paypal again (through lots of hoops), therefore that means that prize support for future tournaments that are not demonstration events or meant to test a new tournament type will resume once more! That is nice, and it will begin case immediately, with prize support for the final round of this tournament.
And also, I would like to once more thank everyone who voted, helped, participated and otherwise, enjoyed this tournament and making it a success, could not have done it without you, guys.
Anyhow, with this out of the way, but still on the same topic, let me reiterate some a new thing that will be added on every future tournament (once more: not demonstration events or tournaments) henceforth.
There will be prize support for a person who voted consistently through the matches.
What I wanted to say was that, like in this tournament, in every subsequent tournament, all the names of every person who voted consistently in every round of it from start to finish will be put in a hat and the winner of the raffle will get a prize that will be either pic or story.

dragonwaffle which he had already been notified about! Now, with the minor changes out of the way, I would like to address (and hopefully, dismiss) a long-lingering notion regarding vote-based tournaments.
Vote Tournaments and the Myth of the Popularity ContestYes, this title has to do with vote based tournaments, and hopes to once and for all put an end on the (quite) popular myth that those tournaments are nothing more than popularity contests, yes, popularity does play a role, and yes, it is a factor, but it is not a deciding factor in how those tournaments are played out.
And I would like to put some examples of vote-based tournaments and events and their winners and matchups to help me prove my point:
Now going from the oldest to newest tournament/event:
King of the Ring: Remember this event, we had two years ago, all of you? The event where we had to win not by orgasm, not by KO, but by casting our opponent out of the ring?

The winner was Latin Dragon, a not new guy, but not old enough to establish himself or his OC and without enough art (which is true even today) for himself to turn attention to his person, yet, he won this event, while other popular person were close, but behind him.
Iron Man: Another event, (that maybe last a bit too much for everyone’s preference) the “Iron Man” event, two men enter one ring, one man falls and then said fallen man leaves the ring with another person taking his place, fighting the winner of the previous fight, the winner of the event was the one who accrued the most victories under his/her belt!

Suki Temples, a short and shortstacked kitty with no picture to her name in FA, and only three months in the Federation, yet….
So, to summarise, from all the previous tournaments and events in the past two years (that is 730 days) the most popular fighters haven’t won tournaments that have entered them!
The reason I have been thorough about this is that, I kept hearing this complain from a plethora of different people over the years (and I heard it from 9 different people from when this final tournament was about to launch till its conclusion), and truth be told, it is counter-productive, bothersome and it is not based on the available facts.
And I say it is counter-productive because if this is the only complain I get to hear as an excuse for everyone not wishing to vote/participate in tournaments/events, then this is the thing I am going to try to fix and accommodate to others, at the expense of not looking and not pointed to the flaws that the tournament(s) or event system(s) has, which in turn makes it not the most optimal of experiences for all of us.
There ARE issues with the tournaments, yes, some glaring, some less so, however, popularity does not rank high as an issue.
Now, some issues that exist in tournaments and I would like to improve are some of those:
Femdom sells: Yes, correct, I know I just spend some time above to decry that popularity is not a factor in tournaments, yes, it is true, but I would be lying if I said that while I was looking at the stats that FvM matches don’t tend to go to the lady 7 times out of 10.
An example of this one would be in the very last tournament, first round where my Jackie won against a newcomer male with 18 points difference the biggest difference in this tournament.
I fully believe it is not an accident that an easy in the eyes girl beat a less-than-easy in the eyes guy, and even if it was an accident, the massive vote difference while Benjamin’s strategy was good (if a bit, unpersonable for my tastes) tends to indicate that there is a problem for boys, they seem to not be able to beat gals because people of NSFW love their femdom. (F@ck yeah, we do!
aheart )Another explanation I have heard for the voting is it is not based on popularity, it is based on how well you know each other, with the strategies being written in journal form, with word limit, it makes it harder to visualize the other person trying to win, therefore the explanation he offered it is that getting to know the other person, interact with him/her prior to those kind of events helps the voter put a whole picture in his head on how the given fight would go on, and familiarity is a strong factor playing on how the voting will play, that I will not dispute.
And a final complaint that has merit (IMHO) is that the tournament itself seems a bit OOC with the way the votes work, meaning that the fewer votes one fighter won his opponent for, the more arousal he gets, or vice-versa, the most votes one fighter won his opponent for, the less arousal he gains, meaning in both cases a close fight where he should dominate his opponent and an easy fight where the fight was hanging from a thread.
Now, for me, the tournament is fine as is, and I (want to) believe it is so for many others, it runs good, it has replayability and it is fair, it only needs minor tweaks here and there.
So the idea to combat the three aforementioned complaints/observations is the below:
Mixed Gender TournamentWe can think of the name later, but the basic premise is this one: like the previous tournaments, 2 brackets with (hopefully) 16 members each, one side all girls, one side all guys, the two sides and in the final, the two genres (herms and trans are going to be assigned to the gender their physicality resemble, females for dickgirls and males for cuntboys) collide in the battle of the sexes….which is a good title in retrospect.
Now, onto the second point, the point of OOC/IC in tournaments.
Inverted Tournament rulesOr so the title is, I seem to suck at those, profoundly, in any case, the rules of this tournament are the same as the previous one (don’t fix what ain’t broken, especially if you didn’t built it in the first place), however, the difference is going to be in the way the votes are calculated; regularly, each vote you won your opponent against counts as 2,5% towards your arousal level maximum.
However, in this new style of tournament, a new way of calculating is going to be introduced, instead of adding a percentage for every vote, a flat 10% is awarded to the winner of the fight, and then ANOTHER 15% that gets SUBSTRACTED for every vote you won your opponent for.
Example:
Fighter A (30% Arousal Level): 5 votes
Fighter B (30% Arousal Level): 10 votes
Fighter B won Fighter A with 5 votes difference, that means that Fighter B’s arousal goes like this:
30% +10% +15% -5% (one for each vote) = 50%, and that is having a close much that is in-character!
While if the results would be like this:
Fighter A (30% Arousal Level): 5 votes
Fighter B (30% Arousal Level): 20 votes
Meaning Fighter B would won with 15 votes difference the end arousal would be this:
30% +10% +15% -15%= 40% making the fight much easier.
It would need testing, for sure, and I think that the starting, 30% mandatory arousal which every tournament starts with would need to be abolished, but at the same time, I think it is a solid change for something different, but keeps the good aspects of its roots.
And now to the final piece of this puzzle:
The issue of familiarityLike it was told previously, familiarity has a role in basing tournament decisions, and I believe part of why Suki won the tournament was that she had also become a part of the NSFW Skype RP Room (I will get there shortly), where she participated, joined in RPs, created RPs and generally, she put her name on the map, she made a bleep on the radar, people became familiar with her and her RP playstyle, people liked her and I think it influenced how far she reached, without taking away nothing from her strategy.
But I believe this combination of solid strategy + familiarity helped Suki reach where she did in such a short time frame.
And familiarity is not popularity, because you don’t have to spend multi-loads of cash getting supremely awesome art of your OC(s) to be familiar with the others, you just need to be active and put your name in the map here.
So here is this proposition of mine. Remember what I told you guys about a NSFW RP room hosted on Skype? Well, then, there is one, and everyone who is interested in the (somewhat) group/team RPing aspect of NSFW, is free to join.
Just send me a note with your Skype details and profile and I will continue the rest.
EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE: Every NSFW member must be at least one month old in this group and participate in one of the group activities (even by voting, participate in FNC, tournaments, and such) before he is eligible to enter the RP room, returning members that have been in NSFW for more than one month are excepted from this exception!
Now, having said of ways of trying to ameliorate the existing events (which hopefully will be the correct ones, but time will show us) it is time also to speak of new events. Because a group is a good as its last activity, correct?
In any case, let me introduce the two no-vote-based events.
Dice-Based RP EventYes, yes, an RP event, I know, I know, I will be the first one to admit that RP tournaments really, REALLY are drama magnets and also the first one to admit that RP tournaments really tend to go south after a certain point in time where patience is wasted, but hey, if I was not trying to salvage every little thing I care about we would not be here discussing how NSFW would go on to its 5th year going forward, right?
At any rate, and in any case, there are two things that go wrong with RP tournaments in general:
1.They NEED to be heavily regulated and moderated because of how quickly the rules over powergaming and God-modding tend to get broken, or at least perceived to be broken.
2. They take a tremendous amount of time, especially if you have a two-digit number of participants and when not all of them are on the same timezone.
#1 is combatted (at a large part, I think) by the use of dices, there are lots of bots that use dice to put results, so it simplifies it, without the use of mods or person to regulate it! The rules (so far, they may change upon discussion, will keep you informed when the event is ready to launch) are simple, roll a dice for ‘initiative’ or who will get the first post and then both you roll a dice, the attacker for his attack, and the defender for defending of said attack; whoever has the biggest score manages to pass his attack/be successful in his defence.
A natural ‘20’ also is a critical hit, it means your attack/defence was greatly successful and it also had done more damage or caught your opponent off-guard putting him on a pinch there than you hoped to do.
By the same token, a natural ‘1’ is a critical miss, you botch your attack/defence, your opponent passes your guard or counters it masterfully ease and you are on disadvantageous position.
I think with a few minor twinks here and there this could be a great system for RP battles/tournaments/events.
That ends the first problem.
#2 For the second problem now, the problem of time and how can you make everyone with different schedule and/or timezone be together, I tried (twice at that) to make it work by making strick time schedules, and it did not worked, it just backfired on everyone. So this time, the time schedules are going to be lax, completely lax, here. I mean 1-2 weeks worth of lax, here. Yes, this means that when you sign up for this event you know and expect it will take its sweet-sweet time to finish itself, there is simply not another way of doing it, if you have a different offering I am all about to hear it.
Now, in any case, after moving on with this prospective RP tournament/event, I would like to get your attention to the second RP-using event.

In any case, you might understand what this event is going to be another RP event, but this time, a more short event, and with artificial barriers to allow for more creativity.

The popularity of the vote contests[/u]: It is non-existent, there are problems with voting events but based off two years of data, popularity is not one of them, here is how we combat them:
[b]The issue of Male vs Female: There will be events that put all female fighters in one side of the bracket and all male fighters in the other side of the bracket and let them tussle out, the final will be a mixed gender fight.
OOC vs IC in Vote based Tournaments: New vote-based event with new rules, each fighter gets a flat 10% arousal for winning and then a 15% arousal increase that goes down according with how many votes he won his opponent against.
Familiarity: Suki made an impact on this tournament because she put her name on the map in the NSFW RP room, making herself known in the members, do you wish to acquire familiarity with the multitudes of NSFW members? There is an RP room on Skype, if you wish to enter, send me a note and I will guide you there.
Dice-based RP Tournament: What the title says, there will be RP tournaments and are going to be regulated with dice, not with judges or moderators, it is a bit more fair a system.
Index Impetorum Prohibitorum: New event, going to be both an alternative to Friday Night Challenge and its own event in the Skype RP Room, event where the rules are limited and some attacks or techiniques or even appendages are prohibited, a journal will be set up later for us to vote which things we would like to see being limited in those fights.
