My financial situation over the coming weeks is going to be rather tricky. This is due to the fact that I'm transfering between two things, and due to it, I have a period of time where I would normally be paid, but won't be paid.

Thankfully, if I don't get anything else between now and when the new payments start, I should barely be able to get by... But it's a little bit too close for comfort.

Something that I have been working on is almost ready for a public reveal. All will be shown when Project XD002 is released around 4PM on the 24th of September, 2024...

Because I noticed that someone had used an image I had gotten on my old account in a CYOA without my permission, I decided that I might as well make my stance on using the art that I get clear.

This applies to any art on any of my accounts: N3N4-5LUT-1 , auroVee and ReshiromAndZekramFemsuits unless otherwise stated.

1) The only people allowed to repost my art on other art sites (like e621 and the like) are myself, the artist and anyone else who are directly involved in getting the art.
E.G. If I get a collab with darkmewtu made by xestyus then only us three are allowed to repost the image.

2) Permission must be asked if you want to use the art for transformative works.
E.G. If you want to use an image of mine in a CYOA or TWINE game you are making, please ask for permission from me first before using it.

2.1) Giving credit to the artist and the characters in the works can be used as a subsitution for permission, but I reserve the right to ask the image be swapped out or removed.

3) Anyone who is found to violate these rules will operate on a three strike system.
The first strike will be me asking for the person to ask for permission first before they use any more of their images, plus asking for them to either swap the image out or to give credit, as failure to ask for permission means it won't be granted easily.
The second strike will serve as a formal warning, and will ask for them to swap the image out as permission would be fully denied.
The third strike means that any prior permission would be revoked immedietly, and the person will be blacklisted from being allowed to use my art.
If somehow they still use my art after the third strike, I will have no choice but to use Artist Beware to mark them as a known art thief.
Strikes 1 and 2 may fade if the person manages to follow the rules after recieving the strike, but the third strike will be permament. However, you can appeal a third strike ONCE - if the appeal fails, or if you breach the rules after a successful appeal, then the third strike will last until the end of time.

4) Adopts would have the posting permissions extended to the new owner(s)
If you buy an adopt from me, Rule 1 will be waved for your accounts for the adopt images. If you later sell an adopt, you need to inform me of the new owner so that I don't accuse them of reposting art without permission.

5) These rules come into effect from the 9th of September, 2024 onwards.
Any breaches of these rules which I find today will not be counted as a strike, but I'd still warn them and ask for a swap.

Woo, another year older. Man, if I do make it to the big 100, I've made it almost a third of the way there right now.

Expect to see some birthday gifts being posted here today - and while some are still in the works, I'm sure they'll be done in time to count as late birthday gifts.

Well, it isn't much longer until my birthday - literally two weeks left as of the writing of this journal - but with FA back online after the hacker hoohaa, I just might as well note down my wishlist of bits I want to get:

1) The Humble Star Trek Adventures 1st Edition bundle (Someone has already gotten it for me, and because some of the online books are duplicates to the ones I have, I've let them have the spares)

2) Any of the books I currently have in my DriveThruRPG wishlist which currently consists of the 2nd Edition toolkit for STA and the Labyrinth Adventure Game RPG

3) An improved ref sheet for Reshirom (that being the Zekrom colored Reshiram that the alt account for them,  reshiromandzekramfemsuits, uses) along with a ref sheet for Zekram (a Reshiram colored Zekrom)

4) More art of N3N4-5LUT-1, S3RP3RI0R and/or Aether, among other things (including perhaps a new take on https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24961827/ inspired by https://www.furaffinity.net/view/56343274/ as an idea)

5) Donations towards the Lati Game I'm planning on paying to get made (as of writing this post, I only have $200CAD left to pay towards it, which is approximately £120 or so)

6) More bases that I could use for making adopts and/or alt forms (I'd really like to have another Cyclizar base which does have a cleavage; an anthro Yveltal base; an anthro Lugia base; and/or an anthro (Mega) Ampharos base)

7) The Ace Attorney Investigations Collection (which ironically will be coming out the same day as my birthday) on Switch

I can't believe the nerve of some people. I won't name names, partly as I wasn't directly affected, but one of the artists I sometimes get adopts from,  SphealTheDeal, has fallen fowl to the chargeback scam - that is, where the 'buyer' initiates a chargeback to try and get the money back once they get the artwork so that they get both it and the money.

Sadly, I can't right now help them directly due to having my funds tied up with future projects, but if any of you can possibly look through the adopts she has at https://www.furaffinity.net/gallery.....PEN-adoptables and possibly buy one to help them out, that would be swell.

Well, I have some good news and some bad news right now

The good news is that things are progressing with the new comic, although I don't yet know when it'll be fully finished as I still have to finish paying towards it.

The bad news... A couple of days ago, my TV stand suddenly decided to have the base brake itself. Meaning I now have to buy a new one if I want to use my TV again. (Thankfully though, the TV wasn't damaged) And that would set me back about £50-60, which while I do have the funds right now, that money was set aside originally for a different purpose.

So I once again remind people that I have adopts for sale on my AuroVee account which I really want to try and sell off.

Update: Managed to get a TV base for £50, but now I really need to get some spare funds together.

A unexpected bill has cropped up which has such bad timing - I was literally about to pay the first bits towards a new comic involving a new character I adopted, when it came out and gobbled up the funds I was going to use. As such, I'm reminding people about the adopts, both normal and custom, that I have on my AuroVee account - I'm hoping to get at least some sales so that I don't have to sweat about the payment, and if it helps get more pages done in the first batch, that would be a bonus.


I do have a variety of bases that I can use, some of which I've newly acquired, and my usual rates are $10 for a single custom adopt, with extras often being $5 each.

You know, I've lost count of how many times people have tried to scam me through Discord. And each and every time, I manage to shut them down in one way or another.

There's the classic 'try this game I've made' one, and the most recent one I've seen was one where they claimed they won a $3k giveaway and they wanted to give the funds to me as a suprise, or something along those lines.

Of course, there's others, so feel free to share how the scammers have tried to scam you, and even how you may have wasted their time.

Just a reminder that I do make and sell adopts, although mostly I do them on my alt account,  AuroVee - the funds that I get when I sell adopts often will go towards commissions and/or getting adopts for myself.
