Good evening everyone! I hope you're all doing well. So, I have no idea how I missed this, but I just recently passed 1k watchers here on FA! That's far more than I ever thought I was going to possibly get when I started out. I won't lie: For me it's hard to keep up my motivation when it comes to writing, and it's even harder for me to not get burned out. However, what does keep me going is being able to produce content for everyone to enjoy. It's the main reason why I started writing so much in the first place. And it's my hopes to continue to do so for many more years to come.

Now, on to some more updates: As the title says, I was hoping to increase my pricing again. The reason for this being that, again, I am attempting to do freelance writing as a full-time occupation, so I'm hoping to increase around to where I believe my worth as a writer is. As such, beginning next week when I open for commissions, prices will increase from $2.50 per 100words to $2.75 per 100words. I hope that this isn't an inconvenience for anyone, as I do enjoy working with all of your ideas.

Finally, for the general update. Overall I've been doing decently. Aside from writing on a near daily basis, I've been trying to brainstorm more for this new series! I think it'll be a fun way to explore, to some extent, how I and others approach fetish-based subjects. Aside from writing, I'm also currently doing some Yugioh tournaments on a weekly basis. It's been a bit nice for my mental state to get out of the house every so often, though there are some people there that I'm not too enthused to be around (for sexist/racist reasons). Still, I enjoy it, and I enjoy playing my jank on a weekly basis x3c

Good evening everyone! Hope you're all doing well. I wanted to take a minute to say that I will be taking a bit of a hiatus throughout the month of December when it comes to commission writing. The reason for this being that I've been doing a LOT of commission writing for the past few months, and have gotten a bit burned out from the frequency. This wouldn't normally be a bad thing, but this was also coupled with me working a pretty dead-end internship in hopes of getting a job (didn't happen sadly).

Instead of working on commissions, I instead want to work a bit more on personal writing. This includes not only the Devil on my Shoulder series, but also a new project that I'm currently thinking about diving into. This new series would follow someone from Cathryn's cult, which means it would be far more fetish oriented compared to my current project. It's not very far along yet, but I'm hoping to develop the idea a bit further.

Lastly, I will also not be posting stories as frequently as I was (well... ""frequently""). The reason for this is because I am currently posting all of my commissions to patreon first, and then posting them to FA afterwards. As of recently, my backlog has run dry, and I haven't been able to post as much on patreon. Because of this, posts here on FA will be less frequent and more spaced out. I apologize for this inconvenience.

So, while I’ll still be keeping the 2k word minimum for stories, I will no longer have an upper-limit in terms of the word count for stories. The reason for this being that I’ve gotten some inquiries about longer stories. I thought it would be good for everyone if I did longer stories as well, so I’m more than willing to take them on!

Alrighty, I think that was all the writing I could get done today. Wasn't nearly as much as I hoped, but more than I thought I was actually going to do today. Hey there everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. I wanted to give a bit of an update about commissions and the general direction of my writing.

To start, in terms of commissions; I will be upping my prices from $2 per 100 words to $2.50 per 100 words. On top of this, I will be increasing the max amount I’m comfortable writing to 5k words per story. The reasoning behind this is because I want to try to transition towards writing/freelancing full-time. Since I’m going to be focusing my efforts on writing from here forward, I believe that the increase in both the amount I will write and the price per story is necessary (though it may potentially increase again later down the line). I apologize in advance to those who this may polarize, but it is the decision I will be moving forward with.

In terms of writing in general, I’m also hoping to get back into working on my “Devil on my Shoulder” series. I’m still planning out what direction to take the project in, but I’ll hopefully be able to start it up again in around October. Otherwise, I’ll be continuing to do commissions full-time.

Hey there everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. Sorry for the lack of communication, I’ve been a bit busy with a lot of different things. For one, I just recently graduated college (which’ll hopefully explain the lack of posting for the past while), and am currently on the hunt for a job. Hoping to potentially find one soon.

Because of all this, I haven’t had nearly enough time to write as I would like to have. As it stands currently, I have plenty of time, so I’m looking forward to getting to write more. This’ll include commissions, as well as personal pieces and the continuation of my “Devil on my Shoulder” series (when I eventually figure out where to go with it x3c). When it comes to posting the massive backlog of stories I’ve got, I’ll be trying to release them slowly, about 3 a week (on Monday, Wednesday and Friday respectively). I won't have the next chapter of "Devil on my Shoulder" completed before tomorrow (it's been a bit of a busy month, moving in to a new apartment, mental health issues, etc.). Hey there everyone! I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to quickly address why I haven't been taking commissions as much anymore/as much as I would like. Sadly, burnout is one of those factors, as I usually push myself to try and complete the commission in a day (as a lot of you might know x3c), so that usually burns me out really fast. On top of that, writing long stories over 2k words can become incredibly draining, especially as I try to produce a series on my own. Now, I don't plan on stopping commissions, since I find them to be really fun, but I will definitely be adjusting things as I go forward so that burnout becomes less of an issue. (Another issue is school but I have zero control over that xD) Anyways, I just wanted to let you all know that. Also, I appreciate all the favorites to the series and to the different posts I've made, they really mean a lot to me!

Hey everyone! Soooo as the title says, I've been meaning to update people on stuff, including stories, Patreon project stuff, and where I've been for the past month (not necessarily in that order). I'll go ahead and start with where I've been.

So, at the very end of October I actually got tested positive for Covid-19. I got some pretty bad symptoms and, as such, wasn't able to leave my room or do much of anything for a few weeks. Because of that, I wasn't able to post any of the stories or anything that I had done during October, and wasn't able to start on any new commissions during November. I apologize for that, as I was really looking forward to doing more for you all. I was also looking forward to working more on the monthly Patreon series "Devil on My Shoulder" but I also halted that as I got sick. Currently I'm doing much better than I was before, enough to start actually trying to work on stuff again.

When it comes to the Patreon Project, I still plan on working on it, and plan on posting the next chapter at the beginning of December. As usual, over on Patreon you can read two chapters ahead if you'd like. When it comes to commissions during December, I plan on opening them closer to the middle of December, as I am about to go into my finals for this college semester. Because of finals, I won't be able to work on all that much, so I'd rather not make anyone wait all too long.

And I believe that's it! Once again, I apologize for not posting anything or getting any commissions going this month, and hope to make it up during next month. At the beginning of December I also plan on doing another story dump with all the stories from October, so look forward to that hopefully! I plan to make it (hopefully) a slice of life sort of thing following my character Cathryn and a few others! Good afternoon everyone! I hope everyone’s doing alright (or as good as they can be with everything going on). Sorry for not doing commissions this past month or for not a lot of stories or anything. Been busy with finishing school and going into a summer class. Plus, with everything going on, I’ve been kinda being a hermit! However, on everything going on, I should say: Black Lives Matter, and, as a POC myself, I hope that things change so that myself and others can be more comfortable being who we are and such. I don’t usually like to talk about stuff like this, but it needs to be said.

Anyways, as the name of the journal implies, I’ve been working on some of my own projects for a while, which will eventually make their way to Patreon! I haven’t fully set it up yet, and don’t plan to until I know for a fact I can write consistently and produce enough content for everyone to consider joining! Hopefully I’ll be good to go by next month! For now, however, I plan on opening for commissions later today, so be on the lookout for that if you’re interested!

Hey everyone! Sorry for the sudden story dump! A lot of it (Mainly the Cult of the Wolfess stories) has been on the back burner for a bit. I really hope you like those stories! I really wanted to try and make a bit of a canon for Cathryn and the world around her for a while. Granted, I struggled quite a bit with them, but they were fun to write! Hopefully I can do more of that in the future.

On top of this, I've been trying to write around 2k words a day, with debatable results (I've only managed to write twice this week, I think?) I'll hopefully start posting those whenever I finish them, rather than letting them pile up on me. Along with this, I plan on writing a lot more about Cathryn and her world and such. Kinda to give some background stuff for other stories I have in mind and to give her a bit of a base to work off of.
