~_~ My head was left spinning at the total wreck of a plot. In the end, I couldn't think of who ended up as who in the present/future time.
It was a strange read. I thought for sure I had the plot down, then BOOM, more surprise plot. I guess a third reading would clear it up for me...?

Posted 15 years agoOoh. SO THIS IS WHAT VICTORY FEELS LIKE. TAKE THAT LEFT 4 DEAD 2 SINGLE PLAYER CHAPTERS!!!
MWAHAHAHA.
Took me so many tries to get it done. There was this one time I got on the plane, but the bots were faar away, and then a CHARGER got me.
Or this one time a Smoker dragged me into one of holes in the bridge and everyone got Tank smashed (haha).

I've discovered the BEAUTIFUL soundtrack of a PS3/XBOX360 game called Nier. T3T I don't have the game or the consoles to play it with, but the soundtrack is a delight to listen to. I'm glad I stumbled upon it.
Warning: Nier's soundtrack may cause eargasms.

Oh yeah. I'm nearly finished with all of Left 4 Dead 2's default chapters!!!
This is SO AWESOME.
Of course, I couldn't done it without viewing some of the speedrun videos at youtube. v_v
So why is the title, The Bridge instead of Left 4 Dead 2: CONQUERED YAAAAAAY ?
Because I gave up trying to finish The Bridge temporarily.
Every time I close my eyes I can hear the Tank's theme music. SO KRIFFIN A'.
One time I was SO CLOSE to the Helicopter! TO FREEDOM! TO SAFETY!
And then a Tank blindsided me with a thrown rubble while I ran towards the Helicopter, abandoning everyone else to the Horde. (RIP Nick)
Dang it. Why do I always come so close yet so faaar?
I've lost count to how many times I've tried to finish The Bridge.
But I can't help laughing at how funny Coach is when he talked to the radio.

Duuude. It was unreal!!!
So here I was playing Left 4 Dead as Bill on single player mode on No Mercy: The Hospital because I was feeling nostalgic. I was kicking ass you know! S-so different from the way I play on Left 4 Dead 2. orz
Anyway, we were hauling zombie asses, ya? Then we finally got near the Elevator part, and with the setting 'subtitles all' the phrase TANK GROWLS can be seen.
"So I'm like, wtf. A Tank, here!? But there's so little space!"
I'm crouch walking slowly, looking everywhere to brace myself for the impact of a Tank rush. No dice on the first few rooms. When I entered another room, I thought it was empty save for
a KRIFFIN' TANK CHARGING AT ME.
FFFFFFFFFFF
I got mauled, and nearly died.
Good thing the bots were quick to action and killed that blasted Tank.

There was a kriffin' witch.
There was a kriffin' witch on the path to the safe house.
There was a kriffin' witch on the path to the safe house; the Francis bot was near it.
There was a kriffin' witch on the path to the safe house; the Francis bot was near it, so the witch was growling at him.
There was a kriffin' witch on the path to the safe house; the Francis bot was near it, so the witch was growling at him and I was dumb enough to startle it to save the Francis bot.
...
Thankfully, I have a molotov, so I ran far away, aimed it at the witch and threw it at her.

The moment I threw the molotov I knew the witch was kriffed.
I was right... well almost.
As I saw the witch charging at me, I changed to my M-16 Assault Rifle and started firing at it.
When it was getting nearer even as I retreated to have more space between us, I noticed that all the bots were uselessly waiting at the safe house.
It turns out that the bots ran into the safe house after I distracted the witch with the molotov I threw.
WTF???
The witch was closing the distance between us.
Kriff.

The witch incapacitated me.
That moment, the bots came out of the safe house and started wailing at the witch.
Zoey bot helped me up as the witch lay dead where the witch got me.
She patched me up with the last first aid kid between us four even though she was nearly dead from her injuries.
There was a pause as I reloaded my M-16 Assault Rifle and handgun.
Then we ran like hell to the safe house as these words appeared:
[ Incoming Attack!! ]

A wtf Left 4 Dead true story, fresh off my mind, told in four parts.
How was it???
Srsly. That tank spawn was SO UNEXPECTED. The tank music only started playing when it was charging at me. If it weren't for that tank, we would've made better progress during the 'wait for the elevator to come down and be mobbed by zombies until it arrives' part.
As for Left 4 Dead 2, I finished the Swamp Fever with no difficulty at all. Which was weeeird. My face palm moment was when I didn't notice the HUGEASS HEAVY MACHINE GUN on the center of the big plantation mansion as I waited for the other bots to hop into the boat. D'oh.
I held my ground during the zombie mobs in front of the big gate because it was near the ammo pile. When it exploded I was all, 'WTF? Was it supposed to do that? KRIFF, I just threw my last Bile bomb!'

Well, everyone was safe.
UNTIL HARD RAIN HAPPENED.
I hate Hard Rain: The Sugar Mill so much.

The worst part was that it's always me that kicks the bucket. Not the bots that cause the witch to growl. This was the level where I almost didn't make it after one try.
I gave up as I entered Hard Rain: Return to Town. :V
I hate you so much right now, game.

Posted 15 years agoPffft. Left 4 Dead 2's been kicking my ass every time I play it. It's too bad my computer can't handle that much zombies even with the lowest setting. It slows down during massive incoming attacks. ):

I'm torn between having two pistols/magnum for my secondary weapons or picking up a SUPER AWESOME katana as a melee weapon to use against the horde.
A guitar is fine too. :D
But I'm not proficient with using both. Or using the new items really. I keep hoarding them and never using them. v_v
I've finished all the Dead Center Chapter. Up next Dark Carnival!!!

Why is it that I still forget to round up all that ...other guy's teachings anyway?? He's a super goldmine even if I only scratched the surface of the technique he is sharing.
The last time I remembered my dream, I remembered using the symbol I laminated to do something. Too tired to stop falling asleep, I guess?? As usual, it felt real enough to me not to notice that I was dreaming
As for tarot card reading, if anyone is reading this, I will give you a free reading! One brief question only about anything using a four card spread! Free of charge for the first two people who comment on this post! Send your question via PM or post it here!
