After a long weekend, I am back from Confuzzled, after a fantastic time.

Meeting up with fantastic peeps, and seeing all the furs just being their awesome selves always makes this weekend special, and I got to contribute PawPets with my new wrangling skills, thanks to Gem clawing kindly inviting me to help out. I was nervous as hell, not because I could make a tit of myself on stage (I make a tit of myself most days of the week!) but it was all the hard work that was put in by everyone including Delph, Leo, Gem, Felix, Basil and all the other puppeteers, tech and props people. If I screw up, I would worry I screw up the whole show, and it would be my fault! However, nothing major happened, I did as I was told (mostly!), and I think the show went the best it did. If you saw the show I really hope you enjoyed it, and come and see again next time! Also thank you for putting up with me!

Aside from Pawpets, most of the time there was meeting new people, meeting up with friends I made last year, and eating, drinking and some sleeping. Of course seeing Gem perform some naughty songs, and joining her scribbles panel were absolute highlights. Thank you to Alby, Yooky, Basil, Paul, Gem, Felix, Chester, Alfie, Krissy and Shadow for allowing me to hang out with the cool guys again! Also it was great to meet Snow, Chubo and Makenji. You guys were awesome to get to know.

Oh, I also got to see the ever awesome Zee-Zee, if only for 5 minutes!

One thing I got to apologise for was that confuzz seemed to have co-insided with the flow of my creative juices. I was constantly on my little surface, typing. It was because I was writing my next two stories, which will soon be uploaded. So I'm sorry if I was being unsociable typing away looking down, when I should have been in conversation!

Can't beleive I'm going to Confuzzled again in less than 3 weeks. I really hope if your going, I'll get to meet you. Here are few things to know about me before the big weekend!

Male, pronouns he/him or they/them.

3. How old are you?
38, so old enough not to know better! XD

4. How tall are you?
Around 5ft 11

5. Where are you staying?
At the Premier Inn not far away. Didn't apply in time to stay at the main hotel :(

6. What day are you getting there?
As early as possible on the 26th. I'm working until midday, but coming up straight after.

7. Who will you be with?
I'm coming up on my own this year, but hope to hang out with lots of people.

8. Do you have art in the art show?
Nope. Not much call for stick men!

9. What suit(s) will you have?
Not a wearer :(. I hope to change that by next year.

10. Can I dance with you?
I can't dance, but will hang out on the dancefloor, and may move about a bit if a good song I like comes on.

11. Can I touch you?
If you want to, and you ask.

12. Can I talk to you?
Yes! I'm not good at starting conversations, but get on a topic I like, then I could go on all day (yes that's a warning XD)

13. Can I hug you?
Please do! But again ask first, or make a gesture so I'm ready! Please don't grab me by surprise! :3

14. Can I take photos of you/with you?
I'm going to have to decline on this. I'm so sorry. Hopefully next year, if I get suited, that will change! :)

15. Can I buy you lots of drinks?
Yes Please. And I will endeavour to return the favour. If you're a fursuiter, and ask me to buy you a drink, it's on me. I can imagine it being thirsty work.

16. Do you drink Alcohol/Smoke?
I do drink, but not massively. I do vape, so you may see me outside.

17. Can I give you lots of money?
Not necessary, and I will try to stop you. Any money given will be put in a charity box.


18. Can I hang out with you?
Yes! I won't be around on Monday, as I'll be helping with Pawpets.

19. How will I recognize you?
Beard, bald head, on the large side. I will have several lanyards featuring my fursona.

20. Where will you be most of the time during the con?
More than likely in the bar or my room, or having a vape outside.

21. Who are you rooming with?
On my own this year. However I've booked a twin room, so if anyone needs a bed for a night or 2, and you're tidy enough, let me know!


22. Attending any events?
I'll be at Pawpets, and I will be at Star's Little Scribbles too and other events which take my fancy.

23. How can I find you at the con?
In the bar. I will be hanging out with the usual suspects if they can put up with me! hehe

Sadly not, always next year :)

Hi Everyone, hope you are all ok.

Not as sad as you may think from the title. I've broken up with my girlfriend after 6 years together, but it's amicable, and it was evitable. We'll still be friends, but there's an important thing I have come to terms with. I am asexual. Neither of us could give what each other needed, and she understood. I was never good in the bedroom department, and my gf couldn't do the abdl side of me, but she tried so many times. Even though she use to consider herself a little, she wasn't ABDL herself. Also, she had no interest in my furry side, which developed over the course of our relationship. Please don't think I'm painting her in a bad colour. She is a very kind person, and does brilliantly raising her daughter who has ASD.

Being ACE was something I have been contemplating for a few years now. 10 years ago I would never have considered myself asexual, but that's because I didn't know the full meaning nor understood it. I don't have sexual desires for people. I'm still an ABDL switch and that is what makes my flag fly, so to speak. But, its what a little or CG does that gives me the attraction, not how the individual looks or appears. I hope I could still develop that bond with someone who feels the same way, and love again. But I'm in no rush.

I still got lots to think about personally. I need to get heathier, and meet more people. I got Confuzz to look forward to, and hopefully some more things in the pipeline. Plus my father's estate needs to be liquidated, so I can buy own place. So going to be busy!

Hi everyone ^^

Confuzz is a little over 2 months away, and I am looking forward to going and meeting some great friends, and hopefully make some new ones.

This year however, I will be on my jack jones, but that doesn't matter, I'm happy in my own company as much as much I am with others. I'll be staying in the Premier Inn, which is a bit of a trek, but the walk will do me good haha.

As you probably read from my journal last summer, I've had a bit of a year. Last autumn/winter has been the darkest I've had. My father passed away in September and although I had some great help from family and friends, it was still a bleak period. Not only for the loss of my father, but the increase in bills, and the fact I needed to move to new digs, so quite a bit of upheaval. I didn't really celebrate Christmas (had no decorations or tree), but did have a good meal with my friends on the day, and then during the new year period, got a van, and moved what I needed to the new house. The good news is I have settled in to my new home with my 2 cats, and this place does definitely feel like home now :)

So, keeping me going is the fact that Confuzz is coming, and I hope to see you there if you're going! Also chatting to the awesome friends on Nazz's Batt Cave on Telegram, and hanging out with friends I have met here have made this year much more bearable ^^

The day I dreaded the most has finally happened. My father passed away earlier this afternoon.

It's hit me like a sack of potatoes. Even though this was impending, it's still a shock as reality has struck that my dad will no longer be there. He was the kindest most loving man you could meet, and the best dad anyone could wish for. He would talk to you like a friend, even if he met you for the first time.

Hi everyone.

Just thought I'd give a little update, as this year has been one of the most challenging I've had.

First all, I had a great time in Scotland, and I managed to share what I got up to on Twitter. From the Jacobite Steam train, as featured on Harry Potter (my gf's a fan, I'm not so much lol), to Loch Ness, and driving all the way up to John o' Groats (the most north-easterly tip of Great Britain). I've been to Lands End (the other end of the country) many times as I love Cornwall, but it was nice to finally see the other signpost! Also I got to meet some friends at Edinburgh Zoo, with the famous Pandas, and Koalas too hehe.

But fun times don't last forever, and after returning home, my brother gave me some bad news about my father. It has now transpired that he has only months left. I went to see him, and his doctor in charge, and I had to make a tough (but at the same time easy) decision. Dad has always hated hospitals, and the last thing we want want is for him to return there. The reason he had to go back to hospital is because he removed a tube from a valve in his abdomen, which is there to drain the excess fluid his non-functioning liver can no longer remove.

The decision that had to be made is either he returns to the care home under palliative care without the valve/tube. This will result in his abdomen swelling up again and causing a more uncomfortable experience in his final months. The other choice was to reinsert the tube, whilst going into palliative care. The main drawback is that if dad removes the tube again, it will mean full end of life care, and he will have days. Dad could do this at anytime.

It's the latter decision we chose. Dad wants the tube back in, and of course it should be more comfortable for him. Also, we see that it will be his choice to remove the tube when he has had enough. So he's in control in a way.

So in all, I'm dreading this autumn. The only silver lining is that as it's palliative care, we don't have to fork out cash for it. We still have to sell our house; but that's for a different unrelated reason. It does mean I will still get a roof over my head.

Sorry to share this, but I needed to get this off my chest. I have some great friends through FA, and I love chatting on Telegram and discord. I still intend to write more, and be here for anyone.

So got 90 watchers, and over 250 followers over on Twitter. Never thought it would get to double figures let alone 90. So thank you for following this little writer ^^

So for an update. Well I will be off on holiday to Scotland next week. Will pretty much be going all over the place, so will be busy driving and travelling from Wednesday onwards. I've never been north of the border before, in fact the furthest North I've been is Huddersfield, so this will be quite an adventure for me and my missus! I'll worry about the cost of petrol later.

On a personal level - and I don't really talk about my personal life, but there is a rough road ahead. My dad was admitted to a nursing home last month after being diagnosed with a terminal illness, and he has been in and out of hospital. It will mean I will have to move to my own place (about time I start to adult) and there is a lot of stuff to do in the meantime. Clear the house, sell as much as I can to fund a deposit, clear our state of a garden, find a flat which will take 2 cats, and make sure my dad has some quality of life.

I'll manage, because of some great people I have met here and on Twitter. I love talking and chatting, and being a silly koala. Sometimes it's the little things that help you through ^^

So everytime I gain an extra 10 watchers, on Tuesdays I do a thing called TMI Tuesday. Remember them? Hehe

But, since TMI Tuesdays are so last Tuesday (the Tuesday before the Tuesday before the Tuesday before the Tueday before last) I better do something different. As with this weekend being the Confuzzled UK Weekend, I thought I do a journal about that. Well I mean repost the Confuzzled meme thing anyway, with a few updates:

3. How old are you?
Kola will be around 6, so will be happy to play with other littles. This means I won't be padded, so if you give me a pat, it will be my bottom, so best advised not so XD My real age? 37.

4. How tall are you?
5'11" though I usually say 6ft for ease hehe

5. Where are you staying?
Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport, so not far^^


6. What day are you getting there?
I should be checking in the hotel on the Friday night. I will be at the event until Monday afternoon.

7. Who will you be with?

Foxfan1992 who I will be rooming with. I hope to hang out with some others too.

8. Do you have art in the art show?
No art, because I can't draw yet. But I may make a few story ideas with those I meet, to publish later. Perhaps we can brainstorm together ^^

9. What suit(s) will you have?
Love to get a parsuit one day, but don't have one yet.

10. Can I dance with you?
You can try, but i'm rubbish at dancing, and get self-consious. I may hang out on a dance floor.

11. Can I touch you?
Gently yes.

12. Can I talk to you?
Absolutely! Though I am quite shy, I really want to make some new friends. I don't really start conversations, but get me going, and I might not shut up! XD

13. Can I hug you?
Course you can. I love hugs and cuddles!

Please ask first (pretty please), but the chances are I'm going to politely decline if you intend to upload or share. I'm really sorry, but right now I want to keep my littlefur side separate from my regular life. If you pinky promise that you won't publish the pictures online, then I may be happy to have a picture taken with you for your memories of the day^^ Besides, I don't photograph very well. One day when I get a parsuit, I will love to be in pictures ^^

15. Can I buy you lots of drinks?
If you like, but I'm not a big drinker these days. I may ask for a Coke Zero or Pepsi Max. I will try to return the favour!

Some of you may have noticed I haven't uploaded a story lately. That's because I've been busy with stuff professionally and personally, but also in-between those times, I have been writing a 5-story Kola in Space saga. It will be like nothing I've written so far, as it will have suspense and some element of danger (nothing lethal), but still have some heartwarming, wholesome and cuddly moments too, as per usual in my writing, and some (I hope) funny moments also.

Once I have written the final story, I will start to upload an instalment at a time. I have already written 3 and in the middle of the 4th, so hopefully won't be too long! ^^
