Seems we've both come down with the dreaded "Con Crud" and are feeling miserable. Because of this, we're going to be rescheduling today's streams.

We'll be having the streams on Saturday, March 1st, at 12 PM CST and 6 PM CST.

Regular commissions will open Friday, February 28th at 7 PM CST as normal, so no worries there.

This issue crops up from time to time. Can someone color, or post what they've already colored, something I've drawn. While I'm not changing my policy toward this, I feel that it's time I make this clearer again. I did so before in an FAQ that I posted months ago, but it seems some people aren't reading things like that, much less contacting me.

1. I bought a sketch from you, can I color it?

Yes, you may color it, provided that my signature/watermark isn't altered or removed, and you properly credit me in the comments as the artist that created it.

2. I'm in a picture someone else bought, can I color it or have them color it?

Yes, because your character is featured, you and the original person that purchased it may color the image, provided that the conditions in Question 1 are followed.

3. I was asked to color one of your pieces by the original purchaser/involved character owner for free. May I color it?

No. I only allow myself, the original client, or the owners of characters featured in my images to modify them.

4. I've been commissioned to color one of your pieces. May I do so?

No. I do not allow third party commissions for colors of my works. If you've been approached with one of my pieces, I would like to know who it was who tried to commission you, because this person is violating the ToS they agreed to when commissioning me.

5. I've already colored one of your pieces as a gift/practice/etc. without asking permission, what should I do?

Very simply, I ask that you remove all posted copies of the modified works. I retain ownership of all the images I've created, so if you don't want to have them removed, I'll do so for you. This is certainly regrettable and I don't like doing it, but I will be sticking to my policy.

Now, I'm not pointing fingers, but this has come up far more than it should have over the last few months. So, I'd like to say something to a couple of groups.

Clients, please be sure to READ the ToS you're agreeing to. When you check that box on my order form, whether you read it or not, you're going to be held to it.

Colorists, you really need to ask the original artist before you ever think to modify their works. Some of us hold them very dear and don't approve of a random person coming along and using our works, especially commissioned pieces, as handy coloring book pages.

Basic reference sheets are as featured in the example. They're very simple and are put together for those that might be on a budget. They include two character shots, and a "Bio Blurb" about your character.

No add-ons are available for basic reference sheets.

Full reference sheets start at 150 USD. Included in the basic reference sheet are;
1. Three body shots of your character
2. One close up headshot in the emotion/expression of your choice.
3. Close up of genitals, if requested
4. Basic biological data about your character, such as; Species, sex, height, weight, eye color, hair color.
5. Color "wheel" (Style of the "wheel" up for discussion to match your tastes)
6. Both Adult and Censored versions included
7. Optional information blurbs to point out details about the character (Up to four near body shots and one per headshot)

Additional add-ons (At a low additional fee) include;
1. Clothing on censored version
2. Additional Headshot (With additional information blurb if requested)
3. Hand and foot references (With information blurb if requested)
