Since problems from PayPal's new policy “limited to” Thailand.
Mist Cats will cancel PayPal payment by the end of January 2022, which will result in the inadmissibility of PayPal transfers, and all platforms which use PayPal as their primary payment method will also be canceled.

By the end of January 2022, there will be big changes. Therefore, I would like to inform you as follows:
1. Mist Cats Gumroad will be discontinued and packs will no longer be sold.
2. At the beginning of February 2022, Mist Cats will close PayPal account and no more PayPal transactions can be made.
3. Mist Cats commission payments will be paid via Wise instead. Commission payments within Thailand will still be made using domestic transfers.

By the same time, Mist Cats will change policy Patreon channel due to more free time available for the commitment to patreon and intend to improve the service and subscription gradually as everything will be ready by the end of January 2022.
Changes are as follow :
1. 2 tiers
> 4 tiers
2. Bundle pictures are to be available at 2nd tier
3. Some post will be arranged and change to other tier
4. *** after all arrangement made to Patreon and clearing Commission list there will be application open for every tiers’ members to send in OC / Fursona and those characters applied might be featured in future artworks (will be choose randomly)
*** Anyway the character that being used might be featured in artworks as Mist Cats pleased (so be warned that your characters might be featured as top/bottom or be portrayed anyway Mist Cats likes to draw it) This submission of OC / fursona is "purely voluntarily" and not forced by any means
5. *** Mist Cats’ patreon will now featured “Goal”, as we achieving the goals set Mist Cats will featured “Gift” (for example free art packs)
6. The “Tag” will be revised for better categorization and remove the unnecessary tags.
