Cyberkitties Motion Comic
Posted 2 months agoProgress on coloring and lettering Mu Press Cyberkitties continues. I'm almost finished with issue #1, but it'll take many more months to complete the other issues. In the meantime, I decided to post the first story "First Byte" as a motion comic on my youtube channel:

It's missing a few elements, like voice acting, but I hope it works as a preview or proof-of-concept. Let me know what you think.
Story by Pauli Kidd, art by the late Chuck Melville.
Thanks.

Hi, remember me?
Posted 9 months agoHello, all. By way of introduction, my name is Mike Sagara. I worked as an artist and letterer in the comic biz from 1989 to 1996 on a variety of titles: Ninja High School, Foodang, Little Oz Squad, Rock and Roll Comics and other Revolutionary titles. In the furry arena, I worked on Shanda the Panda, Tank Vixens, Furrlough, Hit the Beach, and my own title, Hey, Neeters! I've contributed to Usagi Yojimbo, Jeff Wood's SnowBuni. Albedo, The Dark. Recently, I did the art for a Minit Mystery by Eric Costello on the Dick Tracy comic strip.
I've been largely out of comics fandom since the mid-90s and only recently learned of familiar names that have passed on. That's given me some motivation to rejoin the community.
Anyway, sorry for the lack of art and such. I hope to post stuff by-and-by.
