So some of you may have noticed that I haven't posted any stories in a very long time. It is true that I went on a bit of a writing hiatus. I was busy doing other things on top of the fact that I just wasn't feeling particularly expired. And when I finally did get an idea I wanted to write, it was Inkbunny exclusive (which I just posted there), so the drought here will be even longer. But I did want to say, I haven't given up on writing or anything. The writing bug always comes back to bite me. I'm just very slow at it nowadays.

Like many others, I do not agree with the new policy, and think it is dumb.

Now as for how this affects me. I currently do not have any plans to remove anything I have posted or to leave FA, unless I become specifically targeted by the mods. If that were to happen, it would be a real shame, as the kind of stuff I post seems to be most appreciated here. So, I actually have not been taking requests for a long time now. My writing has just gotten too slow, and I don't want to disappoint people in the event that I become stuck or lose interest in a story.

I never made an official announcement for it though because I haven't received too many requests. But recently there seems to be an influx of people asking if I do requests or commissions, and I feel bad turning them away.

So here is my official status for all to see. Sorry to anyone hoping to get a story from me. And sorry, the "I don't mind waiting" argument won't work. I start to feel guilty if I leave people hanging for too long.

This doesn't mean I will stop writing, but I will be largely focusing on my own idea.

So I had debated whether or not to post this journal. On the one paw, I would like to think that people who watch me know what they are getting themselves into. But on the other paw, I have never posted any image quite as extreme as what I plan to post (even that old Gomamon image), and considering FAs lack of thumbnails for images, I figured it was best to give a warning.

So here it is, in three days I will be posted two images with heavy gore content (one of them you may already know if you are watching a particular artist). So if you are not into gore or seeing cruel things happen to cute character, then be prepared to shield your eyes.

Also this is probably the only time I will post a warning like this. I'm only doing it this time because it is my first time posting such extreme images, so people may not be expecting it.

So it happened again! Another 100 people have enjoyed my stuff enough to keep an eye on me. I can't say how flattered I am. I know it's still nothing compared to popular artists and writers, but for a small time hobby writer like myself, it's a pretty big deal. Especially since I write such niche content. So whether you are watching me for my writing, or even if you just like the stuff I commission, thanks for the support. And although my writing pace may have slowed, I hope I can continued to provide enjoyable content for you all.

This is partially just to bump down the old journal, since the person actually did give me a refund. But this is also something I have been meaning to do for a while.

Anyway, many of you have probably noticed my slow progress and unusual order of getting requests done. Well I've already been doing this for a while, but now I'm making it official. When I first took requests, I did them in a first come - first serve order. This worked fine for a while, but I found myself falling behind. This resulted in a bit of stress for me, and the sense that I was letting people down. I basically had to remind myself that these are requests, not commissions.

I write as a hobby, not as a job, and I don't want it to become a job. So here's the thing; People are still free to make requests, however I cannot promise or guarantee any kind of completion date. I reserve the right to work on requests in whatever order I choose and at my own pace. I know this may not seem fair, but it's better for most people. I sure that if you get something from me, you don't want some piece that I just threw together to get through it and onto the next request. I take pride in my work and make sure that each request gets my full effort.

I thank you for being patient with me, and I hope to continue to provide enjoyable stuff.

I hate to do this, but I feel I have no other choice. Admittedly one can never have all the facts unless they know the person personally, but I feel I have been more than patient with this individual.

So about six months ago I got a PM from  xhybora asking me if I would like to commission them for anything. Normally I don't bite on this kind of stuff, but this was back before the whole "Nefarious true form" thing, and I was in desperate need of a new icon. I had also yet to have any bad experiences with anyone I had commissioned, so I decided to give them a chance. At first everything seemed to be on the up and up. They gave me their discord and we discussed the details of the commission. However that was where the professionalism ended. I patiently waited for two months (since they may have had other commissions queued) and then asked them for an update. It took about a week to get a response, at which point they said they had been on vacation and that they would prepare an update for me. However I received no response after that. Giving them the benefit of a doubt, I waited another two months, at which point I asked for another update. Again it took almost a week to get a reply, and this time they just said they would prepare an update for me. After that I have received no response from them what so ever, despite repeated attempts to contact them through discord and FA. At this point I feel the only thing I can do is warn others not to trust them. I may not have all the facts, but another indication that there is something fishy going on is that the last two shouts on their page (which were even before they contacted me) were from people asking if this individual was still around, indicating gross lapses in communication.

Fortunately the commission wasn't very expensive, so I'm not out too much money. Also I don't plan to let this jade my view of commissioning people. Everyone else I have commissioned has been awesome. Anyway, if you read that block of text, thanks for taking the time to listen to me whine. I don't do it too often.

I know that is nothing compared to real artist or writers, heck I bet there are lurkers with more watchers than me, but this is still a big milestone for me. I never would have dreamed that this many people would be interested in my work. Fortunately fame was never my goal, but it's still nice to feel appreciated. After all, the whole reason I started writing these was for others to enjoy, so it's good to know my efforts haven't been wasted. So I just wanted to give a big thanks to you all, from those who started watching since my very first vore story, all the way to those who have tuned in just recently. I hope that I continue to provide you with enjoyment.

So some people have probably noticed that I have been pretty quiet as of late. Well unfortunately I have had a pretty severe case of writer's block since the beginning of November. It has slowed my progress to a snails pace and had really sapped my motivation to write. As such, my stories will be much further apart until this block blows over. I apologize to those who are eagerly waiting for requests. I should have said something sooner, but I didn't expect it to last this long.

So I seem to have run into a dry spot in my idea pool. So I was wondering if anyone had anything they'd like to request. By now you probably know that there isn't much that I will shy away from, but here are the things I absolutely won't write:
Farting
Watersports
Scat
Humans as major characters

So how about it? Anyone have a dark fantasy they would like to see fulfilled? If so, leave a comment on this journal or sent me a note.

Unless I get totally swamped, there isn't really a limit to number of requests I will take. It's just a matter of how long you are willing to wait.

So it finally happened. I'm willing to put up with having a lame avatar for a while, but eventually I always get sick of it. I found this snapshot online that seemed too perfect to pass up (my current avatar), but like always, the reduction to GIF format makes it look pretty poor. I can't draw to save my life, so I figured I'd ask in anyone knows an artist who is willing to make me an avatar? I will pay of course. Even if they could just smooth out my current avatar that would be great.
