Firstly I wanna say thankyou to all my recent followers both here and on my regular account. It means a lot to me!

I want to apologise for being all over the place with my commission openings. Frankly a lot has happened lately which has really screwed up my motivation for... well, anything involving work and art to be honest. However, I really want to be productive and working for others again, so hopefully I will be opening commissions once more.

My only beef is I have very low confidence with my work because I feel people simply aren't interested or find it worthy of the price I want to sell for. Half the time that's why I do discounts in the hope of getting people in but I feel the reward is really not worth it. And if I keep doing discounts it means people are gonna start waiting on those rather than go for my regular prices.

Saying that, I have some pre-poses I feel I can release. But again my problem is finding the people who are interested.

I think I'm looking to get feedback more than anything else here. What type of content do you like in my work? What can I do to expand my horizons and find the clients and fanbase who would enjoy my work? Is there anything I could improve on, either in my art or my service?

The only catch is... you gotta have your character doing something Christmas/winter related, like wrapping presents or getting cosy with some cocoa! So basically I have a ton of sketches lying around going un-used. They are mainly anthro/human sketches, and range from 'general' to 'XXX' rated. As you may know I am out of a job, and I thought that these could potentially be used to help me along with financial income for now, instead of going to waste.

Some of you might also know that I have done something like this before... I am happy to say that after looking through my older sketches, that I have indeed improved the collection with better anatomy and such, haha. Some of the poses are generally more 'exciting' too.. I'm finally getting somewhere with doing more interesting perspectives.

Anyways, I was wondering if I took some of the sketches, cleaned them up a bit and offered them at discount prices (maybe with a fully-drawn background too)... would people be interested? If so, what kind of poses and content would you be looking for? What body types are you looking for? Feral? Humanoid? Centaur-like? How many characters in one image?

Any feedback will be extremely appreciated.

Well, after returning from my 'vacation', I figure that I need to get in the swing of doing commission work again, 'cus my personal drawing streak has burnt out!
It's possible that all commission types will open, and that includes traditional work! I really want to get back into that again, because I've been itching so much to work in this media but have no ground to work on regarding character. Yeah, I'm still going on about that. xD
I would be opening sketches, and shaded characters (with or without background), for the traditional work.

Of course there will still be an opportunity to recieve the original image. The sending price will be put on top of the commish price; £2 to send it if you're in the UK (to get envelopes and stamps) and £4 everywhere else.

Regarding the commission type, the comic and doodle sheet types will be extremely limited. I feel that I am underpricing myself, as these are the more popular choices of my clients.
On top of that I feel like they need a lot more effort than that of my regular work, and people are certainly getting more for their money on these in comparison to my normal types of commish. I might consider raising the prices a notch, but that probably won't happen until summer time/autumn, cos there are some elements that I want to refine more so I feel confident that my prices are fair. The limited slots will help me practice.

Oh! I gotta point out something else. I'm not gonna allow for Iris to be used in any more fetish commissions unless it is via auction. As much as I love treating the guys to some kisses from her (;p!), a lot of people seem to like her and I don't want her to be regarded as just some sort of kissagram. =p So by all means, normal commissions can involve her doing something with your character (having a tea party, for example!) but please do not ask for any mature/fetish-related work unless it is for auction.

All of my other characters are available to be with your characters too, but the vast majority can't be involved in fetish work either. If you would like to query the limitations of some of my characters, then by all means feel free. :3

Anyway, I'd appreciate if people would comment about what work they'd be interested in. <: I do not have a definite date for when I will re-open, as I have a loose end to tie up. But once that is done I will announce it via journal, as per usual. :3 All prices and guides will be on there.

I woke up this morning to the news that my little nan had passed away.
I'm honestly blank at the moment, but I do think how my siblings and my father are gonna take this news is gonna make me break.

Any little motivation I may have had for owed art will probably refuse to surface for a while. I'm sorry, but I need some time to collect myself and console my family. I will try to work on the commissions here and there, but I'd say to expect progress to be slower than usual.
