And they are still buy-one-get-one-free! :D The cheapest sketch comes free, eg if you get a 2-char sketch (£8.00) and a single character sketch, the latter will come free.

Okay so as you all may or may not know, I am going to university in September this year to do a Foundation course. While the financial side of it isn't so hard to deal with as it potentially could have been, I still have quite a bit to pay for! As well as the basic enrolment and tuition fee, I also need to pay for renewing my passport to go on a trip with them in November to Amsterdam (FOR ART PURPOSES OF COURSE).

I should be getting help for the daily trips to the uni and back since I'm eligible for bursary funding, but I would really like to scrape together some moolah for these other things as well as in case of emergency. My sister is also starting at college in September so it would help my mum a lot if I could earn my way and put it towards our education, especially since she's earning very little with her job. xwx

This is gonna cost £600-700 pounds altogether, although luckily I only need to get together about £500 of that thanks to my nana donating towards it.

With this in mind, I will be opening super-deal commissions to work through during these next few months. These include:

Buy one sketch, get one free (£5.00, +£3.00 for any additional character)
Two doodle sheets for £35 (+£5.00 for each additional character in each doodle sheet)
Fully-coloured characters - £18 each (+£10.00 for each additional character)

RULES!
I require payment upfront, and via PayPal ONLY. This means I will not begin your work until I have recieved the correct amount of money for the commission which we have agreed upon in private notes. Please send them as gifts or owed payment as then I will not get taxed for accepting your money.
I only work with the GBP (Great British Pound £££) currency; I do not accept any other format.
I ALWAYS offer WIPs of your work. Sketch; inks; flat colours (not included with doodle sheets), and then the final piece. I can email you the final piece in its highest quality as well.
I am able to stream for you, and I may often do it of my own accord. However you must tell me if you want to do things differently.
I will do a maximum of 3 edits of your work (anything like editting an expression or moving a body part), during the sketch stage. Any further revisions will cost a further £3.50 per revision. If you wish to get 3 concept sketches of your character's pose if you don't know how you'd like them to be, I will happily do these for you before commencing the official commission for £5.
I will not edit works after the inking stage, unless it is my own fault, eg with incorrect colouring. It is your responsibility as a commissioner to be picky during the sketch stage so that mistakes and additional detail are sorted sooner rather than later!
READ THE RULES CAREFULLY. If you prove to be threatening, have ignored my requirements, or do not follow my instructions in terms of the work, I have the right to refuse to work with you. My rules and requirements are quite clear and are there to make both our lives easier.

There will probably be a slight delay in turnover time for these commissions since I will be working on a summer project during July and August, but don't fret! Your commissions will be absolutely first priority on my personal art list!

ALRIGHT, I get the initial email for my UCAS track telling me my offer was unsuccessful, then an hour later I get THIS EMAIL FROM THE ACTUAL UNI saying that I get a conditional offer (requiring 80 tariff points, not sure if they're the same as UCAS points. If so I AM ALREADY IN WAT.)

How do I feel? ... Confused. ._. But reassured somewhat.

However this fright still has made me feel a bit shitty art-wise. So maybe... give it a week and I'll open fresh commissions when (if) I feel better about this problem aside from schoolwork.

Just because... *sigh* Well, the uni who said that they would accept me have just turned around and said 'Nope, don't want you here anymore'. The worst part is that there hasn't been an explanation why, and the fact that they'd raised my hopes up only for this to happen has just... depressed me majorly. Why should they tell you 'we'd be happy to accept you', if this is the end result that you'll get anyway?
I'm going to talk about it with my mum and school and then contact the uni for more information...

All of the other unis I've applied to have rejected me and now I'm gonna have to rest my hopes all on this other choice, which we need to agree to a date on for an interview...

I honestly don't know what I am going to do if I get completely rejected from all these places. I thought I had this section of my life sorted when I got 'accepted'. But then again, sometimes things just don't go the way you want them to...

So yeah. Apologies if I am even slower on commissions. I think I may just well refund and cancel the others I haven't started yet.

FINALLY GETTING TO WORK WOOT

Sheeeet, I didn't update this journal for y'all who don't watch me on my main account @_@
Well... I have a rather serious problem right now...

My beloved  djpuppeh and his mum have been screwed around by the government in terms of allowances, and now they have absolutely no income until they can successfully re-apply. This can take any time between a week and a month, maybe even more.
They have the usual electric/gas bills and food to pay for, but there's also the TV box and rent... if they can't pay it off, they may well be kicked out of the house they're in and I don't want to see that happen. :'(

So as of now, myself and  djpuppeh are now open for commission to raise money for him and his mother's cause. We both do a variety of subjects, although PP is best to poke if you like epic artwork like sci-fi... things.

I'm going to take this opportunity to also say... thankyou all SO much for helping me in my little financial quest. I have been... overwhelmed by the amount of people that offered to help. ;w; Really, I didn't think that many people would!

I currently have £140/£300. I'm almost halfway to my goal and that already is a huge achievement for me. :)

I know I pretty much always say 'OMG EMERGENCY!!1 I NEED COMMISSIONS GOGOGOGO' ^^; But our computer is pretty much dying; I can't work on digital commissions anymore (and it's a hassle anyway because I always need my twin's password). I think there's a virus on here or something, processing is going incredibly slow and again there's the problem with me and my two siblings fighting over memory (the computer is pathetic for that though, seriously, only 69.5GB of memory in total.).

As I speak, there's currently just 203MB left on the computer. I don't think I can even delete any programs I downloaded recently...
Before you suggest, yes I have done both disk de-fragmenting and disk-cleanup.

But... to be honest, I've been wanting my own laptop for a good while now. I want the freedom of doing what I want on there without all these passwords, and I really need more disk space.

The good news is that my birthday is coming up and I am getting some money. However I don't know how much I will be getting and I don't even know if it will be enough to get me a decent-quality laptop (I wouldn't care if it was second-hand as long as it can run PhotoShop).

Okay enough of that I think you get the whole backstory now; I'll just get on to explaining about my commissions.

My turn-around time is usually very quick, sketches are often made an hour after request and payment. Linearts take an extra hour, and, depending on the medium and amount of detail, coloured pieces can take from half a day to 3 days. It also depends on what commissions I have to do and what events are occurring outside of the internet.
If you need reassurance on the time-scales,  agentdiego007 and  wesker10 are past commissioners of mine, so enquire them about me if you wish. They are very trustworthy, I can assure you.
