It can be fixed! The bad news? Its gonna cost me quite a bit of money. e_e Go figure, I've never broken a phone or expensive electronic before this, but the one I do is the phone all my friends and family went in on for my birthday, ugh. (Needless to say this has resulted in a lot of expletives haha.)

I just wanted to let you all know since its pretty relevant information right now you can also find me on Weasyl here!

As of right now I don't have plans to abandon my FA gallery, but there is some troublesome stuff going on FA and there has been for a long time in other areas long before recent events. I'm thinking right now I'm going to start doing uploads on Weasyl first, as well as offer exclusive commission or trade offers there to help followers transition over there. I'm still figuring out the finer details, but I am going to want to make Weasyl a primary account for me and gradually transition away from using FA as my main gallery. I don't mind juggling two galleries, and I feel that if its a slow process I'm less likely to lose too many of you during the transition compared to an abrupt clearing. I hope you all understand and that this is convenient for those staying as well as leaving FA.

Wahhh FC 2014 was a huge success and so amazing! , our friends, and I just got home so now its time to crash and burn for awhile lmao. ;u; Thank you so much to everyone who commissioned me or just came to say hi! I was able to cover all of my con expenses as well as make a profit so I'll definitely be back next year. I feel so silly now for being so nervous to do this haha, you're all so wonderful!

Pretty much have the same feelings about this as Aycee. If I am at my table, or going somewhere specific, chances are I am not looking to CRAZY socialize. Otherwise I'm there to be friendly and have fun. If I'm upset I don't lash out at other people and will simply go hide out in my hotel room until I feel better, so its also something nobody really needs to worry about.

FC is just around the corner, and we're working extra hard to get ransom to California so he can attend! We've been close friends for many years and have yet to be able to meet up, and FC is supposed to be a wonderful chance for us to finally be able to hangout in person and share an art table in the Dealers Den. Unfortunately as some of you may know international flights get really expensive, eek!

...Which is why we're doing a first-ever collab auction! It would feature primarily my sketching, my inks, and his wonderful coloring! We're also willing to do mature subject matters, which is a rarity for him. :D

I'm gonna be selling for the first time at FC this upcoming January and I'm trying to plan accordingly. I have everything paid for and have my business cards, but I'm curious what people are more interested in seeing (or have had success with on your own tables!) Do people like prints? How many should I have available? I was thinking 2-3, and maybe 1-2 stickers and the rest be commissions. Do sketches or badges seem to do better? Are people ever interested in digital work at cons? Are full pieces worth doing there?

I don't want to get overly anticipatory about my success rate just yet, but I'd like to go in as prepared as I can. c: Thanks a bunch in advance!

(And not sure if it matters, but regarding the full pieces I will have some traditional pieces put into the art show as well.)

Just a quick check in since I know I've been really quiet around here lately. Things have been a little busy/stressful irl (then again who's life isn't?) and I was away for a week since I was out of town haha. :D Dekar and I just got back tonight though and had a good time, and we go back to work tomorrow. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! Dekar and I both work overnight and our store is opening at 9PM (craaazyyyy) so we're getting ready to leave now. I got to spend some nice time with my friends and father and stepmother in the afternoon though, the meal went off without a hitch and my turkey came out amazing. It was so juicy we didn't even need to carve it, just using forks it easily came off the bones. 83 My father and stepmom were nice enough to clean the kitchen for us too before they left since Dekar and I had to take a nap as soon as we finished eating to prepare for the overnight shift.

Anyway, hope everything was great for you guys too! Sorta random journal, but I'm not sure where else I can probably get a good wide net for this haha. I've never bought their soaps before, and am thinking of doing so since I have some extra money to treat myself right now. :3 I wanted to ask about how well the caffeine actually works, ie does it actually feel after like you've drank a cup of coffee, an energy drink, not as strong as either of those?

I don't use caffeine too often really, maybe a few times a month, so I'm trying to decide if it'd be better to just do decaf or if the caffeine experience is worthwhile without being too intense.

And secondly I wanted to see if anybody has tried some of the scents I'm interested in, and how well they linger on the skin since that's what I mostly want out of them and not the caffeine haha.

Scents I'm thinking of getting: Applejack/Apple Orchard, Supermint, Tiki Giraffe, Creamsicle, Blackberry, and Yuzu if I do the 6 pack one. I might just stick with three though for now so its not as costly a purchase. c: The only one I've heard good things about so far is Blackberry, so that's a definite one on my list.

Just in case anyone was worried since I have been quiet the past week, the long story short: I've been without electricity since last Friday. It was pretty miserable, but thankfully its turned back on now! Just an update that things have been a bit slow lately, and might be for a little while longer. A lot of new things are cropping up in my life that are mostly just cause for more financial stress/feeling like I'm in an unstable living position, and its put me into a bad mental funk since my anxiety just skyrockets when stuff like this happens. When I'm too nerve-wracked it makes it hard to focus/perform as expected in other areas, and then insert a vicious cycle of I feel guilty because of this and then it has me feeling even more worn down. Not very fun stuff, but I know with enough time things will be okay in the end.

Things -are- still being worked on so I'm not taking a complete break from work or anything, its just going slower than I'd like it to right now, so I just wanted to put out there that I appreciate all your patience while I work through this. <3 |D
