Commissions info and Terms of Service for my art

Basic Conditions
-I reserve the right to deny any commission without stating a reason.
-Adult art is only available to people ages 18+. No Exceptions.
-I reserve the right to ask for identification from a commissioner if need be
-If you have commissioned me (I assume/you are accepting) that you have read my Terms of Service and if you did not I am not at fault.
-It is not my responsibility to keep track of your images. I delete submissions from my computer, download them while you can, I am not to blame if you lose the image. I do this to keep my computer clean. I'm good about backing up my images, but I have had times I did not.
Commission Process
-I accept both notes and emails when inquiring for a commission. Only notes with details will be acknowledged. "Hey" will not.
-I will quote your piece based off the information given and explain where the cost comes from (# of characters/add ons). I will then ask you if you are still interested. If so you will confirm that you are by sending the payment. I will not ignore your note if you inquired, if I don't feel like taking on the commission I will let you know.
-After the payment is received you are offered a WIP of the pose sketch only. It will be uploaded to scraps and deleted shortly after. (this is on request of the commissioner)
-Progress of your commission can be seen in by my profile.
-Your Commission will be uploaded to this account unless you request it not be uploaded in the note. This will cost an extra $10 since posting your commission is like an AD for me.
Payment Process
-Invoice Only. After agreeing to commission details I will invoice you.
-USD. Please keep in mind that I take USD. So if the price is $12, and you pay in a different currency it might be more on your end.
-Must be within 48 hours of accepting the commission and/or YCH.
Editing my Artwork
- Prohibited! No adding your own background or editing my artwork PLEASE.
-Do not commission me for a lineart and have ANOTHER artist color it. Only you or I may color it. The same goes for sketches and other various pieces of work. Only I may alter it, unless you ask if you can. No one else. Sorry.
References and Verbal Descriptions
By giving me a verbal description to rely on you are agreeing to the following:
- Little to no fixes or changes
- You cannot complain
- You promise to be easily contacted by me at any given time.
This is because some people aren't very descriptive. If I work by that verbal description and something went wrong, you either did not write it clearly, or you were not easy for me to contact and question.
Reference Information:
-I prefer reference sheets.
-Single pose/pictures are accepted however if I miss a special marking it is the commissioner's fault and no changes will be made.
-No more than 2-3 reference pictures are allowed. 1 Reference sheet and 2 reference images is completely fine.
-DO NOT send me NSFW photography as a reference. I will also not accept any references with the following: Scat, cub/baby fur in adult situations and watersports.
-NSFW references are FINE as long as it is FOR a NSFW commissions.
Turnover Time
-Usually 1-2 weeks depending on work load (during school time)
-I'm in College, and things happen. Turnover time during the college semester makes turn over time longer.
-I work on these when I do no have homework.
-I work mostly on weekends during the evening time.
-Time may be longer depending on your spot in the queue.
Deadlines
-Unless you paid the deadline fee I do NOT want to be harassed about the art. "When is it gonna be done?" "How's it coming?" will be ignored.
-Deadline charge will be quoted in notes. Price varies.
WIPs
-Only if requested.
Reuploads
-You may reupload the commission to your account of course!
-Do not remove my signature
-Please link back to my account
-Adult art MUST stay on Furaffinity, weasyl, sofurry and inkbunny (ask for other sites).
-Other (clean art) can be reposted anywhere however I would appreciate if you credit back to my account.
Complaints
-You have the right to complain about mistakes on a piece if it was a commission. At this point you would NOTE me about them. If you comment on the direct piece of art or comment anywhere about it for that matter, the changes won't be made and you will be warned or banned from commissioning with me, and no refunds are offered at ALL. NO exceptions.
Changes/Fixes
-Changes are acceptable at any time (though preferred BEFORE inking). Any changes or alterations after will have a additional cost for the labor.
-Fixes (my mistake) are acceptable and I will do my best to make you happy.
Refund Policy
-Full refunds are only offered BEFORE the piece is started.
-After the piece is started you will only be refunded the amount acceptable (depending on what stage I'm on in the art process).
-Only half refunds acceptable AFTER the piece is finished. If this is done, you are no longer allowed to commission me or bid on my YCH auctions (to prevent scamming).
-No full refunds once the piece is finished.
-If you complain or mention issues ON the submission or in public no refunds will be offered AT ALL. NOTE me. I'll be happy to make any changes :)
