Viral! A Feature Length CGI Film and Comic (and Game)

My name is Nikolai Crumb, and I have been creating Digital Comics, Posters, and short clips for years now. But the time has come to take things to the next level. With a story and concept created by the community members of the TGComics forums Viral is a project of love. The community help create it, and help voice it. When Super Intelligent Viruses infect the internet a team is formed to combat them, but while Dr. Olsen try to stop the outbreak a unscrupulous hacker David Bond gets access to their files and thinking it a game pirates the files only to discover certain lock outs in the program throw up problems, but when he tries to crack the program to log in as the first user he finds himself transported into the digital realm, but stuck in the shapely body armor of Captain Gwen Stacy.


But upon exiting the system a series of events is set in motion, now David Bond must try and prevent his Real Life Avatar from being re written into the template set by Captain Stacy while being drawn into the Digital War.

so staring off with the first, which is a trieste of Pythagarus and his descendants and followers and their views of Philosophy "Melissus, who is included in the Eleatic school, held many opinions in common with Parmenides. He declared the universe to be immovable because, occupying all space, there was no place to which it could be moved. He further rejected the theory of a vacuum in space. Zeno of Elea also maintained that a vacuum could not exist."
Melissus was born around 500BC, and this book was written in 1928

Now Fast forward to the late 1990s when White Wolf Gaming published the various Mage: the Ascension and Technocracy guide books where the vacume of space is subjective, the Technocracy believe the hirizon beyond earth is not breathable and the further out you go into the shard realms the more toxic the environ, the Void engineer source book even alludes to the idea of "no one knows why it's toxic, maybe it's toxic because we believe it's toxic" It also mentions how as the Technocracy has pushed their ideals to the masses the Horizon has pushed back, and now the edge of the "active" universe is the Asteroid belt beyond Mars, beyond that is basically the abstract alternate universe like realms, the horizon point itself being determined by how far mundane space travel and probes have gotten, so in essence during the 60's the horizon ended at the moon beyond that was "Deep space" or the "shard realms" and it's alluded that the Technocracy has had to fight the "umbrals horrors" at each point to sanitize it and push back the boundary.

Meanwhile Tradition makes of the Garou can walk through the same horizon space bare foot and without rebreather gear because their philosophy does not think it as toxic.

So my ponies I ask you, considering there was at LEAST a 72 year gap between when Phil Brucato and Stewart Wieck and the others creators of the WoD just coincidental in coming up with the same concepts as 2500 year old philosophers, or entertainers studied these people to incorporate into a game or was some higher universal mind (a Pythagorean concept) guiding them.

Some observations on numerology, those who have been following cornerstone 28's posting should be aware of several numbers of significance; 2, 8, 10, 28, 3 and 7. A entire discussion can be made on these numbers Some things to keep in mind though is that 3 and 7 are the variables and 28 is the new name. Now with that said look at the first link a magic number in physics describes the arrangements of protons/neutrons arranged in a shell in the nucleus that produces a unusually stable (to decay) element that breaks away from the standard decay rate of it's sister elements it's “more stable.”
the 7 most widely recognized magic numbers are 2,8,20 (which is really just 10 times 2), 28, 50, 82 (which is just 28 inverted), and 126.
Nuclei which have neutron number and proton (atomic) numbers each equal to one of the magic numbers are called "double magic", and are especially stable against decay. Examples of double magic isotopes include helium-4 (4He),oxygen-16 (16O), calcium-40 (40Ca), calcium-48 (48Ca), nickel-48 (48Ni) and lead-208 (208Pb).

Another thing to take note of with the atomic table is the 3 numbers. It is this last number I want to talk about. In the chart below that is the comma separated numbers.

The real variation is in Column 8 which contains:

And even here there is some uniformity: Since Nickel is the base of the column (and double magic and most resistant to decay to boot) we have 2,8,16,2, Platinum caries this with a slight variation of 2,8,17,1, and Darmstadium is back to 2,8,16,2 but also has Platinum's 18 and 32. Palladium however shatters this mold together, it shares the 2 and the 8 but then has 18 and 18 which don't show up until we get to the numbers AFTER it and excludes 16 from Nickle, it lacks even the 1 point shift, instead it shifts Nickel's 16 by 2. Which as far as I can tell no other element shifts by 2.

So as some of you may know i wrote a couple of short stories called Left 4 Duck, a Left 4 Dead and Ducktails x-over, been thinking about doing Scrouge McDucks setting for a while now and it got me thinking about him in the Series itself.

Scrooge was often portrayed as a good counterpart of Flintheart Glomgold another Scottish duck billionaire.

Flintheart is acknowledge as just a tight penny pincer but has no ethics and often got his cumupence, but Scourge always got th better deal. Despite being so cheep he wouldn't given his nefues cash for ice cream and on some cases even slummed it instead of taking a Taxi and paying for the ride. He also has on his pay role some of the most skilled inventors and craftsmen available, and i think there is only 1 case were we see a worker riot and it was resolved pretty quick, all other times we seem him mananging a rather exatic work force.

So why did duck not just flock to Scrouge mc Duck inc but pratically became his slaves? Devouted to him and his company to such a point that in one instance (i belive) they stood up and protected him from attackers.

So for all you D&D fans out there i'm working on a mini story, sort of a Imagine Spot for a larger story the basic premise is that a group of gamers are playing a table top game, the new player comes in with a female character (the player is male) and hilarity ensues as the other characters connive to get the only "girl" on the team to basically sleep with their characters and wear skimpy attire, without weirding out the player ("I swear i just rolled Charisma to make a good impression it's not my fault it's a natural 20 and your character is instantly seduced!")

ne part of this is the group having in the bag of loot from previous campaigns a "set" of basically fetish armor and I'm trying to come up with stats that would make it enticing the the player/character since their character is wear normal full plate.

I'm actually taking a cue from the film The Gamers as well as from MMOs because the individual pieces don't need to be super good but if you use the Entire Set you get really good set bonuses.

Currently i'm entertaining the idea of 2 sets of fetish armor

the classic Bikini Mail and a catgirl motif, basically the idea is the two sets synergies really well for really nice bonuses but the character ends up looking like a a total sexpot Mithra (FFXI fans know what that is) but is actually quite powerful.

And like the Gamers I'll cut back between the hilarity of the Game world and the reactions of the players.

Crafted by a armor master for his wife, a warrior, as something of a erotic gift this armor has over the years become somewhat of a sought after and at the same time globally loathed item of female fighters. the two piece set offers a low armor score but great durability, it is enchanted for a agility bonus and when worn as a set confers a number of set bonus

Bottom Piece pant gear:
Bulletproof Nudity: The less the character is wearing the higher your agility modifier, this armor counts as the lowest level of dress and thus wearing this armor (either as one piece or the set) confers a massive agility bonus. (Idea by Trista)

Top piece shirt gear:
Distracting Visage: The character doubles their charisma when dealing with members of the opposite sex or those that find their gender attractive.

With two pieces:
Armor of Grace: Take your agility modifier and add it to your Armor Class.


The next is is a bit trickier:

Cat Ears head gear: +6 Awareness roles because of heightened senses This is mainly hearing but also gives night vision and a heightened sense of smell.
This has the drawback or giving the character a short attention span -2 to any skills needing concentration for more than a few seconds and an extra -2 when food or particularly the smell of food is involved. (Players can be rude and rough with this but can also be played in a very humorous cat like personality quirk) (Idea by Trista)

Tail belt:+2 DX, Perfect balance, and feather fall if falling 20 feet or less, this is to represent a cats flexibility and the ability to land on there feet.
Drawback, The character tends to fall into a cat like stance if they are not thinking about it. and though they do not need extra rest will often think of napping. Tail also tends to act on its own and is hardly ever still. it will reflect the characters mood and gives a -2 to any lie, bluff, or deception checks. (Idea by Trista)

Paw Mittens gloves:One attack per limb when unarmed, hand attacks are clawed and do 1D4+2 each. this gives the person an attack with each arm and each leg per round totaling 4 attacks.
This item causes a Wild temperament and is in effect a primal battle rage when threatened, though they do not usually loose control and threaten there team or bystanders. Though not necessary people with this item tend to do acrobatic clawing attacks. Somewhat like spinning claws of doom. (Idea by Trista)

Paw Booties boots:Hide and Sneak +4, Movement +1, Jump 20 foot high and 30 foot across flat footed or50 foot across from a sprint.
Wearer develops a restlessness and can't sit still, they are further distracted with anything that may be "prey" -2 concentration for anything other than chasing target but gain a +6 to any concentration checks for staying focused on there Prey (this means that if they are hunting something they actually get a +2 to stay on task usually or a +0 if they are distracted by food)
If worn with Mittens this also does 1D4+2 per foot. (Idea by Trista)

Feline Agility: You use your feline form to its highest potential, increasing your agility.
Gain training in Acrobatics if you do not already have it. If you already had training in Acrobatics, you gain a +2 bonus to Acrobatics checks. You gain +1 to your overland speed.

Set Bonus (3 items):
Feline Grace: If you would be knocked prone, make an immediate saving throw to avoid being knocked prone.

Set Bonus (4 items):
Lithe Movements: You may add an additional half of your Dexterity or Intelligence modifier to your AC when wearing Light Armor. Add half your Intelligence modifier if you have added your Dexterity modifier, or add half of your Dexterity modifier if you have already added your Intelligence modifier. You may add both your Intelligence and Dexterity modifiers to your AC when wearing no armor.
Feral Fighter: You have honed your feline claws until they are on par with metal weapons.
You have a set of claws on each hand (and foot) that are treated as Light Blades with the off-hand property that do 1d6 damage on a basic attack with a proficiency bonus of +3. Your are proficient with your claws. Your claws can be enchanted.
Side effect: making whatever the player wears with this outfit (Cloths and armor but not backpack or other items) "itchy" and they will in time probably want to take off all but this for cloths. If they are wearing as little as they can get away with in public however this outfit does apply for Bulletproof nudity. (Idea by Trista)

Build a character and let the javascrip do all the heavy math. Still in construction so has a few bugs but eventually it will have a system to add multiple races, multiple classes. assign free points for leveling, multi classings after char gen, and skill point distribution.

Now everypony out there KNOWS i'm a big sci fi and tech geek but EVEN I have limits. And RFID's freak me the heck out.

We already have people who die of Silicon Posion from Breast enhancments, now they want to take a chip, put it under your skin, and one of it /admitted/ flaws is it tends to migrate...

And everypony should know that anything that exists at the consumer level is already 10 times that at the military level. Heck just compare Residential, Enterprise, and military grade routers. Now extrapolate that same curve to RFIDs.

Wallmart already uses them, claiming they deactivate them after the product leaves the store. But let's be honest how hard do you think it is to reactivate it. Or for a hacker to do it. This is the kind of thing hackers LIVE for. Honestly do you want so 12 year old punk to litterly know where you are at any given time and be able to track your movements because he activated the RFID in your tee shirt and kakies?

There needs to be a clearly drawn line, Technology should enhance our lives not supplant it. And if you continue to read the links they want to eventually move all commerce to the RFID. Again my concern goes to Hackers (and to a lesser extent terrorists) if we become a "cashless society" your BEGGING for a hacker to get in, change some numbers and loose your "value" to some kid who knows the tech better then you do. We should never become that dependent, because once everything is 1s and 0s it wont matter what "IP ADDRESS" it belonging too, a hacker can change those now. Belive me I know, i'm taking classes at my college to learn how to do just that! It's easy. Obstantially its to be a counter-hacker but to counter a hacker you have to know what they can do and reverse engineer it. IF i can counter hack your IP, someone else can hack it in the first place, do you really want your hard earned "cash" that venerable?

Recently our dogs chased (and killed) a old cat in the neighborhood and the owners what to get them labeled as vicious, our court case is on Tuesday Dec 6, and if she loose the hearing it could cost up to $700 per dog so $1400 total) for a licence for a year. If they aren't outright just put down.

Tell me do these dogs look vicious to you? The tan one is even 13 years old! Cat and Dogs have been natural enemies for time immortal. And while I can sympathize, no one after all wants to loose a treasured pet is it really worth the lives of two more?

Today's Ponystream ran extra long.
In it we fixed the battle crash bug, redid all the face sets, and tried out a new battle enemy....the Elements of Harmony! Yes Twilight Sparkle and gang fought against...er...Twilight Sparkle...and Gang.
