General | Posted 10 years agoMy precious pet rat Pumpkin passed away today and I only found out about half an hour ago.
I buried her myself in out front yard with the best flowers around that I could find. I hope she
knew how much I adored her in the end... I'm going to miss her so much. Talking to her, petting
her, playing with her. I'm going to miss you very much.. I remember the day I adopted you so very
well... that day was such a fun and momentous one for us both, I'm sure of it. I gave you your name
for such a silly reason, didn't I? I think in a way we both found it funny in a sentimental kind of way.
I know that you only got to spend a short amount of time on this earth with me but I loved you just
like I could have loved any human being. In these short two and a half years you gave me nothing
but joy and peace in my hectic world. I'm a very lucky person to have had you in my life and to have
owned you all this time. You're always going to be my precious little one. I promise that I'll never
forget you. Even on the day I pass away too, I'll remember you. I'm going to miss you so...so much.
