It's a thriller, with loads of twists and turns that you'll never see coming and plenty more that will make you jump in your seat while you read. Following the story of a small town Perdido Beach, California. One day the adults vanish, everyone over the age of 15 simply disappears without a trace and the kids are left on thier own. It has been named the FAYZ (Fallout Alley Youth Zone) in this place were adults are not around kids rule, it seems ideal but isn't so simple. Some kids begin to develop strange powers setting them apart from the rest, animals begin to mutate, a sinister creature plots its escape, and worst of all is the barrier. It circles Perdido Beach, cutting them of from the rest of the world, impenetrable. On the childrens 15 birthday they too will disappear from the FAYZ.

I highly suggest fans of thrillers read this book, it has a magnificent plot and the characters are developed masterfully. Thus far there are three books out.

First Book: Gone

Second Book: Hunger

Third Book: Lies

I have only read the first three books of the series (though the next three are currently being shipped my way) and I am already in love with it. The story mainly follows the escapades of a twelve year old genius who is also a criminal master mind, the boy is nothing short of brilliant, a king lording over his pawns with ease. With the aid of his personal body guard, Butler, not a single one of Artemis' plans has every been foiled that is until he takes an interest in Fairies. That's right FARIES but these aren't the nice faries of fokelore their far more dangerous than anyone could possibly imagine but they have something Artemis wants. When Artemis Fowl wants something he takes it with little regard of who stands in his path, that has been the way of the Fowl bloodline for generations.

I'm not very good at summaries but suffice to say of three books of the series that I have read, it was magnificent, beautifully written and the characters are incredibly memorable. I know the concept of faires sounds a bit lame but I would I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good fantasy. The books are a thrill ride, trying to see things as Artemis does attempting to figure out his plans before you find out, trust me that'll be difficult. Anyway if you have the chance go read this series.

Not that many or any noticed my absence but I have just returmed to my home. I was off on a trip to Florida to visit a bunch of Disney parks. Seein as its me I never meet anyone when I'm out but the loads of eye candy always makes up for it my friends

Though I doubt I'll see it through I'm making my New Years Revolution to be more outgoing, which I highly doubt will happen but we'll see I suppose.

They just plain tick me off. I'm not a Christian, I'm gay and I have a super religious mother so I dealt with aot from her when I was growing up. I had no choice but to deal with her, being that she is my mother no matter how much the things she says hurt all I could really do was retrain myself. Other people though, those you go to school or college with, they may not even know about your sexuality may not even be Christian but the shit they say hurts all the same. Whether its that "that's so gay" shit to the calling people "fags" it just drives me incredibly nuts and I'm getting really tired of it. You wouldn't believe how many times I've heard that old Sodom and Gomorrah crap even Christ himself claimed that there are worse things. Matthew 10:15 (fuck I'm mad enough to actually quote the bible) "And if any one will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet as you leave that house or town. Truly, I say to you, it shall be more tolerable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomor'rah than for that town."

If that isn't proof enough that homosexualirt ain't the worse thing around then quite frankly I don't know what will, its funny how people only quote that which makes it out to be an unpardonable sin. (Still cannot believe I just quoted the bible, I barely read the thing) I'd love to say that one day things will change and we will be accepted but I don't think there's any point in me lying. I mean I'll be honest I'm black, some people wouldn't be able to get over that right there -sigh- I'm getting ahead of myself but I'm just so tired of being judged by people mainly Christians. It just makes no sense to me how the people who preach of love and tolerance can be so hateful as it said "hate the sin not the sinner." If I keep this up this is gonna be way too long so I'm just gonna leave it at that...

I just got back from a camping trip with a couple of my friends and my goodness that was a load of insanity. Don't get me wrong it was fun and all but I was ready to kill some of my tentmates that first night. I already have to take sleepin pills to sleep and this rowdy bunch did not make it any easier. All the same the hiking was fun got a few good nature pics and the second day I fell asleep before my tentmates got back. The bad news is that it rained that night and the water sipped through the tent and right onto my sleeping bag no less. Yea that wasn't to great but all in all I'm glad I went cause normally I'm glued to the tech. I must say though, good ole television after three days, I can feel my brain cells dying once more and it feels amazing.

Yes today is the day of my birth and you know I feel as though I should have posted this earlier. since I've been meaning see if someone would do me a pic of my fursona but alas I guess it'll wait till next year, till then my friends

Yes that it is since I am not the best artist I've decided to simply bring my fursona to life through my writing. I really wish I could draw him but I'm more than content letting Jessie (My Fursona) roam around in my stories.

Hopefully this will go well and it could evole into a series of sorts where lots of others ppl furs will be writen in by request, hey a guy can dream:)

I don't know where these ideas of mine are coming from but I've been writing these little things lately. I'm not really sure if they fall under the caterglory of poetry but thats what I plan to upload them under anyway.

I can't say when I'll begin to submit them but this is just a heads up so be on the lookout.
