youtube isn't working for me on internet explorer is this happening to anyone else?

I just got banned from e621 and I wasn't doing anything bad! I wasn't posting DNP stuff and I wasn't racist or being rude. I made another account but that got banned too! I was thinking about making a 3 account but im afraid that one is gonna get nuked to any ides on how I can get around the ban evasion?
