Terms of Service (TOS) of Neo Adoptables

Please be sure to understand and read this before you adopt anything from me. Thank You!
- These are physical items that will be shipped to you, if this is a problem do not adopt they are not digital adopts-
-- You must be 18 + years of age to purchase any items from me.--
- I will not do payment plans for adopts
- I will not hold any adopts they are first come first serve basis.
- You are adopting this specific design/coloration of my species of a creature I make and not the entire species.
Another will never be made like yours ever again truly making it One of a Kind despite there being others of the same species.
- You can have others make art of your adopt if you wish but I require credit being given to the design/creature creator (me) and same to the artist who drew the new art.
- You can trade or sell it and I am alright if you are selling it for more than you paid as long as it has more art than what you originally purchased it for otherwise sell it for what you paid or less.
- These are unique items that can not be duplicated no changes will be made to the adopts unless its a special artistic liberty one which will be addressed if listed.
- You may make copies of the blue prints and adoption papers FOR YOURSELF only. You are not allowed to sell copies of these blue prints or give them to others , the wax seal will not be put on new copies. I highly recommend you frame the blue prints and adoption papers.
- Other artwork that is made of this adopt has nothing to do with me. I am only responsible for the creation of it and the first traditional artworks and figure sold with it.
- I WILL NOT do NSFW art of my adopts ever and do not want to be associated with any NSFW art of any adopts I offer for adoption. What the person who adopts it does after its left my hands is their business .
- If you are rude and disrespectful I do not have to take that and I have the right not to do business with you. You will be refunded in full if this is deemed to be the case. I really hope that it doesn't come up but I try to cover my basis. I am a very relaxed and laid back person so hopefully this never has to happen.
- Can not claim the original design as their own ( As in say that you were the one who made it )
- Please do not re post the art without giving credit
- Can NOT make adopts of the designs species for you are only getting this particular color design and not the entire race.

General | Posted 9 years ago1. What is the material you use for your sculptures?
Most of the items I make will be made of resin however there may be a few projects i may use polymer clay (.I.E. super sculpy) but if this is the case I will be sure to list it. While I love polymer clay I find it not as sturdy and more brittle than resin.
2. What kind of paint and sealant do you use for your sculptures?
I use Enamel paints as they adhere to the resin well and look WAY better than acrylic. I also seal them after painting them with clear coat nail polish.
3. What art style do you have ?
I have what I would consider a Semi Realistic/anime/abstract type artwork. It has is own unique touch that is not like anyone elses!
4. Why not print the details ?
I only print the basic profile sheet because I feel writing it in makes it more unique and can not be copied period. I feel it is a touch that is special directly from me as well.
5. How long does it take you to make a sculpture ?
It really depends on what it is it can be 2 hours to 8 hours all depending on what I have to do to it, how big it is , how complicated the paint job is ect. Curing alone for the particular resin i use takes about day. It claims it cures in 10 minutes but ehhhhhhh i dont think so. I have found it is best to let it sit for a while for the best results.
6. Why traditional art ?
I feel it is more unique and personal to me and the love I put into each one of these. I also love drawing by hand more than I do in digital media. I have a weird trade off, I can color super well but i loose some detail ability with digital but with traditional i do muuuuch better with detail!
7. Are they available for custom or commissions ?
Yes yes they are I have a option for this :). If you want a custom I will need you to follow the directions provided on the auction/picture page !
8. Can I have one painted like my lost companion or in honor of my pet I have now?
YES YES if you have lost and beloved fur baby and want one in honor of them then yes. I am more passionate about this than anything as i have made ones for my own beloved babies. I KNOW how hard it is to loose fur babies that you are close to and I would feel honored offering a memorial to them to the best of my ability.( please look over my work before you decide to though) I realize this is a sensitive situation so people who are commissioning me for this I will do the best i can to get it most accurate. I will need to contact you constantly to show you EVERY paint brush stroke to make sure you are happy with it. If i can't get it like you like i will refund you within reasonable cause. Something like this is highly important to me and I want it to be perfect to remember and love your lost or current baby that you just want to immortalize. I will still tear up with you because I feel the pain you do and why I want to go above and beyond to make it respectable to your beloved baby.
10. So you donate to animal or cat shelters ?
Yes I want to give 2.00 for every cat figure i sell, 1.00 for jewelry. I will evaluate how much I give for every sell for other things. I will be scanning and showing receipts for every time that i do to show people I keep my word. I am one of my word when it comes to that. I am a serious animal lover of all kinds and want to help them. Each item i sell will say how much I will be putting towards animal charity.
11. Do you ship international?
Yes but I will have to calculate how much its going to be case by case. Sadly international shipping is not cheap so expect it to be a bit pricey but Ill do my best to make as cheap as possible.
12. How are items shipped?
I will be using bubble wrap to protect your kitties and most likely flat rate usps priority mail. I do not use Fedex or UPS as they tend to be more expensive. The drawing will be rolled up like a mini poster and placed in the box along with your adoptable. For larger adopts be aware that shipping maybe more due to large size.
