Posted 14 years agoI'm looking to buy myself a set of poi to work with, but I have no idea where to begin with brand names and what is a good price. Would anyone be able to give me ideas for a beginner set? I would like for them to glow, and to be relatively cheap, if that's any help at all!

1. I love heights. I've done trapeze, use to glide planes (my sister was the one that could actually fly them. Good god I give her props. Have you guys SEEN those control panels. Yikes!), bungie-jumped (sort of. It was very controlled, real bungie jumping is just too dangerous), went on a 25,000 foot day jump (hope to do a 50,000 night jump), and regularly climb trees. :)
2. I have two poodles that I love very much! Crazy cat lady in reverse.
3. I have a clone (aka twin)
4. I love going for walks before the sun is up
5. The best thing I have ever tasted is the air way out in the middle of the ocean where there's no pollution to get you
6. I am DEATHLY afraid of large objects. Especially half-submerged machinery. It has to do with a bad snorkeling experience in my youth. Weird, I know >_>

My first Journal!
Posted 14 years agoSo, well, here it is! My first journal entry.
All I have to say is I'm really excited to be on FA and I really look forward to making art. In fact, signing up has actually inspired me to pick up my tablet again which I've routinely put down after getting frustrated by the rather removed nature of the whole thing. I'm used to being able to actually see my hand on the pencil usually, but hey, I've started to actually *gasp* enjoy digital art.
Thanks to my good friend (who on this site goes by the name of Fulgur), I've been introduced to this site and the whole furry community in fact! Believe me, he's given a really good name to you guys and is a good person himself.
Anyways, enough rambling, and off to photoshop!
