1. it was my bday last week! I'm 35 now, that's nuts. I've been on this website for over half my life, 20 years next year!!

2. I've finally settled on what the more rendered stuff i've been making recently is called, and what to charge for it! These will be "Scene" comms, and they start at $125. Highly experimental, expect lighting out the wazoo. These take me awhile, but I go freakin' crazy on them lol.

i've obviously been on a kick with my little dragon guys. I've unclogged some kind of art pipe in my brain and it's all spilling out!! dragon time!! dragons were very important to little Neo when i was first starting to draw, so this isn't too surprising lol. returning to my roots for maximum art euphoria, or somthing :P

I've been getting art since ~2004 when I was THIRTEEN and STUPID lol. I didn't save who made those icons in the file names. :( I know those were somewhat prolific icons at the time, do you know who made them?

I've made some folders for most anything I could think of that I or others might want to look up in my gallery! I even went through scraps and added some select pieces into them, too.

Man, there's so much art I hardly even remember making! Anyone else have that feeling when going through their own work?
Then again, I guess I've been posting work online since 2004, so there's bound to be some stuff that gets lost in the memories.

We'll be heading to TFF tomorrow! I will try to be in the AA as many days as I can (no guarantees since it's a daily lottery tho)!

Another wheel around the sun complete! I'm 29 this year, dang.

This year has been one of change. Trying to get health things in check, medication both helping and hurting, with reactions causing more stress and high anxiety... but also finally learning to love myself for who i am NOW, and not letting others dictate my self-worth.

I don't want to die anymore. I want to live so badly it hurts. I'm going to stop getting in my own way, and find out what that means.

Today is  scalytitan and i's 10th anniversary! THAT'S NUTS!!!

I just... god I love him so much! He's had such a good impact on my life, I get teary-eyed thinking about it. He supports me and is a good, kind person. I'm so happy with the life we've built together.

Hey everyone, it’s another useless journal but I’ve got some stuff to say:

Sorry for never doing any of the requests from the request journals. I started several but wound up losing interest or being obsessed with making something look “good” and stressing myself out instead of having fun.

Sorry for not drawing porn anymore. I know it’s likely a lot of folks watched me for that back in my college days. Unfortunately due to life happenings I am really, really not that interested in producing adult work anymore. It’s not fun, it’s not enjoyable, and sometimes it actively makes me sad or throws me back into Fun Trauma Land for awhile. That’s not to say I’ll never draw it again, but don’t like… Expect it. Just. I’m sorry. I’ve been trying for YEARS to push past this but ultimately I think the best course of action for me is to stop trying to force myself to do it. Don’t worry, I still like drawing general nudity. If you ask for an X-rated comm, I might not accept. (Pin-ups are generally fine tho.)

Sorry for not doing much art in general nowadays. I’ve lost whatever spark used to inspire me, and I don’t know what to do to get it back. I don’t even know what to draw “for myself, for fun” anymore. I might be happy with something for a moment, but almost immediately look on anything I do with great disappointment.
I think perfectionism and years of really only doing commission-work has stunted me and caused a lot of my audience to lose interest.

If you can, if you read this journal, could you tell me what about my art made you watch me? What drew you to it? What did you like? What have I lost? Have I gained anything worthwhile over the years or have I just been drawing myself into a corner of obscurity? What would you LIKE to see?
