Illustrations and paintings at $30 usd for the sketch and preliminary work + $20 for each additional hour.

So about a week ago I woke up with painful tendonitis in my hands. It's recovering, and each day it's a little easier to work the stiffness and pain out of them. But it's a sign from my body that I need to listen to it when it tells me to stop. I'm getting older and I have a degenerative condition that's going to make it harder to push myself without this sort of thing happening.
So I think from here on out, once I finish the pending work I have on my plate, commissions are going to be a slower and rarer thing for me.

I'm right in the middle of a fairly large project, which I hope to get published as a full-sized comic book. It's an erotic short story in two parts that my collaborator and I are still working on.

I am also embarking on a second project, which is as a contributing illustrator, working on paleontological reconstructions. This is a volunteer work, so I'm only going to be doing it in my spare time, but the project is large and really interesting. I will post more about it as it gets closer to launch.

That said, I am going to be doing some livestream work this weekend, and am offering quick sketch commissions in between work on the comic panels. The sketches start at $10 USD, and will be cleaned up and lightly shaded.

So the specialist at the hospital didn't think I need surgery to remove the stone, so he took out the stent (without anaesthetic, one of THE most painful experiences I can remember) and I'm waiting to pass the stone and a handful of assorted grit. >_< But... well it's better already tbh.

If I'm lucky this whole kidney stone nonsense will wrap up tomorrow. I'm not sure how long my recovery will take, but not more than a week if I understand correctly.

Feels like I got close though. Rough as heck lately. Kidney just about shut down, two weeks of foot tendon problems, migraines, just seems like my body's gearing up to really show me a good time for my 40th year.
Ah well. I'm still puttering along, just... slowing down, I suppose.

Seems like there isn't. Is it just me? Should I do them?

Hardware and software issues out the wazoo, money's tighter than a nun's asshole, and I'm in a bunch of fresh debt... but I think... I THINK it might all be okay now.

I'll be taking work again as soon as I'm sure the boat's not sinking.

My turnaround lately has averaged less than a week, and I've got an empty docket.
Still a few weeks left before I reevaluate my rates. :0

Basically I want to Iron Artist my way to a fundraising goal - I want to raise $500 by the end of May.
At the end of this summer I will be re-evaluating my prices, I know that my current rates are -very- reasonable. So take advantage of them while they're still in effect!

All Digital work is estimated at $10 USD per hour, starting at $20.
I average 4 hours for a single character with colour and basic shading, + simple abstract/splash background.

Well, to start with, I've been diagnosed with joint weakness and a chronic pain syndrome. To help manage this, I'm trying to buy some supportive braces. As well as making some changes to my lifestyle and how I work.

I'm going to be taking a few commissions to help cover the expenses, but I'm limiting my time on each piece, so they'll be simpler than some of my more involved past projects. And, accordingly, will cost less. So if you'd ever wanted a reasonably priced sketch or simple line art, please talk to me!

Starting at $15 for an uncoloured sketch, up to 3 hrs work at +$10/hr (USD). These commission slots are for the summer and fall and finalization will be done as I'm ready to start working on them.
