Starting school.
Posted 13 years agoBoth in good and bad in new, is that next week I will be starting on my formal education to eventually get into SFX or special effects / character arts ect.
good news is obviously that I'm getting a education and learning
.. bad new less time to work on personal projects and commissions …
I understand after such a long wait if any of you would like to cancel your commission with me.
there been soo meany setbacks in commissions such as the loss of my tablet among other things.
I fell just terrible for all the set backs, Then again I never set out stick deadlines during that time. Something that will be changing if I so happen to open again some day.
Although I have every intention to continue them on the side wile I'm in school,
or to finish them after I get out of school, there is a likely hood that I might not have enough time to balance school job and commissions,
if that’s the case then I will offer my commissioners a full refund of what they have payed me for there art. I hope it doesn’t have to come to that but if worse come to worse at lest I have a way out. It would be extremely discouraging to me to pull away from all the projects I been working on so long. But if theirs no other way then I might have to.... for my the sake of my carrier.
As I said before I really hope it doesn’t have to come to that.
Also it might affect weather or not I can even afford to go to any cons this year … I certainly want to but school comes first
All that aside I'm looking forward to learning as much as I can! it will be a new experience

staring over fresh
Posted 13 years agoas you may have noticed I moved all my old works to scarps on all my account from this one to my sculptural account as well as my deviantart, I'm not giving up or anything of the sort I'm starting over fresh on all my accounts with a blank canvas / portfolio .. until I gotten some of my newer works uploaded
I'm currently working on more protects then I can possibly count and with more on the way its been insane ...
and its been driving me to fall behind on ALL my work. I like to sincerely apologize for the long wait
lucky I gotten a new tablet to tie me over so I can finally get back to work on commissions I'm going to try to dedicate my self to have most of the commissions done before or some time after the holiday season.
I'll will be aiming to have them done before the new year if I can.. but that might be pushing it...
I give no guaranty on exact time or date they will be done by ..
the only exception is if I have contacted you with a specific due date for your work then I will do my best to keep my word.
I may be getting a freelance artist job on a board game, if that is the case it will get full priority over my other commissions and personal work. thats part of the reason I need to get the commissions done before hand or else they will haft to wait till after the protect and I'm not sure how big of a project it will end up being witch makes for a uncertain waiting period before I can even get back to working on commissions.
I likely have a crazy posting day some time in the next two to three months because I dont update regularly

I realized my cruet goal is far to ambitious and is acualy causing me stress then good..
I love art and I want to pore my love and soul into your art I dont want to pore frustration and hatred because then it just turn out like crap.
the new year is just too soon to have EVERY thing done...
I do intend on continuing it and finishing all the work I have on hand but with the board game project starting next month I might be doing it more leisurely at my pace as to not make it a cause of stress.
it a extra thing I'm doing for fun and it it not enjoyable why continue.. so I'm going to do it in a way so I can start finding relaxation and enjoyment in doing what I love

I was being whinny and I probably shouldn't be using these to rant or complain..
everyone has problems it not really fair to shove my problems in people faces regardless of the situation..
I shouldn't be using these to complain about life and its many problems..
but to rather to use these journals to inform and let people know about my progress and or let people know if anything come up and I cant work..
(I deleted my last one because it was read to me too whinny also because the weird glitch that made double journals.... I really dont get it but I'm sorry for that too... )
if you didn't see it in a nut shell I wont be able to do any digital art for at lest a few weeks until I can afford to buy a new tablet... end of story...

Its currently not connected to the internet though mostly because there no cords up here and its a old peace of junk (I still like my old peace of junk but I do need so switch over .. though the colors on my new computer look off to me ...)
ether way I've gotten back to working on commissions and trades.. I know its bin a wile and I'm extremely sorry for the wait.
for now I can use my usb stick to transfer some files over so I can send some wips to those who asked to see the works in progress and share some files over until my computers completely switched over.
It really sucked to have so meany set backs but I'm back to working on my commissions and art and man is it nice to be able to again! I'm really sorry for the wait.

also I'm closing on any big commissions for a bit after this
I might still take a few small commissions here and there but the big ones are chewing up a shit ton on my time and I like to put more time into my education and into personal works I bin putting off for months because I just haven't had the time to work on them...
lastly of cores this will not be in affect till much latter but I will be razing my prices..
I will still have thing available for every kind of budget so the 1-20 prices probably wont change but the bigger work prices probably will be. also I will be making a new section for backgrounds probably 3 or 4 sections from simple to extremely complex just so it easier to manage...
and possibly a extra cost for futuristic theme or for people who want me to draw there equipment or technology... I personally find it very difficult and time consuming and work better with organic environments then I'd with industrial themed with heavy complicated machinery. I still take them and all but because of the difficulty level for me there just no way I can keep doing it cheap.
guns don't count in that so that's ok and towns and city's are also fine it the highly complex technological backgrounds or equipment.... I just have a hard time putting life into something that's so.. idk how to put this .. kinda dead ?

I'm helping my parents move there house around..
move furniture, paint, as well as seating up a new room in the house ect
during this time I wont have access to my main computer witch has all my files and programs for doing commissions.

I hate to say this but I wont be able to work on commissions for the next few weeks...

I will be heading to the US to visit my family..
to be honest I cant allow my self to miss a moment with them wile I have the chance .. I made that mistake in the past, So I wont be here to work on commissions nor to celebrate Canada day ..
I’m really quite sorry to the people who commissioned me or are waiting for art… I already made all of you wait on me for quite some time, but I’m afraid you might have to wait just a little bit longer.. I’m awfully sorry .
and I promises I will be back to work as soon as I get home ..

I'm sorry i have bin taking some time off to work and learn but I’m about ready to get back to work starting with stus and smash commissions, trades might be a bit of a wait so I apologize ahead of time
lastly goes back to the subject of the post it self,
I am going to get a table next year for FE I will be trying to get a center amount of costumes and artwork to get done sell for the con this will be my first table so I’m both nervous and existed about it .
I hope to have a few paintings, some prints, some partials and maybe some sculptural stuff to sell as well as on the spot commissions for badges, sketches, and latter commissions that can be made at the con .
(also if any of the commissioners wouldn't mind me selling there work i give theme a free print of it at the con if you cant make it to the con i can send it by mail. but note if i send it by mail i might charge you for the shipping costs depending on where you live)
is there anything you like to see for me that can latter be sold at the con or used as examples. If there any fan art or just general art you like to see let know .
may take suggestions on topics themes but I wont take request on personal art for you (if you want personal art my commission info at in the top)

You will have the option to view works in progress on your commission or to view it when its done .
I will put forth revision in the picture although .. I would much prefer the revision to be made before I finish the picture so if you chose to see the works in progress on the image you will have two or more revisions on the picture were as if you wait till it done you will only have one ..
Any commissions over 25 $ will have the option to chose from quick thumbnails to chose which composition I will use on your picture this is optional though
I will only do trades if I like your art style and trades work like this you give what you get .
(if you do a sketchy picture I’ll give you a sketch if you do a head shot il do a head shot if you do a full body with a bg I will do the same most of the time I will do busts for trades. I fell that art is work and work count for it self in payment)
Any adult art will have to be talked over with me ahead of time.
Please note that regardless of commissions and trades I will still take a little time to do work for my self
don't be surprised if I doodle and draw between commissions it not out of any disrespect, sometimes I need to do some peaces from my self just to keep my self sane I'm still working diligently on your work.

2 i like woman
3 im a cosplayer who trund into a furry .. i still love both
4i suck at shooter game but im decent at fighter video games
5 im a geek (as previously shown in 3)(vidio game, comic books, anime, furrie, horror, (vampires were wolfs zombies ect) fantasy, i like it all ...any thing geeky... but not to big on syfi )
6 i like weird foods (mmmm hold made punken cake,mm bean past buns , mm suchi .. i try any thing once ecept bugs ... at lest not any time soon ..)but i do like regular foods two like piza and ice cram ... not any of these are ever day things but mmm so good when you get it
