And now for something...not so completely different!
General | Posted 14 years agoBusy busy time of year,
Studying and drinking beer,
Burning pizza, making smoke,
Resisting the urge for arrow rear-poke.
Music music voices squeak,
Colds abound this frosty week,
Burning snouts, runny eyes,
Slipping on snow, making meek cries.
Technology! Technology! ode to waves in air,
Blue-glow faces of zombie blank stare,
Texting while walking, while tripping, while falling,
Status update, "Gravity functional, not fair, balling."
Food food (!!!)...um...
Yum food! I'm done.

New Semester, New Music
General | Posted 14 years agoGreetings everyone,
Fall's gearing up to be a huge semester for me. I got a few fun music projects in the pipeline as well as some new opportunities I've been extended.
It's going to be an interesting fall!

Musical Hold
General | Posted 14 years agoHey all,
My work is on hold until:
A.) I get over being sick.
B.) Field-session is over and I get my life back.
Farewell!

The Equinox Project
General | Posted 15 years agoI have recently decided to resurrect an ancient music project. I have almost no records of this project as they were all recorded on cassette tape (who even knows what that is anymore?).
We were young once, and full of energy, and we used our energies to make fantastic worlds for ourselves which existed only in the imagination. We made our own game with our own artistry, with our own musicality. Our game became legend.
As the musician in our group, the thoughts, feelings, and experiences learned in that Other Realm fueled many creative sessions out of which some of my most affective works have descended.
I seek to remake those lost songs of old.

Wolf's Return
General | Posted 15 years agoThe only constant is change: the cycle continues, yet this iteration will be different than before.
Time gives one a chance to think, to ponder, to dream... Yet in the end, we sit alone in a room full of shadows, memory's past, that glimpse of ourselves behind the mirror.
I am contemplating a staging ground, a sort of experiment, to perfect emotional transfer through the only real medium I control: music.
For ever bright day, there is a dark one; for every cry of anguish there is a gasp of joy; for every brilliant summer there is a gray december.
My colors fade.
