There's alreaDY TOO MANY GOOD PEOPLE IN THE WORLD TO BEGIN WITH! but anyway, I'm working on this album type thing, and I'm gonna right a story type thing to go along with it. If you want, I'll include your charcter in the story, and maybe I'll be able to get someone too illustrate. maybe. but anyway, that's my random rant for the month. good luck out there mah peeps

Posted 12 years agoBeing a veterinarian, I had been called to examine a ten-year-old Irish Wolfhound named Belker. The dog’s owners, Ron, his wife Lisa, and their little boy Shane, were all very attached to Belker, and they were hoping for a miracle.
I examined Belker and found he was dying of cancer. I told the family we couldn’t do anything for Belker, and offered to perform the euthanasia procedure for the old dog in their home.
As we made arrangements, Ron and Lisa told me they thought it would be good for six-year-old Shane to observe the procedure. They felt as though Shane might learn something from the experience.
The next day, I felt the familiar catch in my throat as Belker ‘s family surrounded him. Shane seemed so calm, petting the old dog for the last time, that I wondered if he understood what was going on. Within a few minutes, Belker slipped peacefully away.
The little boy seemed to accept Belker’s transition without any difficulty or confusion. We sat together for a while after Belker’s Death, wondering aloud about the sad fact that animal lives are shorter than human lives.
Shane, who had been listening quietly, piped up, ”I know why.”
Startled, we all turned to him. What came out of his mouth next stunned me. I’d never heard a more comforting explanation. It has changed the way I try and live.
He said,”People are born so that they can learn how to live a good life — like loving everybody all the time and being nice, right?” The Six-year-old continued,
”Well, dogs already know how to do that, so they don’t have to stay as long.”
Live simply.
Love generously.
Care deeply.
Speak kindly.
Remember, if a dog was the teacher you would learn things like:
When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
Never pass up the opportunity to go for a joyride.
Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure Ecstasy.
Take naps.
Stretch before rising.
Run, romp, and play daily.
Thrive on attention and let people touch you.
Avoid biting when a simple growl will do.
On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.
When you’re happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
Be loyal.
Never pretend to be something you’re not.
If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.
When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by, and nuzzle them gently.

Right? Right?!?!
Posted 12 years agoSoooooo I'm taking a shower, right. And I'm just about to get undressed to hop in the shower, right. You know, the communal showers? Last stall ALL the way at the end, furthest from the entrance? Yeah, so I'm just about to undress, when a wild stranger appears, right? A wild stranger appears, and this shower hall is completely empty, right. It's me, a wild stranger, and about 8 empty stalls. I kinda halt the declothing ritual, right, and the wild stranger continues to approach, passing up 7 empty stall, and picks the one right next to me, right. I'm in the very last stall right, and guess what, he just decided that all those empty stalls weren't bout that life. All of them, except the one right next to mine, right? Right. I mean, I feel as though if one were to board a bus that was completely empty, you wouldn't pick the one person on the bus and be like, 'hey, Ima sit next to you.' Or, suppose your'e in a bathroom, standing at the very last urinal, doing your dos, and the guy who walks in passes up all 17 urinals to do his dos right next to you.

There comes a time where a citizen must acknowledge that they've entered the battle field called life, where everything worth having must be fought for, where nothing is given for free. Your comrades and brothers may stand by your side by the 1000's, but while you're huddled in the trenches, you may just as well be all alone, lifting your head to see that all have abandoned. But, in spite of the dismal situation you may have founds yourself in, you continue to fight, to persevere, to stand firmly against the forces against you. And your will may cause your brothers to stand with you.

I feel pretty darn bad
Posted 12 years agoI just realized i haven't posted music in a month. that's a shame. I'm going to stop being lazy, and finish all these unfinished projects, or at least post demo versions. Getting back to work.
On a related note, really don't feel well. Been sick or what feels like light years (actually a unit of distance not time) The full on sickness is plaguing my body. I feel like a pandemic waiting to happen.

And I apologize, but this journal is about my feels.
I believe I can't find my own happiness, but instead I'll find someone who can show me happiness. I know it's sad, but I've resolved that as long as I'm alone, I'll be a miserable old grump, and true love can save me from myself.
Anyway, enough of my feels, I'll try to upload some musics on Sunday if I'm not to busy and my laptop agrees with me.
And I apologize, but this journal is about my feels.
