This document is to serve as the preface for the disbursement of any of my services as an artist. It will include my price guide, approximate turnaround time, refund policy, WIP policy, my commission queue, and what I am and am not willing to draw. I’d like to state that these terms are non-negotiable, and immutable until otherwise stated. I’d also like to say that I am entitled to postage rights of art specifically drawn by my hand regardless of what or whom I draw. These terms are subject to change by myself, and no other.

My Price guide is as follows:
Headshots
Lineart == $20 USD
Flat == $25 USD

Half-Body
Lineart == $30 USD
Flat == $35 USD

Full-Body
Lineart == $35 USD
Flat == $55 USD

Refsheet: Frontal, Back, Flat Default
Default == $130 USD
+ Headshot == $10 USD
+ Details == FREE

Any specialty details for the above price guide that will accrue additional costs is as follows, and depends on the complexity of said details. These additions may also affect the total turnaround time to completion of an individual project:

Complexities == $10 USD
+Char == $45 USD
NSFW == $55 USD
Simple Background == $7.50 USD
Complex Background == $25 USD+ (Depending on the complexity; quotes available)

With all the things that I am willing to illustrate, there are a key few that I will not be indulging. Those of which I will detail below:
Scat
Cub/Minor
Snuff
Vomit
Watersports

As many of us know, it is paramount to have a refund policy, as well as a WIP policy. Refunds are offered only before the lineart phase is finished, thereafter our contract will be bound by blood. Because of this, I will be happy to update the consumer on any progress regarding their purchase and make changes accordingly. Within reason, I will make any changes to the piece before coloring up to three times on request; Any additional changes may accrue a redrawing fee of $35 USD.
I would like to mention that I will be offering payment plans with 50% down on any given piece of work. Once the piece is finished I will be glad to send it to said consumer upon the final payment. It will also not be uploaded until full payment.
I retain the right to post anything that I have drawn with my own hand. However, when requesting to draw a character that does not belong to you (excluding characters that are already popularized) I require consent from the other party to draw their character.

I am currently in the midst of emergency commissions.

For a limited time, I will be doing a pay-what-you-want commissions system.
There is one condition:
The amount of currency exchanged must equate, or exceed 1 USD.

These commissions have an endless queue until otherwise mandated.

I am willing to do nsfw, full-body, half-body, headshots, and even customs.

I went through a bit of a funk there, for a minute. I have found my motivation, once again.
This time around I would like to offer commissions, due to financial emergency.
Don't be afraid to contact me if you are interested in any of my work.
My turnaround time is approximately 3 hrs for full-body pictures, with shading.

As with any artist, please do not use my illustrations anywhere without my permission.
If you have commissioned me, you still must credit me. This is my livelihood.
Desperate times call for desperate measures, so I will also be offering NSFW,
my writing, customs, and pretty much anything you could want that isn't physical.

Chances are, if you want fanart, I'm your guy. Free art on very rare occasion, because I
desperately need the exposure to get commissions. My commissions will run all month,
and there will be a queue for any art.

Meh. Trying to reach popfur level popularity is quickly losing its luster. I draw when i want, what i want, and you can't stop me.

Hi, my name is Paxton. I'm an aspiring artist putting myself out into the world. I have a deviantart, and a tumblr, under the same name.

At the moment I'm open to requests that are more anthro based, and definitely up to requests for OCs. When it comes to commissions, I'm open right now. It takes me around two hours to do a detailed bust, with color; and about three for full or half-body, with base color. These are without backgrounds.

I also write articulate stories, do storyboarding for comics, and NSFW.
