Hello, felow reader. I rarely ever use FA, let alone do Journals. It's crazy to think that we are now halfway into the 2020's. I am already 25, in my mid-twenties bruh~ At the beginning of the decade, I started putting my works online and it has been an interesting journey so far. I've met so many people, drawn a lot of cool art, and earned a bit of cash on the side. I am eager to make new memories coming forward to the 2030s.
A little bit about me, I am primarily an anime fan. I would consider myself a furry, I was into MLP as a teen and that introduced me to furries as the two fandoms often coincided with one another. My most favourite part of being a furry, is in anime funny enough. There was a brief period in early 2020s when anime had a huge surge in furry characters (think of the Minks in OP, Beastars, and Brand New Animal).
I've been travelling a lot around the city lately. I particularly love exploring new places, better on foot. Along with travelling, going to anime conventions comes with the package. I used to participate in selling at these events for 2 years, and am still doing so every once in a while. One of my goals is to participate in the Dealer's Den at FURUM, and to do so I gotta create a catalogue of furry merchandise.
I seriously hope I can utilise the Journal feature more often. It's a really unique thing that only DeviantArt and FA uses. I will only be posting my furry art on here, if you want to see my non-furry art please head over to my Twitter and Pixiv. I have Instagram too. Have a great 2025, and please take care of yourselves.

A Week of No Activity
Posted 5 years agoBeen busy with online classes, and helping a friend with a project of his. Hopefully, by next week I can normalise myself with a new schedule, now I'm still getting used to having online classes.

My first time
Posted 5 years agoWell, I just wanna introduce myself properly and explain a few things about myself.
This is my first use of a journal. Anyhow, I am Nick Stick. I am a 20 year old man who've just started to do digital work since February this year. I love doing furry art and have only started doing so seriously now, before then I have been drawing human art. I'm from Malaysia in Southeast Asia, and I do not like spicy food. Screw 'em. I love art, and draw whenever I have the time to do it.
I watch anime (not now though, got requests to complete and art to practice) in my free time. It has inspired me in my life to pursue art. I one day want to make my own comics, as I have many stories made in my head wanting to be expressed in a comic. Right now, I'm still gaining experience and knowledge before I can do that.
My mission is to entertain people with my work. I just want to vent my passion onto a platform and just see what I can do.
