Sometimes I wonder why I'm still here. Weekend was great, now I'm looking forward to.... ??? Nothing. lol. So I'm going to Nocturnal Festival this weekend (for those who dont its a big rave thingy) and it looks like I'm going alone. I originally made plans to go with a friend of mine and his group, but I honestly think that because I liked said friend that he or his bf or whatever thought it was too awkward for me to go with them. Ok. Cool. That was in July, plenty of time to find someone else. Then someone else asks if they can go with me, I just had to buy their ticket for them. He would give me the money and I'd pay for it. And he did (except paypal took 5 bucks for the transaction which I paid for cuz I'm nice...). Now he wont go with me because I told him about a week ago that I MIGHT stay with someone else. But, I realized that I told him I would have him go with me so I decided not to. He still wont go. So looks like I'm going alone! Let's fuckin hope I dont get in a wreck driving to the hotel at 2am, the hotel thats an hour away...

So yeah, I had an... eventful weekend to say the least. Saturday I woke up around ten and left my house to go down to LA (Garden Grove more specifically) at around 1045. I picked up  kavi_Chayumar in Santa Barbara on the way down, and he was my navigation buddy ^^ We stopped by an In n Out, which was a first for him, and continued on to LA. The drive was fine, a little traffic but nothing bad. We had just pulled in to the hotel parking lot at around 1430 when I get a call from my best friend/roomate with some bad news. He tells me that his mom, who's been fighting cancer for a few years now, wasnt going to make it and I needed to go say goodbye to her. (I was really close with her). So I asked Kavi to come with me, and we drove to Victorville, Ca, which is two hours away. I did all my business there, which took about 30 minutes, and we drove back to Garden Grove. We made it to the Prancing Skiltaire furmeet/party around 7, 3 hours late, but what can you do? I met a lot of great people there;  bandit ,  Atlas_Rysios , and  silia just to name a few (I havent found other peoples FA's yet lol). So yeah, bittersweet weekend, and I plan on going back every month starting in November!
