Hey yall! I haven't updated a journal here in a while.

Just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to all of you all for the support. It has been a wild ride the past few years, I've struggled significantly with my mental health/ well being and overall was in a bad way.
With the help of friends, family and yall I am feeling healthier, more confident and stronger than ever! I want to draw so many things. Big things!!!

There's still quite a journey ahead. Working on being stronger every day. I've a lot of work to do, a bit of catch up to play on my queue, but I'm determined to make it work.

I'm pondering other options of merch and things that would be worth exchanging hard earned shiny coins for. Buttons? Shirts? Standees? If you got anything you'd like to see I'm open to suggestions.

Thank you all again though. I just wanted to express that. My life wouldn't be what it is without the furry fandom and everyone who individually contributes. Here's to making our space more supportive, stronger and more loving every day!

But I'm slowly recovering from that and trying to get my mind back into my passions, such as drawing large monster things.

I swear I'm alive. I've just been caught up in the mess of life and have hardly found time to draw. I'm trying to change that though! I'm also trying to simply upload some more here and there.

Hopefully expect to see some more regular uploads from me. That's all. Nothing to exciting. D:

I have not been as professional as I should have been. I have taken on art and projects that have fallen through due to lack of motivation on my part. I want to take the time to make things right and clear my conscious.

I want to clear my slate entirely and be as professional as can be moving forward. This isn't to say I except many people to have been missed. I just fear I've let some things fall through the cracks with all the craziness of 2015.

I understand this is a very frustrating choice for anyone who I have agreed to do art for, but I just don't want any lingering projects. My record keeping leaves me expecting no responses to this, but I'm not perfect. I will open for commissions in the future. Moving forward, as linked on my profile page, it will be based on slot availability. I will not be exceeding a few slots at a time to guarantee that I no longer miss any projects.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while! I got a new job a little over a month ago and it has taken a while to start settling in.

I got an awesome opportunity, which finally solidifies my semi-recent move! It has taken me longer than I expected to start feeling comfortable and to get over the anxiety of a new job. I'm finally getting there, but it has taken a major toll on my art motivation.

I'm hoping to get back into drawing soon. Of course, the job has to come first priority, but I wanted to give you all an update. Hopefully soon I will be able to do some new stuff and offer commissions again!

Hey everyone! I'm going to be doing a stream and taking commissions to work on them live in about an hour or two (4pm to 5pm Pacific Time). I'm going to do something different and try to have a goal for funds to reach before I stop. This will help me stay motivated and keep track of the progress I need to make to pay the bills. I haven't been very active recently and I apologize for that! So here's an update on things happening with me.

About a month ago I moved across the country from Iowa to Seattle, Washington! It was a big change and it has taken time to adjust and get settled into a new place, new roommates and new area. So far I have been immensely happy with everything! The only thing left is for me to find a job and I feel I'll be calling this home in no time.

However, while I'm in the midst of job hunting, I intend to start taking more commissions to subsidize my funds so I don't run dry. I've spent a bit of time thinking about how I am going to work on commissions in the future so I won't get overwhelmed as I have in the past and to act as a sort of master list when I post to various other sites. So I created a couple documents (click here] with all my information, prices, terms of service and current queue. This is also linked on my profile. These will be updated as changes are made so interested customers should take a peek at them frequently! I'll also be posting journals here, on Weasyl and notifications on my Twitter whenever I'm open.

First, I hope everyone going to FurtherConfusion this year has a great time!

I usually make it a point to get out to FC every year, as I have for the past three years. Unfortunately, I cannot make it this time! I have plans to move next month, so I have to save all I can for that and it is just not within my budget to make a con happen. Speaking of...

I'll be moving to Seattle, Washington around the end of February! I am extremely excited about this move for a good few reasons! Namely I'll get to be closer to my partner of going on three years, Morca, and we will be able to see each other regularly finally. There are also lots of folks out there I look forward to getting to know more, job opportunities and a culture I feel comfortable getting to be a part of. It's also just exciting to be somewhere new, maybe a place where I can settle down for a good while.

It's going to be quite a big change, so art may dwindle a bit in the coming weeks. I've moved around a lot in my life though so I'm not terribly worried.

Hi everyone!

You've probably noticed a drop in activity from me lately. I apologize for that, but I do have a slightly acceptable reason behind this. Maybe?

I'd been unemployed for going on roughly five months and finally I got a new job last month! I won't go into too much detail, but I'll be working as an online service representative at a local bank. I wanted to get out of customer service, but this offer came up and I was at a point I couldn't really say no. So, it's nice to have something to bring in some more consistent money.

That being said, training for this position, which there was a lot to learn and I'm still learning daily, has been leaving me a bit drained and my artistic motivation has been lacking at best. Now that I've been settling into the new job, feeling more comfortable and confident, I'm feeling more drive to work on art! So hopefully updates will come very soon.

In other news, I'm pretty much confirmed for Further Confusion! It's a ways off, but it's my favorite con so it's never too early to be excited. If you want to say hi I'll be there! :D

I've been home from AC for a couple days and needed some time just to rest up after having such an amazing con!

I leave every convention I go to saying "that was the best con ever" and this one is no exception. I had so much fun with all of the friends and I've never felt like I fit in so perfectly. Times like this make me feel very happy with where I am despite the challenges I'm facing. So all I can say to everyone I met and had the pleasure of hanging out with is thank you. <3
