Posted 7 months agoI may be raising prices soon for commissions so I can make a lil more livable amount of money (low again bc had to buy hygiene items today) so just saying this to say: get comms now while theyre still cheap! not sure when the change will happen since i still need to figure out new prices. At my current rate i fear i just wont be able to make what i need unless i overwork myself and take one a lot at once
i still need to make rent and grocery money for this month and my phone bill is next month too..
when i do raise them it wont be by TOO too much i dont think? im till unsure if i'll be getting my unemployment and if its anything like last time nothing around me likes to call back and im limited to my options as i have to walk, and theres only so far im willing to walk (i get out of breath enough walking the 20-30 mins i did for my old jobs)

Interest Check! Custom Pokemon!?
Posted 7 months agoHey all! I'm thinking of offering pokemon custom designs! be it their base form with different colors/patterns, or fusions! (with other pokemon or any other creatures!)
Not 100% on prices yet but I know it will depend on how complex the pokemon is, example being like how most legendary and some fully evolved pokemon can be!
Pokemon are just something i can complete a bit faster than other things, plus its smth i enjoy a lot!

Long time no art - Update
Posted 8 months agoSo it's barely been 3 months but my job fired me over telling my manager to stop yelling at me soooo guess who has more time for art now!
I've already applied somewhere else and while on this wait for a job (again...) my commissions are open again!!!

the only con to this situation really is the fact ive lost my income, the job i had took a huge toll on my mental health and sleep so now i can work on that as well. between looking for a job tho i hope to bring more art !! now that im not so drained all the time haha
in other newss tho happy pokemon day! personally super excited for ZA, the battles look fun and I cant wait to travel around the game with totodile >:3c

Posted 10 months agoHello all! I know I don't make journals often but felt I should bring around an update about why I havent been posting!
Sometime before thanksgiving I was finally able to land a job and right off the bat i've gotten 40 hour weeks! All overnight as well so I haven't had lots of time to work on art, given I sleep most of the day away.
For this reason I have closed my commissions while i finish up the two I have remaining - Which I have been slowly working on between work and when I'm not feeling too tired.
Once these commissions are done however, Im not sure when I'll be opening them again. One reason being for the above, being too tired from work, and a second reason being I would like to work on personal art!
This isn't to say I wont ever take on commissions again, I love drawing and bring peoples ideas to life, though I've learned in those few months of being unemployed that at this time it doesnt make me enough to stay afloat let alone be able to save money unless I raise my prices higher than they currently are at.
I want to thank my commissioners for all the patience and support I got up til i got my job as well! Wouldnt of been able to make it through those months without ya!
I wish everyone a happy near year as well! Hope for nothing but the best for 2025!

Updates + Feedback wanted
Posted a year agoI dont make journals often but felt this was a good time to make one!
I've been jobless this past month, getting by okay with some commissions I happened to get so soon after being fired (my job fired me over the office computers background getting changed) and I thought id make this journal to ask my lovely watchers:
What would you like to see from me?
Most of my plans at the moment include possible ychs and adopts - the adopts namely being pokemon or i'm thinking of just offering a flat price for pokemon custom designs!
I do have one ych idea in mind that may be a simple mini comic involving the void mass from the roblox game pressure and that's the most I've come up with so far!
I of course love anything vore so those ideas are also welcome!
I am thinking of bringing back kofi memberships or just offering simple sketches for anyone who donates to it!

I'm lucky enough to have a bit saved up right now though i need to make this more stable until I can get another job. I'd love to be able to stay and work from home like this but at the moment i cant see it working out for LONG especially since i want to save to move out and get a place w my partner and some friends!
At the moment my commission prices sit at a reasonable price though I struggle wanting to up them any more then they already are, with my current turnaround being about a week at most depending on how big of a commission it is + the fact i am easily distracted though I always make time for working on art a lil each day
