Daelo Species Art and Ownership :Rules:

- Minor changes to colors / design.
- Give your Daelo any type of personality, clothing, accessories, tattoo's or piercings.
- Give your Daelo an anthropomorphic, humanoid, kemonomimi form. In certain cases this can be considered Canon, please note me about it!
- Change some features / rarities of your Daelo, but you must have permission and rarities can only be changed to same classification of rarity.
- You may change the species but this depends on solely on what species you will be changing it to and you must note me about the change before it is applied and get my express permission.
- Trade or Gift your Daelo - but there is a one week minimum wait time between your purchase of the Daelo design and the ability to trade / gift / re-sell. (You may purchase for another user but you need to state this when purchasing.)
- You may resell your Daelo for the same or lower purchase price. Commissioned art may add to the price, but only to the amount of what you paid for the art. (1 week minimum after purchase rule applies.)
- Gift your MYO Ticket or Custom Ticket.
- Submit the Daelo Adoptable Art to a gallery site, for example : Toyhou.se, a FurAffinity gallery, etc.
NOT ALLOWED
- Make any changes to the original art of your Daelo.
- Use the design or art commercially.
- Breed your Daelo without permission. (Special Events only!)
- Resell a design YOU did not purchase. IE: in the event of being gifted or traded your Daelo, you may only, in turn, gift or trade the design.
- Re-Sell or Trade any MYO Ticket or Custom Ticket prior to usage. Only FINISHED MYO's or Customs are allowed to be re-sold or traded.
- Trade, Re-Sell OR Gift your Daelo Token. (Special EVENTS ONLY. Use it or lose it.)
- Upload the image to your DeviantArt account. Not only does DA not allow it, but neither do I! (Please use your Sta.sh feature for this!)

Art / Sharump Species Rules;
Posted 10 years ago♢By Adopting a Sharump you automatically agree to the rules laid out in this journal, as well as agree to adhere to species rules and traits that you can find HERE.♢
♥You may not edit, alter or otherwise change the art you got from me in anyway.
♥You may change certain features on your Sharump with my permission but they must remain in the same rarity of the feature you are changing to.
♥You may not claim the artwork as your own.
♥You may upload it wherever you like, with proper credit! My Toyhou.se is NolanParks.
♥You cannot sell a Sharump for more then what you paid, unless you've art commissioned from them. (Freebies, gifts and art by you does not count.) You may gift/trade them so long as you note me with the new owner and provide proof of the trade.
You must contact ME to get permission to trade, sell or gift your Sharump.
♥You must pay with 24 hours of being sent the PayPal information.
♥You cannot breed your Sharump for offspring with any species without express permission from either co-owner.
♥If you win a free MYO or Custom slot you may trade the slot ONLY if it has not be used, you are free to gift it however. It is not, for any reason, allowed to be sold.
Once you have USED your free CUSTOM slot, you can only return it to me, you may NOT gift, trade or sell it.
USED MYO Slots can be gifted / traded but cannot be sold. You have done the art for the MYO so you can do with it as you see fit EXCEPT sell it.
♥If you win a free Raffle you are NOT allowed to trade / sell the finished product for any reason at all! If you do not want the character any more, you are free to RETURN IT TO ME ONLY. I will then either re-raffle, sell it or do as I see fit with it!
♥Sharump's are co-owned by NolanParks and Messen. (Messenverse on DA.)
Messen has done all the art for the Sharump's, however as she has her own species and adoptable account, everything will be posted from this account, NolanParks and it should be who you credit!
